My husband and I have just spent one night at Las Alcobas on our way back to London. The room was absolutely delightful just as most other guests have stated. I really loved marble flooring throughout the bathroom area. Everything has been perfectly thought out. The entire set up from check in to wifi details in the room was flawless.... More

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are great and the staff are really amazing. We loved our room and the technology they have added to the rooms make them great fun. Free mini bar food is a nice touch and the shower is one of the best ever!! Only thing that was slightly annoying was the noise made by people... More

We stayed here twice on our trip to Mexico. We went on a 4 day trip to San Miguel de Allende and Morelia and only took one bag, leaving the other at Las Alcobas. On our return the bag was already in our room. During both stays the staff were exceptional, they all seemed to be friends with each other... More

I have only positives for this hotel. I have just come back from Mexico and this hotel was our first stop before we travelled around the country. It was a great start to the holiday. Las Alcobas is a true boutique hotel. We got upgraded to an executive corner room as it was my Husbands birthday. The house butler gave... More

Overall this is a very nice hotel. It's small, but the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. And it's very conveniently located. My room had a large window but a friend with a comparable room (deluxe) says they had a tiny window with no light so probably best to check. The only caveat which is the reason why... More

Spent a week here . The property is meticulous, elegant, small hotel with amazing but staff. Room service breakfast is awesome. Whirlpool tubs, multi jet showers spoil yourself. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and a great park for jogging.

Everything here works well. Subdued large rooms. Great staff. Wonderful location near fun restaurants and shopping. Free soft drinks, water and candy. It is not resorty. Spa and exercise equipment minimal. But there is enough. Ask to eat at next door restaurant, Dulce Patria. If going to hot restaurants like Pujol or Quintonil, reserve before you get here (concierge very... More

Don't get me wrong, this is a nice hotel, pretty and clean in a lovely, upscale, if out if the way neighborhood. The rooms are very small. We paid over $400 including vat for an upgraded room with nowhere for two to sit together and share breakfast. No view, tiny sink and little counter space. They mix bath salts for... More

Dear 'Jdavis", We really appreciate your comments and we are feeling sorry our hotel was not really what you did expect. Effectively we don't have the largest rooms in town but we do have 4 lovely appointed suites, three of them with nice terraces... The room you stayed in (400 sq. ft) offers a very comfortale Kingsized bed, with a... More

I just recently arrived back to the states after an amazing 3 day getaway in DF. First and foremost, three days is way too short to explore this beautiful city. Second I am so grateful to have been able to stay in this hotel and relax my feet after a long day of touring. It was a last minute decision... More

This boutique hotel is definitely one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The overall decor was really artsy and stylish, yet homey and not at all flamboyant. The service was over the top, both at the restaurant and at the front desk. We stayed there for the Christmas Eve and had an absolutely great time.
