The staff here were all very friendly and helpful which we appreciated a lot. The hotel is decorated nicely and is pretty quiet for sleeping. The beds are a little hard, but that's a personal preference to most. It's a safe area, with many choices for eating not far at all and a couple just across the street, and also... More

The hotel is conveniently located with plenty local convenience stores and bars. Only a short walk to the Metro station. A longish walk to the Zocola but a very scenic one. Good restaurant for the evening plus a convenient casual one for breakfast.

The hotel looks really good inside. Traditional Mexican vibe and the service in general is very good. The restaurant's breakfast came out super fast and the servers are very nice and attentive. The TV in my room was huge and had a lot more channels than I can watch. I had a street view and it was great for people... More

I had booked for 21 nights to stay as a base to go other places in México. I thought it would be cosy and welcoming and full of character. Unfortunately, the staff don't speak English. Certainly not to have a conversation. The area (on edge of zona Rosa ) is a dull and lifeless area. My bedroom had issues 1.... More

My wife and I arrived to the hotel on the 24th (1:00 am). We were taken care for by a nice gentleman who showed us our room and gave us our food tickets (Expedia bundle). The room was average sized, with a view to the street. The bathrooms were average but relatively clean. The bed however was uncomfortable and the... More

And friend and I stayed here over a long weekend for the Formula One race. This is not a fancy upscale hotel by any means but for the price, it was excellent. Great, safe location in sort of the center of numerous great neighborhoods (Zona Rosa, Roma Norte, Condesa), clean simple rooms, friendly staff. What more could you want if... More

All you could ask for a budget hotel - a bed with clean sheets, good hot shower, and great location. The only downside was the WiFi connection. They had several WiFi routers covering the whole hotel but none of them seemed to ever connect. The only reliable way to connect was to sit in the downstairs computer area, right next... More

Excellent location for Zona Rosa and Centro Historico. Clean and well maintained, although wifi was not at all reliable. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed there on our first and last 3 night in Mexico.

We spent two days in the Posada Viena at the end of March. The staff was very helpful, the free breakfast adequate and the location in the heart of the Zona Rosa meant that lots of things were within walking distance. The rooms were large and colorfully painted. My only complaints were that the beds were too hard and that... More
