I always try to stay at Hilton hotels as they really take care of you. I am a diamond VIP member staying at Hilton hotels more than 100 nights per year. Unfortunately this was an exception. Nothing was good during the stay, they gave me a very dark room next to the service room. No water bottles in the room.... More

This is my first stay at this hotel. As a Hilton Diamond VIP the benefits were much better than normal. The Executive lounge has stunning views of the city along with an excellent breakfast and then a happy hour in the evenings. Out of all the Hiltons I have stayed at for business, this is close to the best I... More

With all the facilites ofered by Hilton, this hotel is very well located -walking distance from down town (centro historico), Palace of Fine Arts, many museums including the National Museum of Art, the Incredible Franz Mayer Museum, the Diego Rivera mural etc... The staff is friendly... The only problem could be the frequent demostrations that pass infront of the hotel...... More

It is a above the Hilton standard. The rooms are comfortable, big and clean. It is a bit expensive for Mexico, but this is the price you pay for good service. The breakfast offers a huge buffet and plenty of "a-la-carte" options. THe hotel has two other restaurants, which is quite useful because there is nothing upscale in the region.

We just came back from staying 4 nights in this hotel and I would recommend it highly. It's a very comfortable and clean hotel within walking distance of some of the great sights of Mexico City. We stayed for a night in June to take a quick look at Mexico City at the end of our trip to Central and South America. The hotel is conveniently situated and close to the Hop-on, Hop-off 'Turibus' which proved a great way for us to take in the sights of the City in the limited time we had available.... More

Pre a family gathering in San Miguel, my husband and took a 3-night, 2-day stay in Mexico City at the Hilton Reforma. The concierge staff was invaluable in terms of helping with restaurants, transportation, etc. Our upgraded room was quiet and had a stunning view of the city, and the service overall was very good. Despite a much needed update... More
