Plus points: very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. In a good location. Fantastic shower with loads of hot water and massive pressure. Negative points: everything had to be paid for in advance even room service which meant, for us, that to get our breakfast in the room I either had to pay a ball park sum in advance or... More

We stayed at this hotel for seven days. Its location is good. It is close to many restaurants, and the subway (Meto) station. It is an old hotel, but a decent place to stay. Room and bathroom were clean, and staff was friendly. On our third night, somebody tried to open the door at 11:00 pm. Luckily, we put the... More

The hotel is located in a nice safe area and close to everything. The deco is dated and needs some improvements but it's a good value for the price. The beds are very hard but your not there to sleep all day. Nice showers with hot and great water pressure. It's an old school building so you do get a... More

The biggest downside was the lack of air conditioning. Luckily it wasn't unbearably hot, but it did make sleeping a little uncomfortable. The reception spoke English very well and was very helpful. We arrived at 6:30am, we just wanted to drop off our stuff if possible, but took a chance on asking for early check-in. They hooked us up! We... More

My husband & I and my parents stayed in two deluxe rooms just before Christmas. While this hotel is 'shabby chic', with slow elevators and dated décor, it was clean and the staff was very good, & the price was certainly right. The restaurant is open 24 hours, which can come in handy when you are taking in the sights... More

Well lets make this clear, this hotel has a good location, you will be able to reach many different attractions from zona rosa and Av. La Reforma (major avenue with dinning and shopping spots) is just 3 blocks away so what a great plus, also rates in our case we got a good deal for those 5 days, service is... More

I've stayed at this hotel twice. First time was because KLM forced a mis-connection on my flight and I stayed an extra night at my own expense because I decided to explore. Most recently, I went back because I found a great price on-line. This property is a bit oaf a diamond in the rough. It's in a convenient location... More

In Colombia (where we live) the Zona Rosa is the trendy area with all the cool bars and restaurants. In DF it is literally the pink zone, with emphasis on the pink. As gay travellers I say that with great respect. :-) A great gay heart of the city, but we had no idea. Partly due to poor research, partly... More

Very good budget hotel. Close to everything, 10 minutes taxi ride to all famous touristic attractions. Location, location, location! Good size room, will need update in a few years. Air dryer, ironing board, many things you will find in a more expensive hotel. Free in room safe, but you need to ask for the lock. Only negative point: Erratic internet,... More
