With a one night stopover in Mexico City, I booked Suites Amberes for the price and free airport shuttle and it was more than worth the price (approximately $90). Outstanding value with free airport shuttle, breakfast included (numerous menu choices), wifi (good, strong signal), in good location with close proximity to restaurants, bars and shops. Customer service was very good... More

Huge rooms, great service and the free airport pick up made everything 20 times easier. VERY close to the metro and we actually walked down to Zocolo from the hotel in about 45 min. Would stay again, felt very safe and would recommend. Someone mentioned to request a room away from the street to avoid the club noise which I... More

Thanks to the reviews here on TripAdvisor, I selected this hotel for our 7-night stays in Mexico City, the week of December 27th. The major advantages of this hotel are just as others have stated: -Very large apartment style suites. -Free taxi service (but with limited hours). -Free breakfasts. -Free and good quality wi-fi connection from room. -Great location from... I'm a sucker for a good breakfast, and I found the breakfasts to be wonderful (although, I did wonder why we were never offered rolls as were many other tables -- I insisted the last day)! Ask for the full menu. We were given the English menu the first day which includes only 3 items (had the chicken enchiladas that... More

We were very impressed with the beautiful room, the excellent attitude and willingness of the staff to help with any request, and the delicious breakfast prepared with attention. The location is exceptional for food (one of the important factors for a successful vacation), and centrally located. The front desk always gave us great advice and called for safe transportation to... More

Members of my family and I have stayed at Amberes Suites on three different occasions and will plan to return, since we visit Mexico City annually. The location can't be beat, in the centro historico, but not in the busier downtown area near the zocalo. Zona Rosa is walkable, with many good restaurants. The habitaciones are actually apartment size, much... More

My wife and stayed here for a night during our visit to Mexico City. The service at this hotel is excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. The rooms are two bedroom suites. Honestly, it was an apartment. When we viewed the hotel online, we were concerned that the room and the... More

Very good hotel spoiled by its location. The Zona Rosa may no longer be a dangerous place to walk around at night, but it is crowded, loud and trashy. The suites at Amberes are huge by hotel standards. The breakfasts are excellent. The bed is huge, but it is as hard as a rock. We could have been sleeping on... More

I primarily booked here for the free airport transport and free breakfast. I did not realize how large the suites were or the great location! I was traveling solo and just needed a place to stay one night. With just me I felt I was wasting the room, there was a main bed room, second bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with pots... More

Loved it. Apartment sized suites with ceramic tile flooring, big comfortable living area with TV in living and bedroom, lots of channels, (even NFL Network!) Great location in Zona Rosa surrounded by restaurants and clubs. Very nice breakfast with hot selections, great coffee. Good shower, comfortable bed, functional kitchenette, fast and free internet. What's not to like? Highly recommend.
