Booked on hotels.com for about $70 and then the hotel wouldn't honor the reservation, said they couldn't. Then they charged us $170 for the walkin rate and they also billed hotels.com, so they got paid twice. It was a nightmare trying to get any money refunded. Don't book through hotels.com and DON'T stay at this hotel. They're dishonest and were... More

This hotel can be found to be under $100 a night easy. Most of the room offer double beds or one queen bed. Free Refrigerator in the rooms. Shower is the only weird thing. Towels are old and small, The shower has no door and the toilet sometimes is weird to flush. But the water is hot. The beds are... More

Always on the look out for a great hotel in Mexico City, I just spent three nights at Sevilla Palace. I didn't want to stay in the historic center this trip and decided this hotel would be a central location for easy access to wherever I wanted to be. Although there isn't a metro stop right outside the door, its... More

Let's start first with an amazing pool on the roof that is heated and also has a little hot tub next to it. Perfect to get you going in the morning and relaxing at night. And they don't close it early like many places do. Since we spend most time exploring the city, our room had all we needed, it... More

The hotel no doubt is old. Its location, however, is perfect and it is obvious that maintenance is taken very seriously by management. The rooms are clean, the entire staff is welcoming and the response to my concern (telephone not working) was really fast. I wouldn't think twice about staying in this hotel again.

This hotel is located in a walking distance to the historic center, on one of the main avenues of the city, "La reforma" and is very good for business but also to tourists. Rooms are nice, with comfortable beds, good bathroom with shower, flat TV, a desk that is very useful if you need to work with your laptop, ironing... More

I don't know who the woman working at the business center on 9/7 at 10pm is but I believe she has me mistaken for someone that killed her entire family because that's how she treated me when I called to ask for another WiFi password for my 2nd device. Lady, I'm sorry, I didn't do anything you suspect me of... More

Starting with the positives, the hotel is on Reforma Av which is fantastic and will make some good photos. There is also a nice pool with a stunning view on the PH floor. Well worth a visit. The rooms are reasonably big and in good shape and well presented. It has that corporate feel to it. The wifi is free... More
