The hotel is reasonably convenient to downtown, and about an hour or so from the airport. It is a bit dated and run-down, but relatively comfortable. The room was comfortable, but cramped, and a little loud due to the street noise constantly featuring in this big city. The bathroom was similarly cramped, lacked any natural light, but was very clean... More

“ CSI Mexico” Do not go in this Hotel! Our Junior Suite was fine, clean, comfortable king-size bed but we couldn't close the curtains all the way, there was no mini-fridge and I tried to boil water for tea but the water never came out of the kettle. The pool, accessed by stairs on the top floor, is tiny. The restaurant doesn't offer much variety but all the staff were... More

The beginning of my visit here was pleasant enough. The front desk clerk checked me in quickly and gave me a nice quiet room on an upper floor with little noise. Air conditioning is from the 1960's and only has an on-off switch with no ability to set the temperature. I arrived back at the hotel my 2nd night around... More

Visited on a quick business trip, had called in advance to reserve a driver for a one-day trip to visit customers in Queretaro and Vallejo; they organized everything for a reasonable price, with a very reliable driver. Reached the hotel late at night, and everything was smooth and ready. Hotel is clean, a bit noisy (my window did not close... More

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and it was a pleasant experience. It looks like this hotel had major renovations since my last visit, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the decoration of the rooms were very modern while keeping the 70s-80s look (which was my favorite part). The rooms and staff are quite nice,... More

Stayed at zona rosa area and this hotel seems like a good deal. Close to all clubs and restaurants within the area. Also able to walk to most of the tourist areas. I like the small local tacos shop in Zona Rosa and the convenience stores all over the place. Also hotel is next door to police station....so very safe.... More

We stayed here for 5 days and it was just excellent. But..It's not the top of the line in Mexico city. Still, it's a great businessmans hotel and we had a beautiful, clean room on the 19th floor. Close to all kinds of transportation. Taxis radially available and metro just around the corner. Plenty or restaurants near by....

This hotel is centrally located in Zona Rosa, however it's also within an easy walk to Colonia Roma, Condesa, Downtown/Historic Center, Chapultepec Park and La Reforma. This hotel makes getting around the city a breeze due to it's location and access to multiple modes of transportation within just blocks. As for the room, it's very comfortable (bedding, furniture, amenities) and... More
