This hotel is located in a very nice area. There are parks around for an afternoon walk and there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is luxurious, the rooms are clean and spacey. The gym is being refurbished but the temporary gym is very nice. Breakfast is wonderful and the view on the vertical garden wall is unique.... The Hotel is located in the best area of Polanco, very well located for a business trip or for a family trip. The rooms have been renovated as has been the restaurant and lobby, the rest of the hotel continues to be renovated. It is a fancy hotel with very good security and great service. It is very centrally located with... More

In the middle of Polanco. Surrounded by shops, high end restaurants, coffee shops and bars. This hotel is extremely well managed. All rooms have very comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The additional expense for the Concierge floor is worth every penny. The breakfast and the cocktail food is the best I have seen in these "so called concierge floors". The... More

Great staff and friendly service. We were travelling during our honeymoon and they provided bubbles and strawberries - a nice touch. The rooms have been recently renovated, which also makes a difference. Room service meals was also reasonably priced (i.e.: approx 190 pesos for a large breakfast, albeit the standard wasn't amazing). The many tours offered by concierge are Top... More

On many previous Mexico City trips I stayed in a different hotel but am glad to have given the Hyatt Regency a try - it is a fantastic property in a great location with superb service. I recently had extended stays in February and June this year with a few stays last year too. In recent months the lobby construction... More

One of the nicest hotels i've ever stayed in. Very clean. Very friendly. Service was impeccable but not overbearing. So much staff waiting to help and trained to anticpate when a guest wants/need assistance and when to leave them alone. It's a thin line...and the Hyatt hits that mark every time. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The restaurants... More

I was at this hotel for a few days on business and could not have been more impressed. The service is great--everyone was very eager to please. My room was nice--very clean and modern. Room service was delicious. The hotel is in a nice area of Polanco near a lovely park--next time, I am bringing my running shoes!

You would want an excellent hotel for the price and this place certainly delivers. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms with good views, helpful staff a decent pool area, large gym, safe area to walk around at any time of the day. An excellent option in Mexico City.
