I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights firing a business trip. I was impressed by the grand lobby downstairs, but my room was very old and in much need of renovation. Everything felt outdated. They were in the middle of renovations while I was there. I would've definitely preferred a renovated room. Other than that, the food was good... More

My husband, 3 kids and myself stayed in this hotel for almost two weeks. Overall it was a GREAT experience! People in the hotel are SUPER NICE! The food is very very good. Location is great! Rooms are kept very clean and are very nice decorated. A day before ee got there I called asking for a nice view. The... More

I was informed about it only at the front desk during my check-in, too bad. It was quite noisy during the day and there's no price discount or any compensation for it! The restaurants are fine, several options

The hotel is great! It`s located in a great area of the city, with nice restaurants and shops. I felt safe walking in the hotel neighborhood. They offer bikes for the guests to ride. The bedroom is very comfortable and clean, with good internet connection. The breakfast is great, but not included in the rate. People that work in the... More

Because of proximity to my office, and one of those infamous 'corporate' rates, most of my visits to Mexico city land me at this hotel. In the last year or so, I've noticed a true effort to improve the experience all around, which while not just there yet, it's definitely noticeable. A couple of examples were: the free internet (finally!!... More

The location is best in town, within a safe and nice neighborhood (Polanco), plenty of restaurants and things to do. The service is Ok, wifi works well and some of the rooms are already renovated but most of them still need an urgent refreshment. The breakfast is clearly below expectations. Not a bad option if you find a good price.

I just stayed at the InterContinental Presidente Hotel with 8 friends for a bachelorette girls night. The new remodeled rooms are so nice! I believe half of the hotel rooms have been completely redone. There is some construction going on in the hotel still but we did not hear any noise. We had a sparty at the wonderful Hela Spa.... We stayed here as we tried to extend our stay in the Marriott but they were full so we moved here for two nights. This hotel is tatty and they try and rip you off. First the rooms - they are very poor and shabby. The beds are worn out and too soft. The bathroom is falling to bits and... More

I been traveling to Mexico City mostly for business purposes quite often this year and due to location and loyalty to the IHG program, I have been staying at the Presidente Intercontinental for its location in the Polanco area. And every time I check in, I am told a different story about room upgrades (I am currently an Ambassador member... More

The hotel sits by the Marriott and the W in the fanciest part of town, but is unfortunately a little old, noisy and dingy. However, it makes up for the so-so rooms with great service, mainly with the concierge. The hotel is also steps to a 7-11, Starbucks, HSBC and some wonderful museums and restaurants. Location, location, location. We stayed... More
