This wonderful hotel is located in the heart of Mexico's downtown - the main plaza and Cathedral (think the movie Spectre's opening scene), museums, shops etc. The staff will stop at nothing to ensure you are satisfied. Look for great deals on the Hilton website and make sure you get breakfast included - excellent buffet. There are other hotels that... More

Might be one of the best when considering its prime location very near to Zocalo. Excellent service, food options and Gym. Not cheap but in line with what you pay in other Hiltons around the world. Overall recommended

Wonderful location! It's at a vibrant neighborhood within walking distance to many of the landmarks. The concierges are wonderful, they patiently helped me to plan my weekend activities (lucha libre, teotihuacan pyramid, zocalo, restaurants, dance show and more!) especially Adrian :)

Very few hotels actually deserve 5 stars, this is one of Them. Staff, facilities, food, etc...all top notch. Convenient location to reach major avenues to anywhere in DF . Internet access is great...rooms spacious....nowadays with current $$ exchange rate more affordable

We stayed 5 nights after an archeological trip to the Yucatan. The room was clean, quiet and roomy. Service was great! Everything we needed was handled promptly and in a friendly manner. The hotel is in a great location, on the Alameda and near the Zocala. Belle Arts theater and several museums are just blocks away. Only complaint: the shower... More

Very good location with many places within walking distance. Near the park. We had a jr. suite that had sweeping views of the city and the mountains (snow covered). The staff were friendly and helpful. The concierage offered good restaurant suggestions. Would definitely stay here again. Good for pleasure or for business.

The Hilton Reforma is a great place to stay in Mexico City. The service is top notch with all staff being friendly, helpful and bi-lingual for non-Spanish speakers. It is in a great location for visiting the Historic District. Rooms are generally large and well equipped - it is worth paying extra or upgrading with points for a Junior Suite,... More

This is hotel is located in the central district. The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond. My suggestion is to spend a little extra to be on the executive floor; rooms are better, views are outstanding and the access to the executive lounge is worth the extra $

We stayed in the Hilton for a few days while visiting Mexico City for a family vacation. The hotel is well-appointed and quite comfortable. As a Gold HHonor member, we got a suite with lounge access. The staff were quite efficient and friendly, as one could expect from a good Mexican hotel. Breakfast was good and there are plenty of... More

Staying in Alameda

Neighborhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
