As a small business owner we value the location, comfort and price benefits of the Hilton in Mexico City. Large rooms and bathrooms at a 3rd of the cost of Polanco area hotels. Award winning lobby restaurant "Los Cardenales".. Close to all city center tourist attractions.

This hotel offers many of the features that you would expect as a matter of course from the Hilton chain: a clean, well-appointed, decent-sized room and a range of generally good-quality facilities. Positive points include the generally attractive garden terrace area and swimming pool area on the 6th floor and a generally decent-- if ludicrously overpriced-- selection of food and... More

if you are arriving in mexico and a bit tired need to find quality, the hilton in the centre of mexico city is a good call. It has all the signature features of a hilton hotel but right bang in the middle of mexico. The bar is good, breakfast is good. Getting wifi in my room was a bit confusing... More

It's very rare that a hotel ticks all the boxes required for a pleasant stay but the Hilton Reforma Hotel in Mexico City does just that. So, what are those boxes? For me they consist of comfort, cleanliness, convenience, atmosphere, facilities, Internet speed, cost, and the quality of the breakfast. No surprises there. In the manner of cringeworthy middle managers... More

Is an Hilton, in the center of Mexico City. The room is above Hilton's average in terms of size and furniture, excellent bathroom, very fast Internet connection, excellent Gym, very good breakfast. Check-In process a little bit slow, on a "bad" note, the room cleaning service can be improved, I had to call them to get the room cleaned, apart... More

Great modern hotel off the Reforma, in a great location where you can easily walk to the Palacio Bellas Artes and to the Zocalo. Great lobby and even better spacious and really clean rooms with nice toiletries. The personnel is very helpful from the reception to the concierge and to the bell boys. The buffet breakfast is rich and the... More

I visited Mexico D.F. for 5 days and 4 of those nights I stayed at the Hilton hotel. The location of the hotel is great. From the Hotel we were able to walk to many tourist locations. One night we had tickets to a show at the Palacio de Bellas Artes that is across the street a nice stroll down... More

I did not stay at this property but was treated to a great meal on the first floor restaurant, Los Dones. I had one of the best Grilled Mahi-Mahi fillets that I have ever had. The sauce was spicy and typical Mexican, simply made the meal. For appetizer, the soup of day, a Tortilla soup was outstanding with unique flavors,... More

We had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights. The location is excellent, walking distance to quite a few of the city's landmarks. The hotel is modern and grand, our room was on level 26 a Club Suite, it was spacious with amazing views across the city. Housekeeping were excellent and the room service very good, we ordered a... I got back from my business meetings at 9pm and sat in the bar to check my emails. I declined to order a drink from the barmaid when I sat down and within 5 minutes was asked to leave unless I ordered a drink by the manager 'Antonio'. I told reception I'd been asked to leave the bar as I... More
