Impossible to work from my room. The connection dropped every few minutes. I had to go down to the lobby area to work using my local public telephone wireless service (Infinitum Mobil). Wireless hardware and software are so cheap today that no hotel has an excuse not to provide a good service. I have no complaint about the personnel service.... More

Work put me up here. The room was very large and super clean with a king sized bed. The bathroom facilities were good, except the shower door wouldn't close properly. Didn't spend much time in the room, as was always out with work. The windows are double-glazed, however as the highway is right outside, expect to hear noise. I had... More

I stayed here primarily because it was near to my Girlfriends family. The Hotel is listed as 5 stars. I would say that is a stretch, even by Mexican standards. However, this is a fine budget Hotel. The rooms are nice. Bed is very comfortable and they have all the toiletries that are expected and they also provide two complementary... More

Booked a single room in this hotel due to its location only. The hotel looks very old and lacks maintenance. Got a room at the 5th floor. Room had 2 beds, even though I had asked and booked a single-bed room. Don't expect nice mattresses & linen. Bathroom and shower are also old. No iron nor ironing board. Not even... More

Pedregal Palace is a competent and nice hotel more designed for the easy going than the high powered businessman. It is ideal for holiday people and those with time on their hands. A little distant from the centre of Mexico City, it is a reasonable alternative. Clean and safe, with very acceptable food and service. No complaints at all.

Giving this hotel an average as I am not sure how it exactly compares to other hotels in Mexico city (I would rate it higher than the Hilton Airport though). After staying in the airport Hilton (very convenient but expensive) the people I was working with suggested the Pedregal Palace as a more convenient location for them (since they were... More
