Personal attention is very good. All staff is cheerful and most take tye trouble to remember guests names or faces. The hotel location is very good, with plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions within walking distance. Yet the neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Room and facilities are somehow dated but being renovated. Prices are good value relative to other major... More

Stay in an executive room. The room had a great view as it was on a high floor - the bed was very good - and the room was modern and had all amenities that could be expected. the actual executive lounge was good. Always lots of staff present - and the butlers did a great job helping with any... More

I was surprised by the small size of the room but the great complimentary coffee machine made me forget it! i understand that these big hotels in thriving Mexico City have a lot of demand but I still cannot understand why breakfast is not included in a $200 reservation.

Hyatt Regency Mexico City is an excellent hotel. Very nice rooms and attentive service. Some problems with the refurbishment works still ongoing but generally very good reception. The hotel also benefits from an excellent and safe location in Mexico City. Would certainly recommend.

I have stayed on several occasions in this hotel, either on private or business trips. The business section rooms are wonderfully equipped and the quality of service is superb. Although the business package includes a small breakfast buffet in a separate business area, do not miss the breakfast buffet on the first floor. It offers a wonderful variety of continental... More

The renovated rooms are very nice. Rooms are spacious. Love the coffee maker (good quality). Very friendly staff and always eager to help. The hotel might be huge but you don't get the feeling of it inside. The quality of the room service is outstanding (prices reasonable). Love the Hyatt Regency!

Been staying here for years, when it was the Nikko and now the Hyatt. Quality is always great, nice big gym, and a large pool for a city hotel. The hotel is still under renovation but the lobby is back open so no real inconvenience and no noise. Recommend the concierge floors. The breakfast is perfect and if you want... More

I have stayed here before when it was the Niko, but now it is the Hyatt. It is still a very nice, high quality hotel. They are renovating the lobby, but have put up sheet rock so you cant see or hear the construction. The Sushi bar is still the same high quality and as good as ever. The concierge... More

I stay in this hotel every time I am in Mexico City and it is always excellent. The hotel is going through a major renovation, so the check-in desk has moved twice. The bar downstairs is still closed, but things are getting back to normal. I love the place for its outstanding location. Walking around the hotel is always pleasant.... More

This is the old Nikko hotel, which has been undergoing renovation - the lobby should be done by May 2014. The rooms are decent sized, are well kept and have everything you'd expect, including a coffee maker, a couple free water bottles, safe, iron and free WiFi. Breakfast is a super-generous and varied hot and cold buffet. For reasons unknown... More
