We stayed for three days at this hotel which is very well located in one of the best areas in D.F. , Polanco. Just a few steps from Chapultepec and Reforma, and few minutes driving to the best restaurants and shopping centers. Check-in was easy and fast. The rooms are clean, as well the bathroom. The pool area is nice... More

I HAD always lodged foreign business visitors at Camino Real Polanco. A visitor from Germany just stayed in room 2607 August 23 to 25. He was extremely upset. He paid US$220 + taxes, in exchange got a very old room, with old carpets, old curtains, old furniture, not even a bottled water, no coffee maker, no breakfast and no free... More

At first arrival you come to this unusual swirling pool of water and the front staff takes your bags all good .. Then check in takes longer than usual . Wifi is not included in the rooms you need to buy a pass . Room is clean and large i stayed in the 4th floor overlooking the street so it... More

Located in the Polanco district of Mexico City, a very nicely done out hotel with all necessary facilities and a variety of good, if not cheap, restaurants. Walking distance to the Chapultupec forest, the Anthropological Museum and the Museum of Modern Arts. Only downside was that you had to pay s fairly steep price for any wifi, which seemed unnecessary... More

I enjoyed my stay at Camino Real. The innovative architecture made this a lovely place to stay. It's location is great because you can go anywhere from this location. Rooms facing the courtyard in the VIP/Club section are quiet and relaxing. I enjoyed the daily breakfast and the service in all areas of the hotel were fantastic. Jesus, one of... More

Stayed here for 3 nights for business. The hotel is expansive and cavernous, with giant spaces in the lobby, in the restaurants, in the courtyard, etc. I loved well-worn but well-oiled machine feel of this hotel, in particular, I found the service to by top notch, from the front desk to the concierge to the breakfast, room cleaning etc. The... The is a sleek and modern hotel with beautiful rooms and restaurants in the beautiful neighborhood of Polanco in Mexico City. My room had a balcony looking onto the courtyard, which has mature plantings and song birds, and even though it was cool outside, I really enjoyed having coffee or a drink out there.

Good, safe neighborhood, but the hotel used to be better. Big and more for groups these days, although some really good restaurants - we tried Morimoto. Get ready to walk distances to your room though. The carpet in my room was pretty filthy and the room smelled a bit, but so did the rooms of my travel companions, so moving... More

I went first on business, then as a tourist with the family. The breakfast buffet is a superb start to the day with excellent service. The rooms feel old and tired but are clean. We had decent mattresses and pillows and the shower was great. It is in Polanco, near the park and we walked to Condesa, the Zona Rosa... More
