Went there on our honeymoon and the service we recieved was brilliant. All staff were really friendly and very helpful.The concierge helped in arranging excursions for us. OUr room was excellent, clean and very spacious. Bathroom was heaven. Location was good. Would go back there again. more

Stayed here last month. Very good service, pleasant rooms--I had a great view over Paseo de la Reforma--plus convenient location to subway. But the lobby is overblown--faux Art Deco, really, with horrible sculptures. Good restaurants. more
