Great hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff - everyone from the front desk staff, concierge, restaurant, room attendants. Food was also very good - we ate in their restaurant as well as their food served at the hotel during our business event. The rooms are a good size and clean. Liked that the hair dryer was easy to... Vegetarians take heart: plenty of selection both Asian and non-Asian food. This is one of the quietest luxury hotels in Mexico City I know. Plus, the beds are very cozy. All staff is very helpful. However, do not use the expensive car service they offer from the airport. Nit is way too expensive and one can easily get an authorized... More

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a 2-night business trip. It was perfect. Very nice, clean and extremely helpful staff. The breakfast was out of this world! Best I ever had in any of my travels. May not be the cheapest hotel, but it's great location, and all around service definitely made it worthwhile.

This hotel was perfect in every way. Walking distance to Chapultepec Park, Restaurants and Museums. Rooms are big and comfortable and not to mention great service from all the staff at the hotel. When visiting Mexico City, you should highly consider staying at this hotel.

This is the first time at this location since the Hyatt Regency chain took over the Niko a few years back. The service was superb stay. Three very good restaurants, the Rulfo Breakfast has the best staff. The Yoshimi restaurant was superb in service and food. The fitness center was as good as always, renovated and with great staff to... More

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and meet any request with a smile. I was only in town a short time but this hotel had everything I needed and more. The Grill was relatively inexpensive and provided very tasty food. If I had to return to Mexico City, I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was great at this hotel. The room had all that we needed, clean, quiet, spotless. The breakfast buffet is awesome in a very roomy area filled with good taste. The concierge was very helpful finding us tickets for a soccer game as well as guided tours all over the city

As far as business hotels go, the Hyatt is great. Location in the heart of Polanco, Mexico City's trendy, lively quarter is perfect. A very short walk to nice local eateries and close to the massive Chapultepec park and castle. Great service from highly attentive staff. Several restaurants and amenities on site in a huge lobby area. Fast check in/out.... More
