We had to stay there only for one night, but where surprised not by the low cost, but also by the excellent friendly service. The rooms where spotless clean, nice airy, great TV, fantastic bath room and we fond even an ironing board and iron in the closet with the free safe for laptop and other electronics. The place is... Excellent free airport pick up and drop off service. Large and quiet rooms (at least on the back side of the hotel where my room was). Nice modern furniture, very comfortable bed. Everything you need in the room - large TV, coffee, hairdryer, iron, safety deposit box... Efficient and friendly staff. Free Wifi (although signal strength was not always great).... More

Two things changed about this hotel since I stayed there in June 2013. The first was that I got a far better rate through hotels.com. The second is that the hotel has never responded to my complaint about not returning my 'incidentals deposit' from that initial visit. I guess they never read the reviews on this site, or simply do... More

Excellent hotel for those who want to be close from the Mexico City Airport, Palacio de los Deportes, Auditorio Nacional, and other attractions in Mexico's capital. I asked for a transportation, above midnight, and in 10 minutes they send a guy for pick me up. Nice and big rooms, with king size bed and LCD tv. The buffet is just... More

Very clean, freshly decorated with super comfortable bed and linen and nice and handy toilleterie ( I had the king size bed). The room I stayed in had no view but the window opens up - which can be a plus for some people. The size of the room is not overly big but comfy. I had a shower but... More

I was so looking forward to my first night in Mexico, and booked a master suite expecting a great experience and the wonderful warmth of the mexican hospitality, instead i got a rusty tub and rudeness galore! Firstly, when making my reservation trough Booking.com the page specified that i had to pay 100 of the first night on the day... More

We stayed at this hotel Dec 27-30 on the recommendation of folks that have stayed here while en-route to their snowbird residence in Puerto Escondido, and we were very impressed. The driver met us at the airport (there is a gal at Gate 4 to greet you and confirm the van is on its way) and threaded his way very... More

This is a nice clean hotel with an English speaking staff (mostly) and well appointed quiet rooms. OK, so what’s the problem. The only reason someone would stay here is access to the airport. So airport related services are the key. I had two problems in this regard. My wake-up call was late. More importantly, instead of using the hotel... More

I spent a couple of months at this hotel on business and so I got to know the hotel, staff and area very well. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and comfortable. Most of the staff spoke at least some good English so I was able to get by without any problems. Even the doormen will admit to you... More

Shuttle was prompt. The hotel is clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the gym, pool, sauna were adequate. I did not try the restaurant, it was closed during the hours I was there. I did find the supermercado (a couple of blocks away) and sampled some tasty handmade shrimp empanadas! I will stay there again.
