Starting with the positives, the hotel is on Reforma Av which is fantastic and will make some good photos. There is also a nice pool with a stunning view on the PH floor. Well worth a visit. The rooms are reasonably big and in good shape and well presented. It has that corporate feel to it. The wifi is free... More

The Sevilla Palace, it´s a very good hotel, the inside architecture is like back to the 70´s but with a contemporary touch, there are ample space inside and out, there are a glass iluminated elevator , but the most important, the rooms are clean and confortables enough for the Price, their breakfast buffet is also excellent with big selection of... Either if you are going on vacation or for business, this hotel has it all. Great location, I recommend to wake up early on a Sunday and enjoy a bicycle ride through Reforma, the government closes te street and it becomes pedestrians and bicycles only. That's amazing. The hotel is walking distance from a great shopping plaza, the alameda and... More

Excellent hotel in very good location. The room was very nice and the food and Tequila were excellent. The staff was also very professional. The only disappointment I had was find that there was a computer rental and printing charge for printing a simple airline boarding pass. Despite that shortcoming, I still highly recommend this hotel for business visitors to... More

I booked a night here at the last minute, I wanted central and nice. In comparison to other 4 star hotels The Sevilla was on the cheap side, so I wasn't expecting too much, so this place was a bit of a surprise. The doors of the nondescript facade give way to a big, quiet and calm reception area, the... More

It is a nice location and their are working nice people but if you stay here longer than a few days you see that it's managed badly. They don't know how to keep their customers happy and let them wan't to return. For example ,we stayed here for weeks and every 5 days they lock your door and you have... More

This hotel is conveniently located near the park Alameda and shopping. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. On Reforma avenue which is a main avenue where bus service is available for approx. 5 pesos to the Angel and Zona rosa.

One of the best attributes of this hotel is its location and the room rates are very competetive as well. The room itself was clean, quite spacious and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have the opportunuty to dine in the restaurant as we were part of a large group but we did have a breakfast... More

This is a very reasonably priced and well-located hotel. That said, there are better options that offer the same but with much more. I was here for business and the infrastructure is pretty terrible. Internet is impossibly slow. The business center offered me access to three different networks, all equally exasperating. My phone went dead for half a day. I... More
