This hotel is a great place to stay by Reforma area. The hotel is not high end but location is fabulous and service is great! The rooms with a king size bed are VERY SMALL, but comfortable and the gym is good enough for business travellers. The internet connection is good. So is a great deal for the price you... More

We stayed five nights during our vacation. Although I was concerned about some of the reviews of the rooms, we chose a Junior Suite and were very pleased. The room did not show any sign of wear or tear, age or any of the other concerns that people had in other reviews. In fact, it was hard to distinguish this... More

Reasonably priced and comfortable hotel near the core of the biz/financial corridor in Mexico city, small rooms but very comfortable, safe and clean area in Mexico city, the staff is very helpful. Food is your standard hotel food, nothing to rave about but it fulfills its purpose. There is a breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. The cafe downstairs is... More

Emporio Reforma hotel is just what I needed for my business trip, centrally located and at a great price. Their coffee lounge makes it easy to use it as a mobile office and get some coffee. They also have a restaurant on the second floor that serves good food.. I only had breakfast there, my chilaquiles were really good with... More

The lobby style and furniture takes you few years back!. Staff professional but not friendly.. very slow room service..very slow internet in the room..the seventh floor rooms dont have a good city view... small room, comfy beds but bit old bathroom. Excellent location.

This is a lovely, often reasonably-priced hotel, well situated between the historic centro and embassy row. A very pleasant walk to either but certainly excellent access to bus and taxi just steps outside the front door. It is a full-service hotel with decent restaurant, bar, cafe and room service. My room (solo female traveler) was nicely furnished, immaculate and well-appointed... More

I enjoyed my stay at the Emporio Reforma. I want to share an experience that really made a positive impression. I left a garment bag full of clothes in my closet. I have stated at the emporio for years. It is very compact and one of the most efficient and friendliest hotels in the city. Further it's on Reforma and yet backs up to a delightful neighborhood which is in a constant state of renovation. Classic Spanish Colonial architecture buildings are being rebuilt. You can walk about 4 blocks and go... More

Nice rooms, very practical, well disposed spaces. Clean, good WiFi. Free water bottle in the room. Markets close (small ones). Not far from the Zocalo (not very close either). La Ciudadela handicrafts center few blocks away. This hotel is over the Paseo de la Reforma, the imposing central Mexican avenue, very nice for a long walk. After sunset, avoid inner... More
