Stayed here for 4 nights in Sept. 2014. The hotel was ok. The rooms have some very obvious signs of wear and tear. Not quite what I would expect from a Hilton. The Hilton, an AMERICAN hotel brand with over 530 locations in 78 countries does not convert US Dollars into Mexican Pesos at this location. Only Euros. So in... More

Pros: - Friendly staff. From reception to housekeeping. Loved the bellboys. Super friendly. - Near to the center. A few blocks from the Zocalo and Bellas Artes. - Lots of security. They do their job and they are paying attention who gets in the hotel. - Great Restaurants. Worth to visit. Tried the buffet at Dones and last year tried... More

The Reforma area of Mexico City houses many of the oldest buildings. There is a great pedestrian area just a few blocks from the hotel where many of these historical buildings can be seen in their glory. Intermixed in this area are some modern conveniences such as Starbuck's and some very fine restuarants. The hotel itself is probably the best... More

Spent a few nights in Mexico City and enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The bathroom was huge, too. Customer service is excellent and the facilities are great. Central location with lots of dining and shopping options nearby.

If you are visiting Mexico City this is a great place to stay, with a lot to see and do close by, museums, shops, restaurants, historical landmarks, transportation and night life with a great city view, but it comes at a price.

It is exactly the hotel you expect when you choose a Hilton and you pay the price. Good hotel for bussiness, meetings and visit the old town. Staff very professional but maybe a bit cold behaviour. Anyway, highly recommended if you can pay the price and you like to stay in big/commercial hotels

I spent 2 days at Hilton. The rooms are good (with a king size bed, television and a place to work), the service is nice and the food are awesome. It's located near to historical center and you can walk to know some restaurants, museums, churchs and gardens.
