I loved this boutique hotel. It's located in the heart of Polanco, one of Mexico City's trendy neighbourhoods that is filled with great boutiques and restaurants. If you love chocolate, you'll find the Que Bo! hope nearby, where you can buy some of the best chocolate in Mexico! Las Alcobas has very friendly and attentive staff, and great Vita Bath... More

Great staff. Nice little boutique hotel. First time there as my usual hotel in Mexico City, the JW Marriott in Polanco was full. My only negative comment is that they don't have a car service and use the local sitio taxes. Those are safe, the only problem is that sometimes the interior are not too nice in some of them.... This is a stunningly beautiful hotel in the perfect location in Polanco. Perfectly situated for the main restaurants but somehow still quiet in the rooms. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting a luxury stay in Mexico City.

Excellent concierge & staff. Great recommendations for getting to the pyramids. As for the hotel, the room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, great shower & super soft bed. Everything about this room was luxurious, down to the food & small details. Our room had little complimentary snacks and softdrinks that proved useful for late night munching, Lights & sounds... Was really wonderful arriving at this hotel after a miserable day of our connecting flight in Houston being delayed multiple times (though something annoying happens every time we go through Houston). There's an immediate sense of calm as you walk in. We arrived kinda late, close to midnight (we were supposed originally get there around 6 or 7pm) but the... More

Absolutely wonderful! The location is great, smack in the heart of the hippest part of DF. Elegant and refined like the location its in. Michael and his staff offer a truly old world European charm to the feel of the hotel, yet very modern. I cannot say enough how wonderful my stay was at Las Alcobas. Gracias por una semana... More

Located in lovely Polanco, close to all major museums and galleries with highly helpful staff, great rooms and services. Unfortunately chef Eduardo Morali is not with them any longer but still great place to stay in - highly recommended!

Las Alcobas is one of the nicest hotels I've ever visited! It's stylish without being pretentious. We were celebrating my daughter's graduation from high school and the hotel surprised her with a lovely note and cookies in our room upon arrival. They also upgraded our breakfast, which was delicious. These little touches make a place memorable. The location is perfect...greats... More
