This is one of the big luxury hotels on Paseo de la Reforma. The location is handy for the magnificent National Museum of Anthropology, but there aren't many restaurants, bars or shops in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are fine, large and well equipped, but two drawbacks are that they will charge you (extravagantly) if you use the coffee maker... More

Stayed for a couple nights on business trip. The room was ok but you could here everything going on outside your door from Marchers on Reforma, to construction on the high rise next door. The staff was courteous.

However when you check... More

This hotel seems to be losing ground. There is something wrong because they are charging for things I get for free at other hotels. There are bad sighs like the lamp shade is cracked, the outlet doesn't work. the coffee machine leaks all over the table. Too bad 'cause the food is good and location is great. Service is also... Very well situated. Treated very good by the peronnels. Nice atmosphere and all services included. I suggest to spend time there as a good start of your Mexican visits. It is near Palenco and Rosa district and not far from centre

The hotel was lovely and the staff took great care of my group and me during our business trip. The restaurants and amenities onsite were also great. I would certainly stay here again and recommend to future visitors.
