Located near the central business district, yet close to the Bosque Chapultepec park and museums, this business hotel is clean and well serviced. I have stayed in the hotel for business in the past but chose it again since it is close to our friends in the City. The staff is always helpful, multilingual and very professional. There are several... More

After checking out and having lunch, I had to wait 40 minutes after I had asked for my check. Because I was running, late, I tried to leave telling that I have a plane to catch. Two people tried to hold me saying that if I left without paying lunch, it would be taken out of their pay. I missed... More

Clean and well-appointed room. Service was good, though maybe a bit overwhelmed during the peak checkout time in the morning. Multiple restaurant choices. Hotel located in an upscale area that was busy, but not noisy.

We will never again stay in this hotel.staff at the reception desk and at housekeeping where rude, not willing to help. The room desperately needs maintenance . electrical outlet was not working, couldn't use the hair dryer, requested to be fixed, as I had a wedding that day, and nobody ever came.

due to ice storms in Dallas in February 2015 were redirected to Mexico City and had to overnight. Picked this hotel for to get some sleep. Nice lobby, nice restaurants. We had to queue for an hour for check in and as we were really tired from travelling redirecting this was a bit lengthy. The check in clerk was very... More

Me and my business partners stayed around three years in this hotel in the Polanco area. The hotel itself is not the new its renovated. It was built by a really known architect from Mexico, Legorreta. So you notice great arquitectural details. Rooms are ok. The best factors are location and the restaurants inside. The locations is in Polanco a... More

This hotel was selected for a couple of nights as I didn't want to crisscross back and forth around town and my business was centered at the hospital. As others have pointed out this structure and decor are retro, but the lobby is open and the seating is very comfortable. The restaurant is most accommodating to dietary needs and we... More

This is a great place to stay if you're interested in seeing the sites in Mexico city. The hotel is large but not crowded, and there are a half-dozen major restaurants with every kind of cuisine you'd want. The staff is helpful and most of them speak acceptable English. Be wary of room location if you are bothered by street... More

Stayed at the Camino Real sin the hotel I usually stay at was fully booked. I figured for one night how bad could it be. Was I wrong to pick the hotel!! The rate was not cheap by any means, but the price/value was extremely poor. The rooms are ok. The first room they gave me overlooked the street. The... More

This hotel in the Polanco area of Mexico City is architecturally very interesting and a unique landmark. The hotel layout, room style, and public areas are visually surprising and fun, being very much a product of their time (late 1960s). This includes bright colours, unusual fountains and wide corridors. My room was comfortable (I slept well) and clean, but a... More
