We have staid in this hotel for 4 nights in one of their junior suites from the 17 of Feb, here is what we found: In general the hotel is a 16 years old City hotel and a treasure in respect to Art Collection and Decoration; in 2005 the hotel was rewarded as one of the 100 best Hotel properties... more

Booked a week long 300 person meeting here. The meeting rooms are superb - the walk between our breakfast/lunch room (Palacios) and main meeting room (Emperador) was a breeze. Delegates did not get lost. The hotel is impeccable. If you can do it, try and stay in room 710 (Master Suite with Balcony). The service is superb. The concierge was... more

I went to Mexico City for a business trip, and the Reforma did not dissapoint. I often stay at five stars, but lately it seems like most, particuliarly in the States, have five star prices but 2 star service. The Reforma was awesome, they helped me with transportation to and from my meeting, free upgrade on my room, the spa... more

We thought we got a great deal on this hotel for $130 a night for several nights in December 2006. The rate was fine for what we got but nothing special. The room was fine, small but alright. The gym was nice but was closed on Christmas. We knew little would be open so hoped to spend the day in... more

My wife and I just returned from Mexico and stayed at a spa about 85 miles from Mexico City. Rather than staying an extra day we decided to spend a full day in Mexico City and booked the Marquis Reforma Hotel though Orbitz. When we arrived and checked into our soom which was very small, the hot water would only... more

(A mid-November 2006 two-night stay) First, I have to say that I would recommend this hotel to someone travelling to Mexico City. The facility is very, very nice, with a great looking lobby, a big bar area, nice restaurant, and comfortable seating areas on the first floor. Everyone in my party got a great room. I never figured out if... more

I stayed at the Marquis Reforma Nov 14-17 2006 while attending a conference at the Banamex Center in Mexico City. This was my first trip to Mexico City. I was traveling alone (female, mid forties, my command of the Spanish language is limited to the vocabulary needed to order drinks in a bar or tell someone to wash their hands.)... more

Our room was fantastic -- we had a suite for 2 adults, and 2 small children. Buffet breakfast was great, and for no more than you would expect at a large business hotel. Little kids were not allowed in the pool. Bravo! The car service was easy, cheap, and safe. The location of the hotel is great -- just a... more

Stayed at the Reforma for three nights in early October. Reserved through AmEx Fine Hotels and got upgraded to a suite, plus free breakfast buffet and two complementary massages at the spa. The room was spacious and well appointed; the only flaw was that I could not get the network connection to work. But there was wireless on the bottom... more
