Location, Location, Location. Great value in this prime area. This is a great option if you need a hotel near Reforma and Downtown for a business trip or urban tourism. Is not big so service is very customer oriented. the terrace at the top is very nice, the pool is really small but more tan enough for a for a... More

The romm quite confortable and clean, the bed confortable y and no noise at all. Nice experience, and well located the hotel. You get well for the price you pay, or maybe a little... More

Great location for an entertainment hotel. It's near the best attractions in the city and you can easily move towards Roma, Reforms and Condesa. The hotel itself looks kind of messy, they were doing some work so the room smelled like glue and paint which was really uncomfortable.

This is the great winner of the most disgusting Hotel stay in my life ! I can deal with old fashion style Hotel like this one, after all it was quite convenient price for a stay in Mexico City. 100$CAD per night was below the mid range. What I cannot deal with is the poor service, the poor attention this... More

Checked in - made my way to the 16th floor; key didn't work. Back to reception and had a new one encoded - no apology. Got back up to the room to find it was occupied. Back to reception - the staff looked at me as if I had two heads and did not seem to understand the problem. Their... More

If you love stone hard beds and to have your next day in Mexico City ruined through sleep deprivation and a back ache that won't quit, then the Best Western is for you! If you dislike these things then steer clear of this outdated ripoff of a hotel. The beds are so hard you'd almost be better sleeping on the... More

When we first arrived, the bellboy was fantastic and quick to help with luggage. Checking in was easy. When we got to our room on the eighth floor, we noticed a drug/ medicine capsule on the desk. When I asked what that was, the bell boy said it was just medicine left from the last people ( hmmmmm shouldn't that... More

The rooms are horrible, the bed is so hard is like you are sleeping on the floor, the room is not even clean properly, the decor is like walking to your grandma bedroom without the good memories, it seems too old, the size of the room is "ok", the staff is not friendly or nice but are efficient. The bathrooms... More

Although the hotel has an awesome location, a beautiful heated rooftop pool with an amazing view and great elevators, we were disappointed with the service and the lack of amenities such as the lack of an iron, extra towels, and sheets for the sofa bed. We were expecting more.
