I would probably give this place 4 1/2 stars if that were an option. I only stayed one night, but my room was very clean. Hot water in shower was immediate, a rarity in large hotels (and I am always water conscious.) Wifi was excellent. My only complaint is that the security lock on door was broken, suggesting forced entry... More

I use this hotel for my business trips to Mexico City basically because you can get rates under 1000MX and is in a good and convenient location. You have the Metrobus public transport a short walk. It is an old hotel renovated. Because of this the rooms are very large, like you won´t find in newer hotels. The restaurant serves... More

This is everything a good tourist hotel should be - clean, quiet, helpful staff - and the amenities you'd expect in a modern hotel - comfortable bed, good-sized room, cable TV (multilingual), fast Internet connection and clean all around. I stayed here one night because I had an early flight the next morning, which made the regular shuttle hotel very... More

I live in Morelia and had to go for some tests in Mexico City. I chose this place because of the price. I was overwhelmed with the quality of the room. Every aspect was way beyond what I expected. I plan to stay there again in a few weeks. So what if I had to carry my bag to the... More

The staff is incompetent and very unpolite... when I start complaining the menace me to get me out of my room with the police they made go down to to the reception 3... More

The staff definitely speak only Spanish, not English. The room was large and very lovely, one of the prettiest hotel rooms I've seen. Had breakfast in the restaurant three mornings, service and food were very good. Closest hotel I found to Condesa.

Excellent location near central DF. Helpful to have Spanish to get along. Condesa a short walk. Unlike Condesa very quiet and peaceful. Safe neighborhood with dusty trees, nice market and good traditional food nearby. Wi-fi marginal in upper stories. Lovely rooms. Restaurant in hotel. Reasonable parking. Staff a la Mexicana. This place doesn't cater to rich gringos but still pleasant... More
