Centrally located in an upscale neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants to pick from on the property and within a short walking distance. Hotel staff in both friendly and helpful. The National Mexico Museum is right across the street of a buy intersection.

I have been staying at the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel on business almost constantly for 30 years now and have seen a lot of changes, some good some bad, the the latest change is very good indeed. They gutted the old bathrooms and installed pure luxury, the showers only problem is that you never want to leave, its that nice, the... More

Absolutely first class hotel with excellent service from top to bottom. The room is very well thought out and comfortable. One little detail impressed me - the shower control is at the entrance to the cubicle, not under the spray unit like most, where you have to step inside and have a cold rinse just to switch it on. A... More

Near to the Bosque de Chapultepec, Museum of Anthropology and a lot of good restaurants. Very good room service (a little bit expensive) and all the employees are well trained and try to made you feel in home.

Older hotel with extensive renovation (but some in group had older rooms). Room interiors are very modern. Lobby is big & cold (all concrete construction). Service excellent (as you expect in all upscale hotels in Mexico) but no English. Nice workout room, but no pool. Breakfast room was small, crowded & nothing special. banquet food average but pastry chef is... More

Thi hotel is in a good location with nice bars and restaurants in the near vicinity. The lobby area is wide and spacious with a lot of seating area. Check in was fine and relatively fast. I t stayed only for a night which was very fortunate because I could not sleep very well. I was in a room on... More

Look back on my prior hotel reviews. I am an easy grader and hand out poor reviews VERY rarely. This is one of them. Remember, this is supposed to be a luxury hotel and this review is AS a luxury hotel. If this was a mid-level hotel it would be a good one I am “Ambassador” level with IHG and... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 night as part of my Latin America trip. Hotel located in a very nice suburb. It is very close to Anthropology Museum and other culture venues. Check in was fantastic. The staff checked me in was so professional and helpful. I ordered airport pick up service. It was very easy and staff greeted... More

I have a very important question for Mr. Victor Estevez, manager of the hotel on the weekends: How do you train your people, to get them to be "absolutely adorable and ethic"? Including yourself, Mr. Estevez, who always welcomes us with a very kind smile, I will mention the people that have gone the extra mile, and make us feel... More

This is an older hotel that has been extensively renovated. The rooms are large, very contemporary in design, and most have breathtaking views of the city. The hotel offers a variety of small restaurants, including at least one French-style cafe that is open 24 hours. The menu offerings in all the restaurants are limited to the type of their cuisine,...
