I booked the hotel so that my daughter could swim in the pool and I could use the steam room. both were/are under indefinite repair. The bell boys were totally obnoxious also. More

... having read reviews here before we left. It is not a luxurious hotel but it is clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I went with a friend. We were doing a short Mexican tour. 3 nights were booked at this hotel. Yes, it is in the gay area of Zona Rosa and, as a couple of women... More

Hotel Geneve on Avenida Londres is a beautiful old hotel-spectacular lobby full of interesting memorabilia and displays. Great service-most helpful concierge and staff in general. Our room is spacious, beautiful dark spanish style furniture, marble bathroom, lovely linens, floor to ceiling windows with handsome draperies. WIFI. Ask for interior room if you want quiet. Very reasonable price - under $100... More

Room is fairly large, everything is adequate, not bad, not great. Just blah. Great view from the 16th floor. The staff is very friendly. We were with a group and the hotel organized a special dinner for us which was ok with drinks at outrageous prices. More

This hotel is located on the bar area called the zona rosa (mostly gay bars) it is kind of central close to the center of the city. The staff of the hotel was terrible, they don't know anything about service quality and client satisfaction. Maybe the only nice ones were the baggage guys. The rooms were ok, but we had... More

I'd stayed in this hotel at least a dozen times, during 5 years. It is a well located place, in the middle of Zona Rosa, a nice place in Mexico city. It has a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, and also it has the police station like 20 steps away, so there are at least 4 or 5 cop... More

We stayed here for just a couple of nights as part of a group tour. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially Luis the concierge. The rooftop pool area is a bit small (as is the pool) and there never seemed to be anyone up there! Probably... More

Also known as the Best Western Zona Rosa, this Hotel Royal turned out to be the perfect place for a family with kids. It's in a great neighborhood with lots of eateries and shops around--reminded me a bit of Greenwich Village--and is even in walking distance of Chapultepec Park, if you don't a leisurely stroll. Best of all it has... More
