I like this hotel and have been back seveal times. I offen have to go to Mexico City on business and this is where I stay. They let you check in at 8 am. The breckfest is not very good and the internet is only good when you are near the lifts. It is somewhat clean. The TV is very... More

Stayed for 4 nights. Booked on Agoda site, where he was positioned as a 4 *. In fact - it is so, but ... for the agency, they provide accommodation of lower category, with no air conditioning, mini-refrigerator, hair dryer. Also in this issue there is a very shabby old furniture, old doors, bathroom also has a terrible look, traces... More

Stayed here as part of a group tour. It was very convenient for shops and sights and slap bang next to the Metro, but some of our group complained of noisy rooms - don't get one facing the road and heliport opposite. We a had large room, most things worked apart from the heating and staff were friendly, although the... More

Just choose this hotel for: good location , good price, safe, also not far from zocalo about 20 min. walk, but you get what you pay, wi fi internet never works in this place but you can go to any star bucks coffee shop with your laptop, also taxi service twice expensive as normal, this hotel in the list of... Although most of the staff was friendly, the hotel itself suffers from MANY disadvantages. The place itself is decrepit. The Internet connection barely works - if it works at all. The entire structure is in decay - there wasn't a single floor in the building that wasn't inclined. The carpets were dusty. The menu choices for the "included" breakfast were... More

Good location, in the corner is a Metro station which takes you to most atractions. The staff in the hotel was terrible, unfriendly with the exception of the housekeeper. They offer free internet wifi but it never works. More

We had stayed for two days at Hotel Fontan in the last week of March on our planned tour to Mexico. We would recommend this hotel to everyone, mainly to the travelers who need to balance an extent of luxury with affordability. Our room offered a cozy accommodation for both of us. Our room was very clean and its bathroom... More

I traveled to Mexico City for the U2 Concert on May 2011, we chose this hotel because there's a Metro Station just across the street and we could get to the Estadio Azteca and a lot of other interesting places really easily. We loved the location, cause we could walk to Bellas Artes (3 blocks) the Zócalo (about 9 blocks... More

Good location, a lot of noise, somewhat decrepit. As usual in Mexico, everything moves on tips most noticeable in the "included" buffet, and I had the need to get very early in the morning and I was charged half a day extra for the convinience.. Never in the US. More
