We stayed in the Hilton for a few days while visiting Mexico City for a family vacation. The hotel is well-appointed and quite comfortable. As a Gold HHonor member, we got a suite with lounge access. The staff were quite efficient and friendly, as one could expect from a good Mexican hotel. Breakfast was good and there are plenty of... More

This is a wonderful Hilton located in a very convenient spot on Reforma. It you are fortunate enough to have a room on the club floor there is a spectacular view from the club lounge. Rooms are sleek and spacious.

If traveling with family you will be charged for a child staying in your room, if paying for a room with breakfast it only applies to 1 person. They are not willing to correct issues or make concessions. Consider a different hotel for a pleasant stay in Mexico City

This was my first visit to Mexico City and the hotel was recommended by the family we were visiting. The restaurant within is the best breakfast I have had and the location of the hotel cannot be beat. You can walk to any and everything you could want. The rooms are so reasonable in December for what you get. They... More

This Hotel was chosen as the main hotel for the guests of our wedding and everything was perfect. The food at the restaurants is amazing and the staff came through with every request we made. We chose a master suite and the views were amazing (volcanos, parks, historic monuments, iconic buildings). Special thanks to Carlos at the front desk and... More

Booked online and have been so pleased! All employees have been cheerful, courteous and most helpful! Rooms are nice with good views (at least on upper floors). Location is excellent. We walked quite a bit all around the area and felt safe. Many things to do and see around the hotel. Tried the restaurant "El Cardinal" in the lobby and... More

Booking ahead secured a good price & is advisable because the advertised rates at the front desk are a lot higher. The overall standard seems better than most Hiltons, especially with in-house dining - the breakfasts were really excellent. Located in the heart of the city it is close to many museums & iconic sites. Downside: I was tired after... More

We just came back from Mexico City and had a great trip. Starting with the hotel which is greatly located within walking distance of great museums, the cathedral, Zocalo, restaurants, shopping, etc. We staid on the 26th floor and we had great views of the city and the mountains beyond. Buffet breakfast included daily, free internet if you are a... More

I used a free night to stay here, and they gave me an absolutely fabulous room with an extraordinary city view. But at checkout, the young man at the front desk (I wish I'd written down his name) was so rude and arrogant, I left with a bad feeling. It's a shame, because this is a really nice property (the... We stayed here for three nights in between Christmas and New Year. About 25 minutes via taxi from the airport and the excellent service began. We had access to the executive lounge and they also use that lounge for check in and check out for Hilton Honors members which was very nice. Every day there is a nice breakfast buffet... More

Staying in Alameda

Neighborhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
