I really enjoyed my stay at Plaza Florencia. The room was very clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a large, clean bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The WiFi speed was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located near bars and restaurants.

I stayed here for 10 days recently. A friend paid for my stay in pesos which lowered the price somewhat. Though though hotel is not perfect it is a very good value for the money and in a great location in the Zona Rosa, two blocks from the Angel of Independence Monument and the main Avenue Plaza Reforma and a... Loved the way they treated me when i arrived. The rooms are very clean and the location great. The only downturn i had was the AC, it took a while for it to get to the temperature i wanted but apart from that i will surely come back to this hotel.

This hotel is ideally located 2 blocks from the Angel de la Independencia. Right in the heart of Zona Rosa. All roads are easily accessible to travel to the outskirts of the city. All of the bellhops were fantastic. The housekeeping staff was also great, Socorro Flores made sure we were well attended to. The place is immaculate. As soon... More

The Plaza Florencia Hotel was a nice decent place to stay. Very comfortable for a good price. It's located in a very central place, but not in downtown. Close to public transportation and accessible to places of interest. Nearby the Angel de la Independencia at La Reforma Av., Insurgentes Av., and Zona Rosa where you can find nice restaurants and... Lovely rooms very welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the same each day but choice of hot and cold. We had 5 rooms 15 of us and they were all on the same floor. Only downside is there is nowhere to leave luggage if you arrive early of depart late. They chain your luggage to a rail then tie... More

Nice hotel, basic amenities and furnishing, kept clean and with excellent air conditioning in the room. This room was one of the best values for one with AC in the area. Conveniently located to the metro, and walking to the many bars and restaurants in the Zona Rosa. Staff were professional, courteous, prompt, and if your Spanish is weak (or... More
