We stayed for two nights in a junior suite on floor 16. Using the e-stand by option when booking we were able to upgrade from a standard room to a junior suite for about £56 extra, given that this upgrade also gives you access to the Executive Lounge it is well worth trying to get. Our room was big and... More

I stayed here on and off for four months for work. The hotel is in a great location, easily within walking distance to the zocalo, and close to metro and bus stops. The hotel is a little dated, but the incredible service more than makes up for it. Mexican hospitality at its best here-everyone from the porters to the wait... More

We recently attended a convention and stayed at the Hilton Reforma for nine nights. It is in the historic district so we were able to walk to a lot of the sites that were listed on the bus tours. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the hotel rooms were. There were several of us traveling together and we were... More

We were comfortable on our nine night stay. The beds are the most comfortable that I have ever slept in in Mexico. Bathrooms are nice. Rooms starting to show a little wear and tear. Had a room on the 24th floor with a great view of the park and the historical area. Easy and safe to walk in the park... More

A good solid option in central Mexico DF. I'm a Hilton Gold so got upgraded to the better room, but not to the Exec Floor. Checkin and breakfast were available in the Executive Lounge, with stunning views over the city (but we weren't entitled to the evening service). A great Hilton, recommended

I guess the air intake for the hotel is at street level and with most cars in Mexico City driving without even a catalytic convertor the air on the street and thus in my room stank! When I woke up during the morning rush hour the fumes were the strongest. It was very difficult to get the temperature right in... More

The city views from this hotel are fantastic. The executive lounge is large and the staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness area on the sixth floor was always busy. The restaurant on the sixth floor served excellent Mexican food. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed for 8 nights. I am a little disappointed in the administration of the hotel and the services offered. I am sure its the hotel policies that they employees are carrying out. The hotel is beautiful from the moment you enter the lobby. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Everyone asks if they can be of assistance. Checkin is fast and efficient.
