I stayed recently at the ICP for a trade show/conference and was interested to hear they were under construction on a portion of their middle floors. I requested a King room with executive floor and was given two double beds which told me that they were overbooked on the current king room and this was not made known to me... More

Overpriced in general. I got to the hotel tired for the trip at noon and no rooms were available, I had to wait 1.5 hours in the lobby to get a room. The room rate does not include anything and all the services and restaurants in the hotel have very expensive prices.

I remember clearly my first Afternoon Tea at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong in 1987. Since that day I have been trying to replicate the experience without much success. During our first day in Mexico City we took a short taxi ride to the InterContinental Presidente Hotel in Polanco. Upon arrival at the hotel we went to the Balmoral... More

I hardly ever write reviews, but I want to warn travelers to stay away. I typically stay in the Marriott next door but they were booked this time. As my colleague is staying there, I opted for the Intercontinental to be close. Got here today. The room first of all was not king size as reserved, second it was not... More
