The hotel is very nice and clean and the service was amazing when I checked out and realized that I had forgotten my slippers the manager called somebody to get them for me while he checked me out, that's pretty much above and beyond in my book.
And Campos Eliseos I mean come on jackpot in terms of location especially...

A definite improvement on the dire Intercontinental next door, even if the rooms are smaller and still not of the highest standard. The breakfast is better though and the great selling point is the gym, reasonable sized pool (large by hotel standards) and sun terrace, so there is someone to go outside your room. An expedia rate for the weekend...

We recently stayed at this hotel for five days. We found the room to be clean and well appointed. The cleaning service was very good with only one day the cleaning and turn-down service was very tardy. I was amazed that the room was so quiet, even though the hotel was completely booked. Nikko is super as usual, even if expensive, but I use it only for business trips. There is a large choice of nice restaurants, japanese and international cuisine.

Nice and spatious rooms, good location in Polanco, close to bars and restaurants. Great possibilities to exercise, including swimming pool.

Having booked by our local office in Mexico city, I stayed in this property for 2 nights. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and functional. When I visited the restaurant, there were some apprehensions for my special vegetarian meal. But, people were accommodative and helpful. Good service and good food.

We were not familiar with the city and don't speak much Spanish. We felt very safe and comfortable at the Nikko and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The buffet breakfast was enormous and had so many delicious dishes it was hard to choose what to try first. It was an easy walk to the Museum of Anthropology and...

The hotel rooms have been remodeled lately and they are impecable. Bathrobe and slippers, bvulgari toiletries. The food at the cafeteria is good and they have excellent restaurants inside like the teppan grill. The hotel is in a safe and very well located area. Lots of very good restaurants all around. Lots of business people. Will definetely go back.

I've stayed at Hotel Nikko twice in the past 3 months. The service is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Book the executive level rooms, as they are nicer, have better toiletries, and they also give you access to breakfast in the Nikko Lounge and unlimited cocktails throughout the day. My only issue is that the wifi doesn't have...
