This was a truly excellent hotel with one exception. I could have gone with a one or a five star. The penthouse floor 16 is lovely, with a terrazzo to view the city, a bar, an excellent gym with good, new equipment. The staff is excellent. And the room is lovely. The only issue was that the bed was so... More

I would give the location 4-5 stars. Zona Rosa is easy to navigate with shopping and restaurants a plenty. But the rooms have the hardest beds I've ever encountered. I agree with the other reviewer that it felt like laying on stone but with a blanket! The temperature control did not work well so the room stayed stuffy. And they... More

I cannot begin to tell you how hard and uncomfortable the bed was! A hard bed makes for a hard nights sleep. The room was bare, not even a trash can. I would not stay there again, it does not fit into my lifestyle.

Stayed here for one night while in Mexico City. The room was clean and up to most western standards. The room was a standard 2 queen room. Nothing special, but functional. This hotel is located in a great location in Zona Rosa. I was there on the weekend and there were many people out eating and drinking. Good times near... More

Stayed at this Hotel in January 2015, it has an excelent location, its located in the "Zona Rosa" which has several restaurants, bars, stores and such nearby, it is also near the Insurgentes Metro station, which by the way its really cheap, about 5 pesos a ride. They also offer you a nice mexican breakfast, which its ok but not... More

You know how the ancient Aztecs supposedly laid their enemies on stone slabs before sacrificing them? The beds in this hotel felt just like that stone slab must have felt. The bathtub/shower was stained and chipped, and the bath mat was moldy. I decided I was just going to put a towel on the bottom of the bathtub while I... More

Summary of my comments: 1) Put an end to the voucher system for breakfast 2) Have someone in management or House-keeping check each room every day to make sure that everything is in order I stayed at this hotel, which I will rename “Not the Best Western Hotel” for three nights in December 2014. I was in Mexico for business.... More

Stayed here on tour. Great service at reception and for serviced rooms. Loved the Zona Rosa district, so much to see and do around the hotel. Clean rooms and great upstairs bar with views and a pool which we didn't use as it was too cold. Felt comfortable walking around the area on my own so it is safe and... More

I spent only one night there enroute to Puerto Vallarta on Dec. 3, 2014. The room was adequate however it was a disappointment the restaurants were advertised as open and were not, leaving me to find meals outside of the hotel.
