This futuristic looking hotel could be coming off the Jetsons. Build in 1968 prior to the Olympic Games this hotel is a living museum of avantgarde or perhaps futuristic architecture. The rooms are simple, clean and spacious. The bathroom is on the bigger side too. The AC seems tired and on a hot day I am not sure it would... More

I was in this hotel back in 2011 and what never got out of my mind was the distance you have to walk to get to the room. I you are lucky you get one close to the elevator buy if not... prepare yourself for a long walk. The rooms are average size, beds are OK but the real downside... More

The hotel location is great. Also the room service personal is outstanding - very friendly! The hotel looks very inviting. The style is nice. Access from the airport very convenient. The not-so-good list is as follows: - thin walls, you hear everything from the lobby and the neighbors (not just the adjacent ones) - no hair dryer in the room... More

Don't go there! I gave deposit by debit card, because i don't have credit card (not used to own one in Slovakia). They charged 250 euros and never returned it. After few months of email conversations, they just stopped responding and ignored any further comunications

Stayed here for a conference in August and was very impressed. Beautifully decorated and very stylish, this is a large hotel in terms of area but the friendly and helpful staff made sure that the welcome was never impersonal. The rooms were large and very well looked after and everything in the hotel sparkled as a result of the attentions... More

Stayed at this hotel for a week for training purposes. The hotel is well decorated with lovely art and sculptures. Felt as though we stayed at a museum. The concierge was very helpful. Food provided at training was not that good. But the room service and other restaurants were excellent.

During our Mexico City visit, The Camino Real chain is where we stay for business or fun... In the Polanco @ Anzures location is huge. Reminds me of a modern Flintstones.. Rooms beautiful but very noisy. (Request a room away from the party room) The restaurants are hip, good and expensive. Breakfast cafeteria is delicious. Very well located close to... More

It has great modernist architecture and in pretty good location but this place is huge, 700 rooms and is a bit tired. My bed and bedding was good and the bathroom has been refitted. The lobby resembles Grand Central Stn at peak times so be careful when timing a visit to reception. Get a room facing into the pool as... More

Was there recently for one transit night. It's a good place to stay one night if you have a flight next day from International Terminal at DF. Lobby bar is good for couple of drink and relaxing. Wifi is not good at rooms. Get to the rooms is a maze. If you get one of the lower floors all the... More

Stayed here for two nights with a group of friends largely because of the architecture (Luis Barragan). I knew in advance that it was a giant concrete box with some bright paint on it. Anyone who complains about that wasn't paying attention when they booked. My complaint is with poor maintenance. Lights that didn't work. Keys that didn't work (and... More
