This is where we go when my wife wants to treat herself. We usually stay in one of the “Executive Rooms” with a view of Chapultepec and access to the Club Lounge. The rooms are complete to the finest detail and the Club Lounge offers one of the best all you can eat full service breakfast buffets I have seen.... More

It's one of Mexico's landmark hotels, located in Polanco, the city's poshest inner suburb. The sort of place where morning footpaths host professional dog-walkers, sidewalk cafes serve egg Benedict breakfasts and you can find both Rolls Royce and Bentley showrooms. You'll either love it or hate it: but it makes the transition into rest of the city something of a... More

Hotel is situated in a great location with mall and restaurants all at walking distance. Great F&B facilities, we dined at Pied de Cochon and it lived up to its reputation. Rooms are well appointed clean, fresh and true "DF" views. Concierge team was outstanding. We did a tour to the Pyramids, worth spending a bit more to have private... More

I enjoyed my week retreat at this hotel! The design was beautiful. The rooms were Comfortable , clean, and functional. The hotel's location was perfect for us, it's in a nice area of the city and accessible to the various sights. Being near the metro station is a plus. Staff was very attentive and provided us with outstanding service .... More

Selected this hotel at short notice as we required x3 rooms for x2 nights and they had plenty of availability. Rooms high quality, mesmerising panoramic views on park side but watch out for the auditorium opposite as events may keep you awake into the early hours. Well situated for exploring museums on foot. Staff friendly and accommodating, breakfast easy going... More

This is not the absolute top-of-the-line hotel, but it may as well be. It is the quietest hotel we have found in our travels of the world. Staff members go out of their way to provide superior service. All rooms are graced with a large window overlooking the city or park. The breakfast provided with the room fee is the... More

Hotel is reasonably nice but probably not for the price.....The service is average at the Front Desk - on Check-In they couldn't find my booking.com reservation and then they weren't going to honor the same rate as booking.com. Then to top it off, on Check-Out the guy charged my card but firstly forgot to use the US$1400 Pre-authorisation they had... More

This is an older hotel but it has been renovated. My room was fine, but you do hear a bit of corridor noise. Service was very good. Good TV and good internet. I enjoyed the breakfast. The location was great from a business perspective and it is good for shopping and restaurants too. The area seems perfectly safe to walk... More

I stayed for two nights at the Intercontinental President during a business trip. The rooms have been recently renovated and are pleasant and comfortable, although not very well soundproofed. I could hear the elevator engine and my neighbors movements. The hotel has a wide array of restaurants offering guests great convenience to chose fast or high end meal options for... More

This hotel makes you feel like its name. Very classic, sophisticated, in a great area, walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars, etc., professional people and neat rooms. Kudos for a great hotel and facilities.
