From the moment I stepped into the lobby I just loved the overall structural design of the Marquis! The service was excellent especially with the receptionists! This place is ideal for those who want to visit various tourist attractions that are conveniently nearby. I do admit, the hotel is a bit expensive but luckiy they always have great rate promotions... I traveled with a friend to the DF and the night before we left the boutique hotel we booked (not the marquis) cancelled our reservation due to problems at their hotel. We immediately booked at the Marquis and we were very pleased with the personal attention we received from the front desk, bell hop and concierge during our stay. The... More

Great property, great friendly accompanying staff. Service, food, amenities were all top notch. Location was excellent with lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Safe area, no sign of any problems while walking back to hotel at night.

Any 200 dollar a night hotel without free WiFi is a 3 star hotel... even when they sell themselves as a 5 star joint... Will not come back to this place. Great location, bad service. With crawling 4G service in this City, is almost tempting to pay for WiFi.

Stay was comfortable, advice is to choose higher floors to avoid traffic noise which even on 5th floor is rather disturbing. Refurbishing/refresh of hotel rooms seems rather overdue and is really the only negative aspect of this hotel together with the elevators that were frequently out-of-order with long waiting times. Food at the restaurants is really very good and if... More

Overall good quality, but very expensive. The food and service in the restaurants are very good. Specially the brunch on sundays. A lot of options, the mexican food was delicious. The gym facilities are also good.

Nice property, very good infrastructure for events and great service. It’s an old hotel that was remodeled. Good work, quite comfy but just bear in mind some rooms are small. I’ve tried two of the restaurants and they were great.

We like this hotel very much, I feel at home, service is very good. Though regular rooms are pretty small. Location is great to visit museums and restaurants. We regulary stay 1 - 3 times per year in this hotel. One thing to improve could be pillows, great if you could offer a pillow menu! THANKS A LOT!

Having stayed at The Torch in Doha, another member of The Leading Hotels of the World group, we knew that this hotel was the ultimate choice for us in Mexico City. However, let me start with the huge disappointment! If you are regarded and ranked as a five-star hotel in a prime location along Paseo de la Reforma, then charging... More
