This is a very nice hotel to stay at when you are in the Santa Fe area of Mexico City. The employees that work there are just wonderful and want to help with anything that you need. The check in staff were all very friendly,as well as all of the hotel staff. We had a club floor and use of... More

Stayed for two weeks for business. Rooms are spacious with a small living room. TV rotates and you have a nice tv lounge. Breakfast is decent with fruit and also some mexican traditionals. Easy to find taxis even at peak hours. You need to have mexican currency.. the won´t exchange any for you.

At first I thought it was another business traveller hotel (more male oriented). The rooms however, were very spacious and had the feeling of a suite.... Amenities were great. Internet has a sub-charge which nowadays I find it a little less attractive, but the location was great, room service was great, and the staff nice and friendly. I will stay... More

great location. check in was great, rooms are great. Only issue I have is paying for internet. But, upgrade to club level and internet, club lounge, breakfast is included. The club breakfast was great food, and awesome service. A bit on the more expensive side, but this is Santa Fe.

Ideally located in Santa Fe. Reasonably priced with big room almost like a suite. Proper services though no much surprises and feeling genuine and humble service. It is also not far away from toe shopping malls, The hotel is obviously starting to look a bit outdated but largely comfortable.

This was my 7th or 8th stay here. If you are a Starwood junkie, this is a good choice. You can get to a large mall, well-stocked grocery store, dozens of restaurants, three Starbucks, and numerous fast-food places within a 3-4 block radius. The rooms are quite large on the standard (non-executive) levels. They are comfortable, quiet, well appointed and... More

I stayed for two nights during a business trip. Unlike some sheraton properties this has fairly modern looking and renovated rooms. The size of the rooms surprised me positively. Overall, I had a nice stay at the Sheraton Santa Fe. The rooms are quite large. They include a king-sized bed, a couch and a desk. The bathroom is spacious, with a large walk-in shower and no tub.
