The hotel is well located, close to the beautiful Paseo de la Reforma. It is not far from the Museo Arqueologico, which me and my husband went on foot on a nice Sunday morning in less than half an hour. It is not new but the rooms are large and comfortable. The attendants are polite but not very efficient. There... More

We like this hotel. It is nice, clean and conveniently located. The restaurant is nice and everyone is cortious...no complaints... Note: the one thing -not the hotel's fault- is the taxi drivers they have outside of the hotel. They are thiefs and will charge you way more than what the ride is actually worth...keep that in mind!

There is a reason why I think coming back to this hotel for over 30 years the great location the friendly staff good restaurant nice rooms for under $60 a night and it's in the middle of everything there is a garage down below if you're crazy enough to drive in Mexico City there's taxis all over only steps away... The staff was friendly and helpful - most of them speaking fluent English. The adjacent restaurant has a fantastic brunch every morning. There is free self-parking. The rooms are clean. The showers were very good. No complaints. The location is only a few blocks from the Avenue de Reforma. I would return there and recommend it to anyone.

Although we booked a room for there, we got one for two. Next day, I showed our reservation and the receptionist promised us to add a bed. In the evening, we still had no third bed. Another receptionist told us that Roms were available for there for some surcharge. I did. not do but filed a complaint. We did. not... More

When my husband and I travel we take organized tours, and we need a hotel that is large enough and sufficiently well- known that the tours will pick us up there - that's why we picked this one, it was the least-expensive ($57/night) on our tour operator's list. As we approaches the hotel we liked the neighborhood's wide tree-shaded streets... More

The room and sheet and bed was old but clean. bath was so so old but clean.... More

I'm a no frills person, so I'm not looking for greatness in a hotel. The staff was easy to work with and some spoke English. The rooms were very clean, though the beds were very hard. It is located on a nice quiet street, but walking distance to some great attractions. There are plenty of places to eat within a... More

The only good thing: people are friendly. It is a very old hotel. And six of the seven friends who were staying at the hotel, experienced a great problem: we got stomach ache and we had to see a doctor three days after leave the hotel.
