I booked this hotel last week on Splendia.com and arrived at 11:30pm this evening to check in to find that the hotel had been closed. No word from Splendia or the hotel itself to inform me of this before my arrival. I am a woman travelling alone. It was a great inconvenience to have to ask the taxi that I... More

I have been calling this hotel for over 1 hr and nobody can answer, neither at the lobby, rest nor any of their other extension. I can not believe a hotel that is so expensive, can not afford a proper telephone line system.

Unfortunately this is a missed opportunity for a good review on behalf of Hotel Brick. While I had reservations to stay at this property in Mexico City last week, I was surprised to arrive at it and find it to be closed by the City for an undisclosed reason. Evidently I was bummed out about it since I had read... More

We were looking forward to stay at this place, the whole experience was spectacular. Brick is located in such a charming neighborhood, the hotel design is exquisite, the personnel is super attentive and the food phenomenal. We had a penthouse loft, the weather allowed us to have a great evening enjoying the terrace with flat screen tv, rocking chairs and... More

Don't get me wrong--the aesthetic of this boutique hotel is great--very chic and hip. Great lobby, bar, and rooms are comfy (beds are awesome). But it seemed that the things that were so great one day were disappointing the next. In a nutshell, the place is totally cute, in a great neighborhood and so i'd stay there again. But just... More

I was traveling solo for work and was nervous about safety and cleanliness. In short this hotel is fantastic. Great location, clean, modern, great service. This is a perfect hotel and I will stay there again when I am in Mexico City again for business. The food is the only thing that needs improvement but would not deter me from... More

We just returned from a week at Hotel Brick. We reserved a Junior Suite but were upgraded to a "better" suite, the Orrin. There are 3 rooms on the second floor that are in the original home. There are 15 more rooms that are new across the back of the property, 5 on one of 3 floors. Nice outdoor rooftop... More

Hotel decor is nice and looks inviting but there are a number of points that one must be aware of when booking. The biggest being that on Friday and Saturday evenings the techno music from the restuarant / bar area on the ground floor can be heard throughout the hotel (all 3 room floors) We mean techno music until 4... We were really pleased with this little hotel. Located in Roma we had a good choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It also seemed to be a favourite choice for the locals to eat and drink, which was great as we felt part of the community. We also liked the distance from all the main tourist attractions... More

The building is nice with lovely floors and very beautiful lobby. The restaurant was good and the Sunday brunch was very good with plenty to eat. I really do not want to give the hotel a bad name. The people that work there, specially at the front desk, were great guys. Very attentive and kind. I am sure that the... More
