We stayed here overnight before our flight back to LA and chose this hotel due to the proximity of the subway station -Ninos Heroes. We wanted to be able to get dinner in town and not have to stay near the airport with limited options. It was about 3-4 blocks from the subway exit and was a straight shot. Look... More

This hotel has everything you need. Comfortable beds, nice staff, great wifi. It has the perfect location Roma which is the trendy part of the city. The staff is multilingual and you feel very looked after. They can help with cabs and there are great bars and cafés in walking distance.

Have stayed here a couple of times and it is clean and comfortable. Nothing special but has an agreeable atmosphere. I stay here because there is a wealth of restaurants in the area (Colonia Roma) and it is perfectly safe. A good hotel for when you are being careful with the budget.

I don't think we will be returning to this hotel. To its credit, the hotel was very convenient because we came to Mexico City last minute during spring break. We usually stay in the area because we like it. The hotel was a little more expensive than we customarily pay, but it was clean and comfortable. The wifi is pretty... More

Helpful staff, Eric in particular spoke very good English, and was always willing to help. Each staff member from bellman to housekeeping was friendly and always spoke. Safe and in a nice neighborhood where we felt comfortable walking around.

We stayed in this Hotel 3 times, and have always found it satisfactory. Helpful staff, very safe location, very good buffet breakfast and comfortable room. Computers available in lobby for a small fee. Buffet breakfast costs a little more at weekends. Nice area in lobby for sitting in. Reception staff were very helpful in advising where to get tubes etc... More

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights, the front desk staff is rude, when we checked out our first impression was that the manager was playing sexual games with the lady receptionist, Mayra, she was too rude when we arrived, she gave us an occupied room and never apologized for the issue, but made us wait for... We stayed in this hotel for just one night, on a layover during Christmas. Its an OK hotel about 10 minutes walk to the downtown attractions in Mexico City. The area seemed to be safe to walk around during dark. The hotel restaurant was not bad, the staff was helpful. All in all, it was a good stay with no... More

This is a middle of the road hotel in a nice neighbourhood in Mexico City. Had researched access from MEX (Benito Juárez) airport. After arrival we bought the taxi token at the taxi counter, 20 USD and a short queue and we were on our way, some 30 mins ride. The staff were friendly, no problem, we were expected. A double... If you're looking for a room under $100.00/night in one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City and don't mind a bit of noise, this is the right option for you. Located on the bustling Alvaro Obregon avenue, you're positioned right in the heart of Roma Norte - the DF's hippest hood. The Ninos Heroes subway stop is a five... More
