Shame on you Hyatt, for only providing tiny bottles of drinking water to your guests. Tiny bottles were provided for free, and new bottles cost a fortune, while the tap water is not safe to drink. I ended up with Moctezuma's revenge. If you prepare for this issue you may actually enjoy your stay. We found a 7/11 very close... More

The hotel is located in an upscale, seemingly secure, neighborhood. My room was comfortable and clean, although located right next to the elevators. The in-room wi-fi worked fine (which is always important on a business trip), but not all of the electrical outlets worked, which made recharging my various devices awkward. The food served in the lobby restaurant/bar was very... More

We booked in for 5 nights and were extremely disappointed. The air-conditioning was not working so we asked for it to be fixed. The next night the room was at 28C all night even when we set it down to 18C thus we couldn't sleep at all (primary purpose of a hotel is sleep). Then we tried to watch a... More

The Hyatt Regency Mexico is very well appointed hotel. Its location is prime as it is in Polanco and very near the Chicontepec Park. It has a couple of top tier restaurants and its bakery is outstanding. The service is very good and rooms are OK. When I stayed the health club was closed (replaced by a small room) and... More

I come every 3 months to the hyatt Mexico city. Mainly for the excellent service and for the location. The rooms are small if u compare it to other peers but the service is great and everything is very inmediate which is a must for me. The refurbishing is indeed positive and the lobby is, finally, really nice. The only... More

As a world traveler, I have stayed in every type of hotel from one-star budget inns to 5-star, world class resorts. Without question, this Hyatt Regency Mexico City is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Check in was super-easy and convenient. I was very impressed by their front desk and use of I-Pads, and laptops. The room was... More

I was at the Hyatt Regency for 4 nights at the beginning of December on business. The location of the hotel is excellent, a nice walks distance to the financial district of Mexico City and generally very safe. 3 of the 4 days I was there I walked back to the hotel from the office, a refreshing 20 minutes walk.... We stayed at the Hyatt Regency when we went for a family reunion. The hotel has impeccable facilities as well as guest rooms. Costumer service is excellent. The only thing missing is a convenience/gift shop within the hotel so guests don't need to leave the facilities to get a souvenir or aspirin. The food at their bakery and restaurants was... More

From the quality of service to the location of the hotel everything was perfect during the 1 week stay for a business trip. Staff is really kind and helpful. And all the restaurants have amazing food. They were remodeling tbe spa so did not have a chance to check the fitness center.
