This hotel is centrally located and with easy access to very good restaurants but, they have no HVAC, no ventilation, no air conditioning, unless you know to ask for what they call a "penguin", a portable A/C unit with a hose that hangs out of the room through a small window or a hole in the wall. Quite noisy and... More

For any price you do not want to stay at this hotel. Just don't do it. The 'free' Internet did not work. The tech the registration desk said would be right up never showed. The bed was a mattres on a slab and lumpy. No air conditioning. Bathroom was wet all the time as showering got the entire room swamped;... More

The first night I was woken up at 4am. I was placed in the 2nd floor in a room that faced the street. When I woke up I saw what appeared to be the silhouette of a young lad hiding behind the huge window. That terrible experience changed me emotionally. The next morning I was placed in the third floor... More

Really horrible food, they treated us with the dinner-leftovers in the morning-buffet - but the staff was really nice though. We were upgraded to the suites for 8 days free of charge, those rooms were nice - the other ones not really good...

Plenty of bars and cafes around the hotel, the staff were helpful with a very friendly porter. Our room was clean if dated with no air con although a portable unit could be requested. WiFi was fast and could be picked up from our room so good for researching maps etc. Buses up to Zocalo (main square) can be caught... More

This hotel is reasonably priced and the room was clean and comfortable except that it was very warm inside. The hotel gave us (for no extra charge) a big clunky air conditioning unit which did the job but made a lot of noise and so wasn't so suitable for leaving on at night while we slept. The room we had... More

This hotel is in a GREAT LOCATION, but other than that needs a major makeover. The girl at the front desk could never be bothered despite their "we're here to serve you" motto. The rooms are dark & drab and the linens definitely need replacing as they have lots of stains. The hallways are kind of creepy at night as... More
