I travel frequently for work. When staying at the Hyatt in Mexico City, I have all the comforts of home (and more conveniently nearby)! The rooms have wonderful beds with two sets of soft and firm pillows to suit your preference. The room is large and smartly appointed with chaise lounge near window for observing the city. Desk, mini bar,... More

Great hotel from the Hyatt brand. Spacious rooms, clean as you would expect. Lovely staff. Nice walk from hotel to Anthropology museum and Polanco for bars and restaurants, nice area. Only two compaints - an evening waiter who wasn't very attentive and made a couple of mistakes took our bill back over to us to demand why we hadn't left... More

my instructions to the travel agent were: hotel must be near the Archaeological Museum, this is the one. Within easy walking distance plus immaculate service, well appointed rooms & friendly staff. The beds were great, the water was hot, the buffet breakfast extensive, the margaritas enlivening.....the only complaint...the coffee was insipid but perhaps this is because coffee in NZ is... More

The best hotel I have stayed at. Great rooms with all you need to stay connected and very comfortable facilities. Would've loved that the swimming pool and the sauna had been functional. I would've liked to have access to the WiFi on the first floor while in the meeting rooms.

The Polanco area where the hotel is located is quiet and green, clearly above average in the city. You need a taxi to move about in the city from the hotel. The hotel is clearly five star, the King room I stayed at in 30th floor was perhaps four stars plus, but everything was in excellent condition, clean and well working.... More

On a recent business trip I stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Mexico City. The hotel is located in Polanco. This is an area within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, parks and museums. The hotel was recently renovated and the restaurants located within are terrific. The staff is extremely polite and attentive. I highly recommend staying here.

Doing business regularly in Mexico DF. I have already tried most of the top hotels, but not this one since it was the Niko. Great improvment now. Service and food were top class. Location, in Polanco, is also the best

Formerly the Niko, you cab driver may be able to locate it easier by this name. The Hyatt is right in the center of the Polanco district where many foreign embassies have their establishments. It is a beautiful area of the city, with parks all around and just around the corner from the Museum of Anthropology. Hotels are expensive in... More
