The Nikko Mexico City is the best value in the city. The rooms are very nice and the location (Polanco neighborhood) is perfect. Many excellent restaurants within a very safe walking distance. The price is incredible. Much lower price than other next door hotels that are just the same. More

The room is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is spacious. The staff was attentive. It is in a nice area of town where I felt safe. More

This hotel is perfect for a business traveler, as it has all the amenities needed to have peace of mind. You just need to concentrate in your business the rest is taken care by Nikko. You can walk to a great variety of restaurants and bars, really safe I stayed 6 times last year and everybody loved the location. More

I stayed here for two separate weeklong work stints, and it's fantastic. Clean and up-to-date rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and the food was quite good with a number of different restaurant options. They have a walk-in breakfast cafe with fantastic cappuccino. The bellstaff was always helpful, even when our driver was late, stepping in and speaking with him on... More

I never had any problems or issues after at least a dozen stays here. I have stayed in the normal and executive floors , all views are great from any room. Best internet... More

I had stayed at the Hotel Nikko 4 times for business and it is an amazing hotel. Everybody who works there is fluent and both Spanish and English, which is extremely helpful if (like me) your Spanish is not as good as it should be. There is also a business center where you can print out files. I found it... More

I stayed in a Nikko Room on business which was comfortable, functional and exceptionally clean, though not as luxurious as the JW Marriott down the road. However, despite this, the hotel has alot to offer and still gives the JW Marriott a run for its money! The Nikko rooms were great and is similar to a club style room, whereby... More

I was really surprised how nice this hotel was. A great location with Karisma and a 7-11 right around the corner. Had dinner at the sushi bar and it was wonderful. A little pricy but the sushi chefs can really do great work with what they are given. The waitresses we not too knowledgable, so we are glad we sat... More
