I really liked this boutique hotel. Housed in a discreet building in the heart of Polanco, the interior design is very well executed. Rooms are small, but perfectly formed, very comfortable and fully equipped. Reception staff are efficient and quickly solved a minor issue. There is a small spa with a very good masseuse. I see only two points for... More

The hotel lives up to the rating. Having never been to Mexico City and no clue as to where to stay, we took a chance based on Trip Advisor and we're not disappointed. The location in Polanco is perfect! The only negative is that I wish the beds were a bit more firm. I have a bit of a problem... More

Situated in the smartest area of Mexico city called Polanco you step out of this boutique hotel now part of the Starwood group and find yourself surrounded by all the international chains of shops from Max Mara to Zara. Naturally there are lots of interesting restaurants in the vicinity, but if you want to find more individual shops you will... More

This is a small boutique hotel in the best part of Mexico City. There is little from its discrete exterior to tell you that this is an hotel but the small reception area and lounge are beautifully designed as is the stunning wooden staircase which dominates the view as you enter. The desk staff are beautifully attired in tweedy suits... More

Because I think we would've been happy to stay at least four more. Why? The room design was beautiful and supremely functional, the interior hotel spaces were engaging and the staff was beyond helpful. The room itself wasn't very large, but had all the important things and a lot more. For example - doors! A door to the bathroom. A... More

My husband and I travel extensively and we have to say this may be one of our very favorite boutique hotels for service, exquisite comfort, tastefulness, charm and location. We loved every minute of our stay. Special kudos to Leonel for suggesting and arranging restaurants and tours with patience and a smile!

A great place to stay for transition from London into Mexico. Small but perfectly formed with dark wooden times it was Tom Ford like in nature. Had a great corner room with an ipad like electrical control of all the gadgets in the room. Liked the free soft drinks, welcome cookies and nightly chocolates. The breakfast in the first morning... This hotel has put everything together well: service, location, and comfort. It is a smaller, boutique hotel, which gives it a personal feeling. The staff will greet you by name, and they are genuinely concerned about your experience. Nothing you can ask seems to be a burden. I actually had one of the front desk people walk me to a... More

Las Alcobas is a gem of a boutique hotel located in the Polanco District of Mexico City. The staff is excellent, and the service is beyond prompt and lovely. I stayed for a long weekend with some friends from Los Angeles, and the rooms were nice sized, with state of the art features and a bonus is that basically all... More

Lovely hotel in a very smart neighbourhood. We stayed for four nights at the end of January. Very comfortable bed, very clean room and a excellent bathroom with plenty of space. The restaurant was a little expensive but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was delicious with lovely fresh fruit, good coffee and excellent croissants. Only... More
