(We Hotel hopped During this Trip).... from the moment we got there the staff was very courteous and helpful. Guillermo at the front desk is wonderful, I would ask for him if no one understood English and he would take care of everything. I need to contact a friend to let him know we had moved from the previous hotel... More

A bit old and tired, but good location and friendly staff. Felt very safe in this area even wandering around at night. Only had one issue here and that was getting an iron and ironing board to our room, we had to call 3 times over the space of an hour and a half to get it.

Rooms very spacious but beige. Two huge beds but if you don't like hard beds beware, but this does seem to be the common thing. Breakfast buffet varied something for everyone but small restaurant get to breakfast early to avoid queue. In good position for main street. Plenty near by.

You cannot be enthusiastic of it but happy yes. Perfect position for downtown walks. Close to good restaurants and comfortable. It is a good solution if you are with children . We visited the city starting on foot from there.

Conviniently located, silent rooms, in the heart of "zona rosa", beds a bit hard but comfortable room, spacy bathroom, good staff. Very well conected to main streets, Avenida Insurgentes, Avenida Chapultepec and Reforma, very close to the undergrownd system "METRO"

This hotel needs a lot of work. They have tried to update certain features in the rooms, but they are dingy, dirty carpets, and you better like hard beds. We had to change rooms from the 5th floor ( actually this is the first floor where they have rooms in this building) because it smelled like sewer after it rained.... More

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and have always had a good experience, however I'm not sure if management changed or what happened. First the pool was yellow and very dirty. The temperature was very nice. But it felt as of the chlorine was eating at my skin. We have two children and we bought slushies for... More

Was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were a little out of date but very roomy. Front desk were very attentive and breakfast was lovely. The rooftop bar was great. Good menu and good service - would've loved longer open hours. The location is nice and there are lots of places to eat in the vacinity which has you spending more time exploring... More

One of the reviews says that the hotel has no amenities and that is SO not true. There are two restaurants, a beautiful, heated rooftop pool, a gym and a beauty salon. The rooms are fine-- clean, reliable internet, TV, refrigerator. One review said you can't get room service, which is also not true. There is no room service menu... More

We do not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel. The staff does not care and they were very unpleasant. The toilet paper and towels were limited. We have to share towels and they do not change them daily. Aeromexico offers a Vacation Package, including flight, hotel and ground transportation. However, Aeromexico does not want to be responsible for... More
