I've stayed at this hotel a few times because its location location is great and they often have good rates, they also give good maintenance in general to the lobby and rooms, however most of the rooms are small and many of them have an awful view, nevertheless you'll have a good rest and it's walking distance from good restaurants... We were there for one week, I shared a room with a friend. The room was nice and very clean, thumbs up to the bathroom with a wonderful shower!! We got a "internal" room and it was very, veryyyy quiet. The only bad thing was that we weren't able to open the windows and as smokers, the smell wasn't pleasant... More

Good location for taxi's, a bit far from the subway. Small but nice, well kept rooms. We were a bit put off by being told that we needed a reservation to eat breakfast at the hotel resturant, I can't say I've ever had that happen before. Otherwise a good stay, though this is probably a better fit for a business... More

Very very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The rooms are great and the bathroom is fitted with modern amenities. We stayed in the junior suite one time and also in the Prestige room. Reviews had said how small the Prestige room is but it's not a hole in wall as I thought. It's a comfortable size but the beds are... More

We spent just 1 night in this hotel, we paid 85 € for a double standard room without breakfast, so a very big price for Mexico standard. The room was really small and the bathroom with old accessories. The location is not so good so you must move by taxi or tube. Also if this Hotel has been cataloged within... More

It's been a year since I stayed at this hotel, but wanted to write a review even this late, as I had such a pleasant surprise while staying there. This hotel is definitely best suited for business travelers and conferees, given its ambience and decor. My room was pretty small and dark, so I would specifically ask for one that... More

Pros: very comfortable beds, nice bathroom amenities, efficient housekeeping staff, excellent breakfast buffet. Cons: very noisy air conditioning in the room, old bathtub. Check-out was an unpleasant experience as the hotel staff took 30 minutes to finally agree that they should use the total price in our confirmation of reservation in USD, and not try to charge us 15% more... Good location in a safe business district. The hotel is well turned out and so are the staff. It is mainly used for business but we used this as a base for a bit of sightseeing. There is a bus stop for the sightseeing tour 5 mins walk away. Good value and very clean, would stay here again. More
