Great location. The gym was small but enough stuff to do a complete workout. Starbucks in 2 block radius in each direction. Liverpool - a shopping store is three blocks away. Love the place and the staff were great. Turndown service each night and the rooms were large.

I stayed here on a layover for one night. The room was alright, nothing special and a view of a parking lot, but the bathtub REALLY nice! The bed was comfy and had nice pillows. The only problem I had was that the TV volume was stuck on high, and after calling the front desk twice to send someone up,... More

I loved staying in this hotel, it screams modern retro architecture. The mix of colour, incorporation of water, the green indoors area, at least 9 restaurants to chose from, the artwork from Tamayo, the superb service... On the downside, the rooms are a bit dark and could use a revamp.

I stayed at the Camino Real Hotel for one night at the end of a tour of Mexico. It is a design, stylish hotel with various pieces of contemporary art. Rooms are big and well furnished and they offer all amenities, including bathrobes. Staff are nice and supportive. Breakfast is good even if, for such a big hotel, it is... More

Although the Camino Real was a very comfortable hotel, with spacious rooms, we found it to be a little dated, and in need of some work and upgrading in certain areas. It looked a little run down in the main parts of the hotel, although the decor was deliberately retro. Also, the rooms didn't have enough lighting. We were packing... More

700 rooms, 7 restaurants its a big hotel, a little too crowded. The concierge forgot my bathrobe, and everythime the got a taxi for us it was overcharged. Restaurants were excellence, good food and quality. The hotel was clean.

If you are considering on staying at this hotel, you must be prepared for all the disturbing noised that hotel's workers produce from early time in the morning. The service is good and the food excelent! However you won't be able to sleep and rest

The only thing that keeps this hotel alive is the multiple restaurants on the property all of which have great food and service. The hotel itself is very dated and old almost to the point of rundown. The rooms need to be updated. The lobby is down a flight of stairs, the carpet smells in the hallways and rooms. At... More

Camino Real Polanco México has seen better days. That explains the outdated décor and old furniture, purple carpet (??!). It has to be renovated. The hotel is big and busy. It seems to be very popular among Mexican travelers more than foreign travelers. The hotel is situated in Mariano Escobedo Street which has nothing to offer. If you want to... More
