You get what you pay for. Exceptional attention to detail - welcome drink, fully stocked snack bar, the latest in bathroom design (8 direction rain shower, fancy bidet, individual jacuzzi), electronic room control and other technology. The service was top-notch and the Spa is well-worth every penny. The restaurants at the hotel and down the street are high quality. About... More

First, the location is top notch. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Polanco, with many restaurants and bars literally steps away. Very close to shops on Masaryk, the park, many museums, and a short walk to several shopping centers. There is an official, taxi stand "sitio" right across the street. The service was great, including the mango... More

I had a very good experience at Las Alcobas, the location is great, the polcanco area hosts the best restaurants in the city and pretty good night life and at the same time you are just 10min away from the city center for all the cultural activities. The rooms are beautiful and the service is top notch!...Highly recommended!

The best location for those who like a bit of luxury. Hotel is located in the very charming and lovely Palanco area. Some of Mexico City's finest eateries are located here along with some of the lovliest shops. The exchange rate makes it very reasonable given the quality, service and choices. The hotel is very lovely, high tech features and... More

A beautiful boutique Hotel, very well located, with a superb restaurant Dulce y Patria, very helpful and friendly staff, great and varied breakfast, with very fresh ingredients. This hotel has a lot going for it. What makes the stay unbearable for people on business, a ridiculous and erratic non functioning internet, that it is free does not help. The same... More

Service is great. I was on a business trip and needed a phone and they walked 10 blocks away and bought me a phone and then set it up for me. Of course they added it to the bill. They are very responsive and personal. I did have a few snags, bill at breakfast was wrong, wifi was occasionally spotty... More

Loved the hotel... not particularly huge rooms but its a boutique hotel. Ask for an upgrade and don't be afraid to negotiate. Stayed in the Polanco Suite and the shower, the amenities, no charge for water/soft drinks and lots of snacks. I'll be back!

Stayed at Las Alcobas as a last minute stay. Hotel is beautifully furnished, front desk staff was a little whatever. Only had double beds left. Room was very dark and out my window was the car park next door. Asked if there was a gym, and was told yes over the phone. Arrived and found one treadmill, one elliptical, and... More

Las Alcobas is a small luxury boutique hotel in an exclusive location. The service was first class, from the personal welcome to the complimentary refreshment upon arrival. The rooms have a sophisticated design aesthetic and are beautifully appointed with the highest quality furnishings and products. The bathroom is amazing. Loved the efficient complimentary ironing service. We can't wait to return.

Mexico City is a beautiful city; Las Alcobas is a beautiful hotel. It's well situated, within walking distance of Chapultepec Park and the Museo Nacional de Antropologia. The rooms are large and well laid out, with luxurious bathrooms, and are immaculately clean. My fifth floor room had a lovely view of a flowering jacaranda tree and the surrounding Polanco area,...
