I traveled for business to Mexico City and stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The lobby is beautiful, and although the rooms are spacious, they are not as modern as the lobby. Everything was clean and the service was excellent: everyone from waiters to bell boys and managers were very polite and helpful. They even lent me a hair straightener,... More

This hotel property is the BEST experience Mexico City has to offer. The property sits in Polanco, two blocks from Lincoln Park, which offers some great restaurants and bars. The service is excellent and every staff member awaits your requests. We were impressed with the security the Lincoln Park area provided, from walking to riding bicycles 🚲,for a token fee.... More

It's my first time visiting Mexico City. Liked the hotel very much. Very friendly staff and beautiful public areas as well as guest rooms. A couple of nice features: 1. Hotel will arrange car service to pick guests up from the airport. It certainly beats catching a taxi. Get a pretty big discount if you prearrange round trip car service... More

This was our second stay at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City in the fashionable Polanco area of Mexico City. It's a beautiful property, well located. We selected the Club Level which includes all day access the Club Lounge from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Food and drinks are available on a schedule that includes a full breakfast and plenty to... Centrally located, very professional, pleasant - Very nice, but the best was the breakfast buffet! Variety, fresh juices, exotic fruits with new ones everyday. Freshly baked breads in house. The best meal of the day!

I would not stay again simply because the Company cannot seem to release holds on the credit that was used to secure the reservation. A different credit card was used to pay for the stay, but the release of the holds has not been done four days.
