This hotel offers a very competitive rate for a Hotel along reforma Av. The location is really good close to almost every touristic and business place in the city. I have to say that overall the hotel is pretty decent but I was kind of expecting more by looking at the pictures on the website. The hotel offers all kinds... More

We stayed In a standard room. Got a great deal on groupon so the room was definitely worth it. Very clean. Shower didn't have a full door- weird style- floor got all wet? Our Standard Room view had an inner courtyard view that is rather boring. But we were just looking for a place to crash after touring the city!... More

My friend and me stayed at Sevilla Palace for 4 nights. We were at the 9th floor with view to Reforma Avenue, I can say traffic noise wouldn't be heard inside the room. Our room was very clean all time. Staff was very friendly and would help us the best they can. This hotel is in a great location not... More

One of the best attributes of the Sevilla Palace hotel is its location just at Reforma Ave. in the middle of all the main touristic spots of the city between the historical downtown, the nice Polanco Zone and a short ride to the trendy Condesa/Roma neighborhoods. Although it is not a new building (built around 1980), its a very nice... More

We spent 8 nights here in October/November. I was very happy with the experience and would come back again. We were there for a conference and the hotel really catered to the needs of our group. The front desk check in was quick and easy. There were even front desk clerks who spoke English, which we were not expecting. Our... More

Great hotel, friendly staff, every person is always willing to help you find a map or a good place to eat or visit, great location, you can walk to museums, the mall, historic monuments, there are taxis always waiting at the door, nice pool. The food was excellent, the piano player was the best. I had a great time.

The location is great for tourists, you can either walk reforma towards chapultepec and go to the best museums (anthropology) or enjoy great food around. The staff is friendly and the hotel (bit outdated) is clean and secure. Recommended!

Hotel is located in Reforma with many many options around to take a ride, eat, drink and have fun. Instalations and rooms are clean, modern and luxy. I think the price is very good related another hotels

Have been to this hotel numerous times. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Suites are spacious, other rooms are nice but a little on the small side. The location is good, numerous restaurants nearby. Felt safe there and felt safe in the neighborhood as well, even at night.

Rooms were clean and spacious. They charge for coffee in the room, never opened the mini bar. Good food, bar was comfortable place to meet. The beds were comfortable and maid service quick. Rained hard while we were there and they had a problem with a couple elevators, but they were fixed by late afternoon. Safe area to stay with... More
