As always, an excellent service from Hyatt. It is in a very good location, next to Reforma Avenue and a few minutes walking to President Masarik street where you would find tons of stores and restaurants. My only complain is that for the breakfast waiters can take long time to serve you. Also, it might be a bit expensive, but... More

Enjoyed the stay at the Hyatt Regency in Mexico City. Nicely located in a safe and welcoming neighborhood. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Rooms are appropriately furnished and quiet, although a bit on the smaller side - no smell of smoke or any other strange odors. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast with yummy tomatillo sauce (pls. ask the concierge desk... More

I stayed in this hotel with a business group of about 12, checking in 2 Nov and checking out 5 Nov. My room was on a high floor overlooking the city and nearby park. Very clean and quiet room. The atrium lobby is quite impressive with its large restaurant and bar located there. On my first night there, I arrived... More

An intense business trip was made comfortable by staff members, even when it was full to capacity. Appreciated professionalism from check in to extremely early morning departure. Restaurant with only small bar space was expertly attended morning and night. For once, there were plenty of attentive staff at a very large business hotel. A return visit is warranted.

Wonderful renovation of the old Nikko hotel. As a frequent business traveler I have to say that I felt like this place was designed by someone who had stayed in hundreds of hotels, took notes on everything they wished for, and then managed to get them incorporated here. The rooms are a delight, just the right amount of automation to... More

Have been in the Hotel end November till beginning December. From arriving at the airport till check out I just had positive experiences. Take a room on the higher floors, I stayed in 38th and had an excellent view. Breakfast is superb - in the lobby and in the lounge. The area is totally save, you can walk around night... More

I was just in and out in one night, did not use the gym or restaurants. PROS: - This is a category 4 hotel (it feels like a higher category) so I could use it for my one free night that I get with my Hyatt credit card each year. Considering that the annual fee is only $75 the free... More

Hyatt Regency Mexico City Located amidst the clutch of skyscrapers in Polanco, it looked like an excellent choice for a central full service hotel, and as you would expect, it comes at a price … that is well worth it! On my previous three visits to Mexico City, I had stayed at a really fabulous boutique hotel - cool, uber-trendy,... More

From the moment one arrives to the final departure the Hyatt Regency deserves 5 STARS all way around. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, fantastic facilities including the Gym and great in-house dining options. Absolutely worth ever $ spent!
