Comfortable and clean with helpful staff (after a little prompting). Window fixtures require updating as they allow too much noise to come through. Recommend staying on the upper floors especially on market day.

Location: There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The Niños Héroes Metro station is easily reached from the hotel, about three or four blocks away. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The area is nice and feels safe. I didn't have any issues walking around during the day or at night. There are plenty of restaurants/bars in a variety of... More

If you want to stay in Roma or Condesa (I certainly always do) but don't want to burn a hole in your wallet then Hotel Stanza is a great option. While it's not terribly charming, it's perfectly clean and well run. Rooms are a good size, and in there you will find you have almost everything you need. Also passes... More

I stayed here on the recommendation of friends of mine who love this little hotel. For me it was fine, it was clean and comfortable and quite adequate but I found the location a bit out of the way for where I like to be and what I like to do.

We stayed in Hotel Stanza for 3 nights. The Hotel was very comfortable, with an excellent buffet breakfast. The area felt very safe, to walk around, even at night. The Hotel staff were very helpful, and we were able to retain our room until 6pm on our departure day, for half the daily rate. We felt the Hotel was excellent... More

We chose this hotel because of its location in the Roma neighbourhood and we were not disappointed. There are many great restaurants in the area, unlike some of the other Mexico City hotels elsewhere in the city we ordinarily patronize. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. The air-conditioned room was clean. The lobby restaurant, part of... More

Friendly staff at the restaurant and a great breakfast buffet. It's an average hotel, but the area where is located at makes you feel safe and comfortable. That's what you should pay for in a city like Mexico D.F.

Friendly staff, full breakfast buffet and a small gym. Rooms are a bit dated but spacious and come equiped with a coffeemachine :) That feature outsells numerous business hotel where you're stuck with instant coffee. Neatly situated among various restaurants and bars. For us it served as a good starting point to Discovery Mexico city. Metrobus stops just around The... More

My host made this reservation for me for 3 nights. The Stanza has a comfortable lobby (spent time waiting in the lobby for group activities to compense). The room had a king size bed and was comfortable (firm mattress). Bathroom had good water pressure and was large. Breakfast (which was included) was a full Mexican Buffet. I don't eat meats... More

I was traveling alone, I didn't book for a room. When I arrived to the hotel I asked for a single room and they said yes, we have single rooms. I filled the information card and I was going to pay then a member of the staff said, you know what, we just have double bedroom. I will charge you... More
