The is a sleek and modern hotel with beautiful rooms and restaurants in the beautiful neighborhood of Polanco in Mexico City. My room had a balcony looking onto the courtyard, which has mature plantings and song birds, and even though it was cool outside, I really enjoyed having coffee or a drink out there.

Good, safe neighborhood, but the hotel used to be better. Big and more for groups these days, although some really good restaurants - we tried Morimoto. Get ready to walk distances to your room though. The carpet in my room was pretty filthy and the room smelled a bit, but so did the rooms of my travel companions, so moving... More

I went first on business, then as a tourist with the family. The breakfast buffet is a superb start to the day with excellent service. The rooms feel old and tired but are clean. We had decent mattresses and pillows and the shower was great. It is in Polanco, near the park and we walked to Condesa, the Zona Rosa... More

Stayed two nights in Mexico city for a business meeting. Check-in was fast and efficient. The hotel seemed dated and the rooms were old but comfortable. There are several restaurants on the property including Italian, Chinese and Mexican restaurants. The service was good and food was fine. Room service was prompt. The Wifi was very good. I think I paid... More

Stayed here for 1 night on a recent business trip. Hotel is in an excellent location, close to many restaurants and within easy access to major avenues. The hotel is somewhat oudated, but the service and rooms are excellent. I had a room facing the courtyard pool which was nice. Breakfast was very good, with a large buffet featuring many... More

The hotel lobby is nice but the rooms are outdated. The hotel is decently located in the intersection of Reforma and Polanco close to shopping and restaurants. However the hotel itself is in need of a facelift. I stayed in th Executive Floor and arrived 1.5 hours prior to "official" check in time. I was offered my room for an... More

Expansive hotel has impressive design elements, but not a particularly comfortable place to stay. A few of the challenges included - inconsistent hot water resulting in cold/ tepid showers, furniture and especially sheets in need of a refresh, long-lines for check-out and lack of casual-quick dining options (though many high-end options). Hotel staff was friendly and eager to please.

In general the hotel is good but the facilities look aged and in desperate need of refurbishing, as with most hotels in Mexico City, customer attention is good but the overall customer service at this hotel is definitely not at the level of other hotels in the area, most staff in the front desk tend to be aloof and not... I was at this hotel for a week for business. My room was nice. It was very quiet and peaceful. The bathroom was newly done and pretty awesome. While I spent very little time in my room, my business was in the hotel, in the ballroom. The staff was lovely. The view- STUNNING. The pool area was beautiful. The location... More
