My family and I stayed at the Hilton for three nights and the first night, we had experienced some problems in the room, however, the front desk staff was eager and swift with fixing the issues that we had. The room itself, does need renovations, however, the atmosphere of the hotel, the location, and the customer service was impeccable.

This Hilton hotel has a good location in the city center, all sorts of shops and restaurants nearby, it has a nice entrance and lobby but the rooms could use some updating. Not the nicest Hilton I've been to.

Super location across the street from the Alemeda Park, down the street from Bellas Artes, not far from the Zocalo and so many other main attractions in Centre City of Mexico. Superb service at this new Hilton location, comfortable rooms, great gym, and the Cardenal restaurant downstairs lobby, why not stay here? A first class staff that takes the time... More

I have stayed in this property three times now. After trying other options, this is my number one choice In DF now. Location. Location. Location. Whether in the big City for business or pleasure, (or both), Hilton Reforma is as central and convenient as can be. Nice, huge, park across the street. Very safe for walking, jogging and bike riding.... More

This wonderful hotel is located in the heart of Mexico's downtown - the main plaza and Cathedral (think the movie Spectre's opening scene), museums, shops etc. The staff will stop at nothing to ensure you are satisfied. Look for great deals on the Hilton website and make sure you get breakfast included - excellent buffet. There are other hotels that... More

Might be one of the best when considering its prime location very near to Zocalo. Excellent service, food options and Gym. Not cheap but in line with what you pay in other Hiltons around the world. Overall recommended

Wonderful location! It's at a vibrant neighborhood within walking distance to many of the landmarks. The concierges are wonderful, they patiently helped me to plan my weekend activities (lucha libre, teotihuacan pyramid, zocalo, restaurants, dance show and more!) especially Adrian :)

Very few hotels actually deserve 5 stars, this is one of Them. Staff, facilities, food, etc...all top notch. Convenient location to reach major avenues to anywhere in DF . Internet access is great...rooms spacious....nowadays with current $$ exchange rate more affordable

We stayed 5 nights after an archeological trip to the Yucatan. The room was clean, quiet and roomy. Service was great! Everything we needed was handled promptly and in a friendly manner. The hotel is in a great location, on the Alameda and near the Zocala. Belle Arts theater and several museums are just blocks away. Only complaint: the shower... More

Staying in Alameda

Neighborhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
