This was my third stay at this hotel. I stayed for two nights in business. Hyatt Regency has now become my standard hotel for business trips to Mexico City, and for a good reason. I travel frequently in Asia and Latin America, and HRMC is one of my favorite hotels to stay in the cities I frequent. The lobby and... More

In the heart of Polanco, this hotel is a sure bet on your next business or leisure trip. Ive stayed here since it was The Nikko Hotel and always have liked it. Hyatt has done a great job renovating the hotel and great customer service.

Nice property, in the middle of city. Polite staff. Restaurants are good but not much International variety, so you have to adjust on that. But it's worth a stay and for sure good for holding lagre business meetings

I guess that if I was coming for a vacation, it shouldn't be my first choice. However, for business, this is a great hotel, with a great service. Check in and check out were very fast. The lobby is full with service people just jumping to assist. My king size bed room was amazing in the 31st floor with a... More

This hotel is a true star in Ciudad de México. It's a nice, luxurious, relaxing retreat very central in Mexico City and its staff is amazingly friendly. I have to really say thank you to Miguel who worked the late evening shift at the reception. Thanks Miguel for his very good, sweet and competent service. I'm glad they have smoking... More

I stay at this hotel around 5 times a year for business. Since the refurbishment it leaves nothing wanting. The rooms are very comfortable, the food choices great and the coffee place perfect. And there is free WiFi. The location in the heart of Polanco is perfect for exploring the cities best restaurants.

We selected the location because it's within 2 blocks of friends we were visiting. The Hyatt, a W,, a Marriott, and an InterContinental are all within a few blocks of each other. All are known for their service, their rooms, and their amenities, but none of the others could have surpassed our experience at the Hyatt. The front desk handled... More

The Hyatt Regency in Mexico City is a well designed and perfectly maintained property. In addition, it is in a good location by the Chapultepec Park. The staff members were most cordial and helpful and turned our stay into a most enjoyable experience.
