The hotel rooms have been remodeled lately and they are impecable. Bathrobe and slippers, bvulgari toiletries. The food at the cafeteria is good and they have excellent restaurants inside like the teppan grill. The hotel is in a safe and very well located area. Lots of very good restaurants all around. Lots of business people. Will definetely go back.

I've stayed at Hotel Nikko twice in the past 3 months. The service is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Book the executive level rooms, as they are nicer, have better toiletries, and they also give you access to breakfast in the Nikko Lounge and unlimited cocktails throughout the day. My only issue is that the wifi doesn't have... More

The Nikko Mexico City is the best value in the city. The rooms are very nice and the location (Polanco neighborhood) is perfect. Many excellent restaurants within a very safe walking distance. The price is incredible. Much lower price than other next door hotels that are just the same.

This hotel is perfect for a business traveler, as it has all the amenities needed to have peace of mind. You just need to concentrate in your business the rest is taken care by Nikko. You can walk to a great variety of restaurants and bars, really safe I stayed 6 times last year and everybody loved the location.

I stayed here for two separate weeklong work stints, and it's fantastic. Clean and up-to-date rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and the food was quite good with a number of different restaurant options. They have a walk-in breakfast cafe with fantastic cappuccino. The bellstaff was always helpful, even when our driver was late, stepping in and speaking with him on... More

This is always my first selection for a Hotel in Mexico City and I compare all other Hotels to this one. The best in service, comfortness, quality. I never had any problems or issues after at least a dozen stays here. I have stayed in the normal and executive floors , all views are great from any room. Best internet... More

I had stayed at the Hotel Nikko 4 times for business and it is an amazing hotel. Everybody who works there is fluent and both Spanish and English, which is extremely helpful if (like me) your Spanish is not as good as it should be. There is also a business center where you can print out files. I found it... More
