We stayed at the Hotel Geneve for a week, and were 100% satisfied with everything. We booked via hotels.com and got a very good rate. Sometimes hotels put you in less than desirable rooms when you book somewhere other than their own website, but not the case here. We booked a standard room for three people, and got a large... More

I stayed two nights (Saturday and Sunday) at the Geneve during a weekend trip to Mexico City. I hesitated to book here but after reading the reviews posted in tripadvisor decided to go for it. After the first night I had mixed feelings about the rate I would give, but the second night at the hotel helped me to make... More

We LOVED this hotel! We didn’t see any other rooms, and given the bargain price we paid through Agoda we suspect it wasn’t the best on offer, but it was very stylish, sweet and clean. The beds were covered in plump cushions, and there was lovely white sofa and sitting area. The hotel is steeped in history (opened 1906?) and... More

Spent 4 nights here in Feb. if you go you won't be disappointed. Very well appointed, comfortable rooms, with lots of space. Great location in the Zona Rosa and about a 5 minute walk to the Metro. Very clean and free wifi. Lots to do in the area and although it is busy we felt very comfortable. Food at the... More

This hotel has everything you'd ask for. Additionally, the whole place has a classic feel, which really adds to the atmosphere. The service was great, and the rooms couldn't have been better. It's located in an excellent part of the city, Zona Rosa, filled with great restaurants and shopping places. Highly recommended!

I stayed her for three nights and had a great experience. The rooms are generous and nicely done in a classical fashion The service was excellent and the restaurant good. The hotel offers promotions which are a great deal. The present promotion includes up to 4 family members. This includes room, American breakfast, 220 Peso daily credit and transfers and... More

In the middle of the "Pink Zone" is located this classic hotel (it does not mean old), rooms are very comfortable, there is a famous Karaoke bar, across the street, besides diversion, you can visit the close museums, as the Wax and some other . Also if you want a hair cut, in the same street, you can visit a... More

Loved the Geneve and would definitely stay here again. She's a bit of a faded lady, but for me that was the charm. The rooms were average but clean, and the beds were *very* comfortable. The staff was always professional and welcoming, from the front desk, to the bellhops, to the extremely helpful concierge. The location in Zona Rosa is... More

The lobby and common places are incredible, full of history and souvenirs that give this hotel amazing character. Rooms are quite average (at least ours in the 5th floor), may not be the cleanest (got to chase down a small cockroach in the toilet). Stay for the ambiance, don't mind the rooms too much.
