From check in to massage, gym, to checkout this hotel is great for business travelers. I personally like the well guarded park in front for early morning runs. There is a great Italian restaurant just behind the hotel with access from the back, as well as several options within close walking distance. The restaurant onsite is great for lunch, very... More

The hotel is in the Reforma area and is well-situated if you have business in that part of the city. If you are working in the Polanco area, you might want to stay elsewhere as traffic is terrible in Mexico City. This hotel was a Sheraton until five years ago. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and service oriented.... More

The hotel is very nice, perfect location, wonderful food and excellent staff. The very disappointing thing is that despite the high price you still have to pay approx 15 USD per day to get a good internet connection, also because the free wi-fi doesn't really work. On their website it is not clearly stated, and this makes people feel cheated.... More

I stayed for four nights in March and found the Hilton Mexico City to be a solid performer overall. The central location of the Hilton is hard to beat, and provides ready walking access to numerous historic landmarks, shopping, and dining. While I was in Mexico City for business, the location is also idea for tourists. My room was on... More

Hotel is on the Reforma district. A great location for work or vacation. Hotel has two nicerestaurants, the most popular being on the lobby. Good quality was very good. Rooms were well decorated, clean and, best of all, quiet. Has great internet service, which is an additional (reasonable) charge. Starbucks is right next door, even though the hotel makes a... More

I stayed at the Hilton Reforma for 3 days on business. The positives: - nice lobby. - staff are generally nice, if somewhat slow to understand things at times. - breakfast is very nice - the fresh fruits are great! - location is a 5 minute walk to the historical centre. While security is a major issue in Mexico, the... More

I recently enjoyed a brief stay at the Hilton Reforma. It was my first visit to this hotel; it was chosen for its proximity to the location of our meetings. My room was quite comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially the bellmen, reception, the gym, and the "Los Dones" restaurant. Housekeeping also did a terrific job. I... More

The hotel is comfortable with all needed amenities, the gym is nice and bigger than in many hotels, the bar is a good and the concierge was very efficient. The location deserves a special mention as you are at walking distance from the City center.

This hotel has premium location. However, exactly because it is a huge popular hotel, it is busy. Checking in is not quick. There is an almost constant line up. Security is questionable. You don't need to swipe your hotel room key to have access to the floor, which in a busy hotel like this would be a plus. The views... More
