My wife and me stayed at this property on march 2012, Good location at south of the city (near main avenue and a shopping mall); nice, friendly and helpfull frontdesk, bell boy and room service; clean, space and quiet room (although the property is near a main avenue and it was in construction over nigth) "ask for upper floors rooms",... If this were a US hotel I would not stay there. But this isn't the US. The service is EXCEPTIONAL. The rest is average and a bit worn out. The WiFi is horrible but it's the same at every other hotel I've stayed at in Mexico City. At least they don't charge you for it here like the rest of... More

It's big clean hotel, business traveller class and very nice and helpful and freindly staff. Restaurant is average, not bad but not particularly good. Bar is in the foyer and lacks any real character; it also closes at 11pm, which is quite early!! Located next to Perisur mall and near to where I am working it is very convenient. The... More

If you are in the Southern Mexico City for business, for University matters, nothing beats this chain hotel. Located across the street from Perisur (a gigantic mall), short blocks away from the old paper mill converted into a beautiful series of remodeled old buildings or a short taxi ride to the amazing Ciudad Universitaria (worth a visit even if you... I choose this hotel because you could walk to the very nice mall (and a Starbucks). However, I was disappointed with the experience. While the lobby is nice, the rooms need work. Thin carpet and smallish rooms were a problem. I had to move once because the rooms facing the freeway and the mall were too noisy. The staff was... More

A nice hotel with a very clean room and great breakfast. Also good meals for dinner. Across the street is a good mall with fancy brands. If it's intended for tourism, maybe other options will suit better as there is nothing to sightseeing close the hotel. More

The worst hotel in my life. That is even worse by taking into account its category and number of "stars". Indeed, apart from the scarce lighting due to exahusted and not replaced lamps, when we came back to our room the second day of our stay we found that the Hotel reused the same USED AND DIRTY towels we used... This is a very good property and its quality is similar to another Radisson hotel. This hotel is well suited for business travelers who will have to work nearby the hotel. I do not recommend if your intention is to make a leisure trip since it is distant for major touristic attraction in Mexico City. More

The staff at this hotel just can't be beat. Without exception they are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Since I was only here for two days and had lots of work to do, I ended up eating most of my meals in the hotel. Room service was incredibly quick, the restaurant was very pleasant, and the food was very... More
