The Hotel is comfortable and well decorated. The rooms are roomy, clean and the beds comfortable with large bathrooms. If you have problems getting in and out of large tubs you may want to request a room with a lower tub. The view from our room was spectacular. The closet ample and plenty of drawer space as well as vanity... More

I stayed at the Hilton Reforma for 3 nights on a business trip, and I heard that this hotel used to be the Sheraton a few years ago. I am a Hilton Gold member and was supposed to be given a room upgrade; however, at check-in I was informed that there was no availability and that I had to stay... More

Modern building with big rooms. It is well located at the center of the city in front of Plaza Alameda. The only problem I see is the traffic around, although this is true is other areas of the city Service is excellent, restaurant is good for breakfast. I didn't try any other meal during my stay. Beds are good with... More

Stayed here for five nights over Labor Day weekend. Great location for leisure travelers, close to shops, historic center and good restaurants. DO NOT FAIL TO EAT AT THE GROUND FLOOR RESTAURANT, EL CARDINALE. We made the mistake of eating here on our last morning before heading out to the airport; amazing breakfast. Had I known how great this place... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in Sept. 2014. The hotel was ok. The rooms have some very obvious signs of wear and tear. Not quite what I would expect from a Hilton. The Hilton, an AMERICAN hotel brand with over 530 locations in 78 countries does not convert US Dollars into Mexican Pesos at this location. Only Euros. So in... More

Pros: - Friendly staff. From reception to housekeeping. Loved the bellboys. Super friendly. - Near to the center. A few blocks from the Zocalo and Bellas Artes. - Lots of security. They do their job and they are paying attention who gets in the hotel. - Great Restaurants. Worth to visit. Tried the buffet at Dones and last year tried... More

The Reforma area of Mexico City houses many of the oldest buildings. There is a great pedestrian area just a few blocks from the hotel where many of these historical buildings can be seen in their glory. Intermixed in this area are some modern conveniences such as Starbuck's and some very fine restuarants. The hotel itself is probably the best... More

Spent a few nights in Mexico City and enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The bathroom was huge, too. Customer service is excellent and the facilities are great. Central location with lots of dining and shopping options nearby.
