This hotel is OK but not great. At these prices you should get more value for money and more flexibility. I stayed at the executive floor and I have seen far better executive offerings in Mexico city. The price for the executive floor does not include wi-fi. What? What is the purpose of having an executive floor if you do... More

Let's start with why the 3 - the service needs help and it's all in the attitude. At the club lounge you are mostly ignored, whether it is breakfast or happy hour. The concierges mostly don't seem to care and want you away from their desk as soon as possible. Example - I asked where I could go for a... More

Amazing views of the City if you get to staying in the higher levels. Good choice of food in the many restaurants. (The restaurants are independent to the hotel) But the Hotel rooms are pretty average and out dated.. The age of the hotel shows. I only stayed there for business, I would not stay there for pleasure.

Intercontinental Presidente is my favorite hotel in Mexico City. The rooms are a bit old. Since the hotel has been there for more that 30 years. It shows in the small bathrooms and old fixtures in bathroom and sinks. But the rooms are good, furniture is new, clean and with some of the best views in Mexico. The hotel is... More

I stayed in this hotel from 7th April to 12 April when I was in Mexico for a business trip. The good points: 1) The room was big and spacious 2) The beds were very comfortable 3) Several restaurants & bars nearby, a 7-11 and Starbucks was opposite the hotel so that was very helpful 4) Breakfast was good though... Spent 4 days on business there a week ago. Although the restaurants are incredible (you have some of the 5stars restaurants from Paris to Vegas!!!!); for the price of the hotel, the rooms are outdated and in need of an upgrade to reflect the rest of the hotel. The bathrooms are fine (with bath). It was clean but there is... More

The room was big, clean and perfect for the business traveller. It is in a safe area with lots of nice restaurants in the surrounding area. The internet was good. I enjoyed the breakfast as it was varied and had an omelette chef. I would stay there again.

I stayed here for business for 10 days and it was perfect. Awesome restaurants within the hotel, good wi-fi, perfect view from the room, and a very amicable staff.
