I don't expect 5 star at a Best Western but I don't expect nor deserve crap either. This hotel is disgusting, filthy, and just plain sad. If I'm on business, I need two things, internet access (which they couldn't provide) and air conditioning (again, they could not provide this either) and clean floors (the carpet here is beyond filthy) and... I had a one day lay over in Mexico City, Mexico so I flagged down a taxi at the Airport. I hopped in and asked the cabbie to take me to a hip part of town and I wanted a 5 star hotel that would be secure since I had read about the potential pit falls of Mexico City. Unfortunately,... More

I had stayed at a Best Western in another city so I was familiar with their standards. This one did not disappoint. By the time I stepped out of the taxi there was someone from the hotel ready to assist with my luggage. This high level service continued during my stay. The room was clean and equipped with everything I... More

I do not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel. I visited Mexico for a show and the organizer travel agency (Viajes Coaplaza) offered me this hotel because the NH was full. I was concerned because the low tripadvisor rating but the travel agency said that the hotel was renewed recently. That was a lie. Most of the hotel... More

We wanted to stay in Zona Rosa, which is a nice and safe area of Mexico City. Found this Best Western, that offered us a good price compared to the other hotels in the areas. Lobby is nice and very spacious and the staff working there are very serviceminded. Rooms have a bit of 90´s-feeling and does not feel very... More

This was a truly excellent hotel with one exception. I could have gone with a one or a five star. The penthouse floor 16 is lovely, with a terrazzo to view the city, a bar, an excellent gym with good, new equipment. The staff is excellent. And the room is lovely. The only issue was that the bed was so... More

I would give the location 4-5 stars. Zona Rosa is easy to navigate with shopping and restaurants a plenty. But the rooms have the hardest beds I've ever encountered. I agree with the other reviewer that it felt like laying on stone but with a blanket! The temperature control did not work well so the room stayed stuffy. And they... More

I cannot begin to tell you how hard and uncomfortable the bed was! A hard bed makes for a hard nights sleep. The room was bare, not even a trash can. I would not stay there again, it does not fit into my lifestyle.
