Have been to this hotel numerous times. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Suites are spacious, other rooms are nice but a little on the small side. The location is good, numerous restaurants nearby. Felt safe there and felt safe in the neighborhood as well, even at night.

Rooms were clean and spacious. They charge for coffee in the room, never opened the mini bar. Good food, bar was comfortable place to meet. The beds were comfortable and maid service quick. Rained hard while we were there and they had a problem with a couple elevators, but they were fixed by late afternoon. Safe area to stay with... More

Not sure why so many people are crabbing about it, but this is a lovely place. Location is excellent: we even walked to the historic zocolo from here. Great service from all we've encountered, clean & pretty room (quiet as well), comfy bed... Perhaps the sense of entitlement could be toned down a bit, all you anonymous critics!?

I stayed for for three nights in this hotel for a conference and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are cheap, but the quality is good and the location is a big plus! It is at walking distance from the Zocalo (1/2 hour), which you can reach through parcs and pedestrian zones. The buffet breakfast is not outstanding, but the... More

Hotel is located well, however over all experience does not match the location. Though room is furnished well, coffee maker was bad and icing on cake was each coffee sachet was priced. You will do better if you carried your own supplies. Shower too was in bad condition and internet, though complimentary left much to be desired. However, I must... More

We only stayed this hotel only because it was offered by our airline by using our miles (not via extensive searching and comparing online) and it was the hotel on the list that required the least amount of miles - this plus all the other reviews online I assume the price of a stay is very reasonable. Our room was... More

You know the old adage, "You get what you pay for."? Well, that adage is true in this case. Yeah, the rooms are cheap (around $90) but all you are paying for is the location. If you are on the 8th floor you will hear everything. As another reviewer wrote, the hotel is in need of an upgrade. It appeared... More

If you come here on business plans this is exactly What you need. Very comfortable, clean, and they can get you a cab you can trust your life on (at a price I may add). If you want to come to Mexico laughing about all the paranoid warnings other people may have, then this is the hotel you want. You... More

This stay was a gift and was prepaid so had I had the opportunity to leave the place, I would've. The place is old, needs to be renovated. Our AC did not work for 3 days so after multiple calls we received a dirty, old fan that we never used. Upon our arrival, I asked about a security box. Such... More
