Located in the heart of Polanco, this hotel as the best views of the city. It also has a very nice Club Level which offers breakfast and drinks at night with appetizers and tapas. The rooms are a comfortable but not too spacious. It has a very good gym and a Japanese Restaurant which we didn't visit, but were told... More

Very modern and trendy hotel in a very green area of Mexico City known as the 'Mayfair' of the city. The lobby is beautifully designed and vast with restaurants, cafés and a bakery. The breakfast on offer is amazing with so many stations of different foods including a fish station with a vast array available, well worth paying for. The... More

Stayed here with 50 people for a wedding in a different venu. The rooms were large with wonderful views and the service impeccable. The large breakfast area in the lobby provided a great place to meet and the breakfast selection was really the best I have ever had . The staff could not have been more helpful helping me to... My first visit to Mexico and it was a great experience - the Hyatt Regency is situated in a really nice area with some easy to reach restaurants and shops nearby. I felt completely safe at all times (don't believe what you read in the press). Conceirge Arturo is the go to man for advice

I stayed at the Hyatt for two days and was pleased overall with the hotel. Mexico City is a very large city so picking an area to stay at is difficult to do if you want to avoid the traffic of commuting from place to place. This hotel is located to many places within walking distance. The National Museum of... More

Excellent place to stay. Staff goes out of their way to help and make you feel welcomed. The rooms are a little more than some chains but worth it if you can afford. Hotel is about half hour from airport so could be a little far depending on what your plans are but I ALWAYS stay here regardless if I'm... More

I stay in Hyatt's and I am very pleased. This hotel is a disaster. On Friday when I returned there was an alarm which could not be fixed and I had a room change at 5 am Saturday because there are no engineers on the weekend. My door key did not work and I needed someone to open the door... More
