first visit to this hotel. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Concierge personnel is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel. Just needs improvement on the wifi complementary service. Other than that, I rate this as my best stay in Mexico city.

returning after a much too long absence....it was the Nikko then, it's not anymore...all the staff from previous visit still walk the property, the renovated look is beautiful. it's a business hotel of course but the staff and gorgeous location make this a proper gem anytime! Get the high floor and splurge for the executive lounge perks on the 42... More

Service is always good, and now with a beautifully renovated Lobby area this hotel just gets better. Great choice if in Mexico City. Business or pleasure. Great staff on the lounge at the 40th floor. Keep the hard work! Buen trabajo, gracias!

There's nothing to like about this hotel... the check in is fast, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, modern and well appointed and the food in the hotel was top notch. The hotel was also extremely quiet, despite the number of people staying, so they've done a good job of insulation - always a bonus :-) Breakfast is... More

A pleasant surprise! I normally avoid the Hyatt Regency hotels, finding them second rate. But price forced me here and I am glad I did. Clean modern interior, super comfy beds, fast n free wifi. Shame the pool was out of action for refurb but there you go. Mark you down one star for that!

The hotel may seem a bit pricey - but do your homework first. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean ... exactly to the picture on the web site - or at least mine was. I suggest booking the executive king - gives access to the lounge on the 40th floor, breakfast buffet, evening snacks with an open bar, plus... More

I just love this hotel. I often go to Mexico City for business and stay there because my company has a deal. I've stayed in the W and Intercontinental hotels before (next door), and honestly, the Hyatt is much better. The rooms have carpet, but they are clean. Room and bathroom are super clean. The hotel was recently renovated and... More

Everything was just right. It is in the nice and safe area,so many restaurants around. A min walk to the park. Room is big and comfortable. Free wifi and it works very well in your room which is a plus. Great View from the bedroom. We will be back!
