From the moment one arrives to the final departure the Hyatt Regency deserves 5 STARS all way around. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, fantastic facilities including the Gym and great in-house dining options. Absolutely worth ever $ spent!

Nice hotel, in a middle of refurbishment process so can only get better - common areas, lobby, restaurants are already brand new and as good as you can get it; rooms still in progress but very good and comfortable, with excellent view from the top floors (get pair room number to enjoy better south-east view). Large and well equipped Regent... More

This was my second stay, for two nights in business. I was impressed the first time, and the second stay revealed remarkable consistency in execution by this Hyatt. The hotel is modern, with sleek, clean-lined interiors without being cold or clinical. The guest rooms Italian/Scandinavian style with a whiff of Japanese design. Everything is new and works well. Wifi is... More

The hotel looks a bit frightening from outside -lots of concrete and very tall. Lobby is atrium style and also has a lot of concrete. Bars and restaurants are mostly open concept, reaching out to the atrium. As it is a large business hotel, it is a bit of a 'factory' -but one that is very well run and managed.... More

Lobby is gorgeous and modern, very inviting. Room looks pretty new and distinctively decorated. Amenities are great in the room and view from high floors up to 43 is a new perspective of Mexico City during a clear day. Lounge for frequent traveler is one if the best and fully staffed. Worth the stay. Fitness center is acceptable. Plenty to... More

I have had the opportunity to stay at this hotel twice during an 18 month period. Location in the city is great (Polanco district). Attention and service only improved from one stay to the next. This is the type of hotel where I would like to stay for a LOONG time. Checkin process was fine, room amenities were great and... More

Perfect located in Polanco district, very safe and quiet. However, hotel is old glory and it definitivly needs an update. They are now updating the fitness area, which is a start. Service is ok. But next time will try the W, which is next door.

I travel often to Mexico for business. Having to avoid the JW and equivalent hotels due to budget constraints, I usually stayed at the Camino Real in Polanco because the Hyatt was a dump. But I decided to give it a try again this year and I was very impressed with the facilities, the room was very clean and upscale... More

I travled to Mexico City for business and had the pleasure of staying at the The Hyatt Regency. The hotel was a fantastic experience from check in to check out. The service was exemplary, the staff super friendly and very accommodating. The car service was also very Top Shelf. I used three drivers over 4 days and everyone of them... More

I just stayed for 5 nights at the Hyatt. A very pleasant stay. I like in particular floor 40 where the executive lounge is located. Some Mexico hotels give a bit more of variety for breakfast and dinner there e.g. Eggs made to order (maybe they were available but never offered) and for dinner something more than canapés. Orherwise great... More
