This hotel is like Gabriel Garcia Marquez histories... Beautiful hotel, with magic based on design, great staff, rooms a little oldies , delicious restaurants, great variety of options and better located than other expensive a hotels. Near Masaryk , security, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, nice bell boys, ugly bathrooms, average amenities, expensive internet, great location , confort beads, beautiful design... More

I traveled to Mexico City on business and stayed here as the firm I was consulting with chose this hotel. The firm was covering the expenses. Upon arrival the front desk confirmed I had only to place my card for incidentals as my lodging was being covered. Fast forward to the unpleasant surprise of the full charges for the room... More

This looks to be primarily a business hotel but it is an architectural gem. Very mid-century modern common areas and rooms. Not as luxe as a five-star but more than adequate. Excellent gardens and grounds as well. Top level service, many dining alternatives. Worth a trip.

Natural Habitat Adventures had arranged for our stay at the Camino Real Hotel in Polanco. I had researched the hotel here on Trip Advisor when we received our itinerary and was a little leery because many of the reviews described the hotel as being a 5-star that was losing some of its shine through age and neglect, but I have... We stayed two nights during a recent trip through Mexico. Although we had read mixed reviews on the Camino Real, we booked it because it was affordable and well situated for visiting the area. Our experience was great. Check in and out were excellent. Our Deluxe room was large, clean, quiet and well appointed. Every staff person we dealt with... More

I stayed here for 6 nights in January 2016 for a business trip. The location was convenient for most meetings in Polanco, allowing us to walk to some which was good because the traffic is crazy. The hotel is quite old fashioned and perhaps in need of updating as areas appear quite tired. However the décor makes you feel as... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the beginning and end of tour. The hotel's location made it a good choice for me as I flew into and out of Mexico City. The room I was in was spacious and had all of the amenities one would expect. The hallway layout was confusing, but that was more amusing... More

This hotel is really nice. It is a work of art with its majestic fountain at the entrance and all the distribution all around. The rooms are comfortable and a good night's sleep is guaranteed. There are several restaurants serving international food from mexican, japanese, chinese, bistro, a lounge and a buffet style La Huerta. In this restaurant the dessert... More

Camino Real Polanco México It is impossible to write a review of hotel Camino Real Polanco without talking about its stunning architecture, due to Ricardo Legorreta Vilchis, the award-winning Méxican architect. Both he and his works deserve comparison with other great architects of the time such as Niemeyer and Saarinen. This hotel is one of his most famous achievements. Camino... More
