Impressive installations, lobby, restaurants, and salons. the hotel is going under renovation maybe wen finished will be again OK. at this moment, sorry your are over paying. Have several problems: I can... More

We stayed for three days. The room was appropriately equipped and the service was appropriate. Price for the stay was quite high and the charge for the taxi to the airport well above the regular rates. Yet, the hotel was really nice, with a gorgeous lobby that had fossil and mineral displays. The hotel is in an area that is... More

Staff were very welcoming and made arrival very easy. The room on the 17th floor had magnificent views of Mexico City. Once I'd mastered the coffee machine I had great coffee on tap. Room service was quick and efficient and cleaning staff were happy to work around my weird hours. Lots of small niches and corners to hold private meetings... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights firing a business trip. I was impressed by the grand lobby downstairs, but my room was very old and in much need of renovation. Everything felt outdated. They were in the middle of renovations while I was there. I would've definitely preferred a renovated room. Other than that, the food was good... More

I was informed about it only at the front desk during my check-in, too bad. It was quite noisy during the day and there's no price discount or any compensation for it! The restaurants are fine, several options

The hotel is great! It`s located in a great area of the city, with nice restaurants and shops. I felt safe walking in the hotel neighborhood. They offer bikes for the guests to ride. The bedroom is very comfortable and clean, with good internet connection. The breakfast is great, but not included in the rate. People that work in the... More

Because of proximity to my office, and one of those infamous 'corporate' rates, most of my visits to Mexico city land me at this hotel. In the last year or so, I've noticed a true effort to improve the experience all around, which while not just there yet, it's definitely noticeable. A couple of examples were: the free internet (finally!!... More

The location is best in town, within a safe and nice neighborhood (Polanco), plenty of restaurants and things to do. The service is Ok, wifi works well and some of the rooms are already renovated but most of them still need an urgent refreshment. The breakfast is clearly below expectations. Not a bad option if you find a good price.

I just stayed at the InterContinental Presidente Hotel with 8 friends for a bachelorette girls night. The new remodeled rooms are so nice! I believe half of the hotel rooms have been completely redone. There is some construction going on in the hotel still but we did not hear any noise. We had a sparty at the wonderful Hela Spa....
