Excellent customer service. Courteous staff alway attentive and helpful. Rooms were always spotless. Staff were very knowledgeable of current events and kept guest informed of where to go and what to look for. Ask a question and there was always follow up to ensure satisfaction. Well done! Don

Location The hotel is located ideally right at the Angel of Independence, next to the US Embassy. We stayed there for three nights when we got into the city and then another night when we had a one night stop between flights. For those who still have concerns about the safety, the area is completely safe, actually the city is... More

Consistent friendly service is the norm. I stayed here last year and am enjoying my current stay which will last another week. My room is on the west side, away from the major thoroughfare so it is quieter than those rooms overlooking it. The only upside/downside is the room still has a view of the beautiful statue, but, it also... More

Stayed at the Sheraton thrice, for a week each time whilst I was in Mexico city on work. Whilst the hotel is very old and you can notice this from the deign of the hotel / rooms, its location is absolutely excellent. It is right in front of the angel plaza, and within walking distance of the areas shopping, nightlife.... More

I recently stayed at this Sheraton and I must admit I was impressed. All hotel staff were courteous and attentive to my every need and put forth the added effort to ensure every thing was perfect. The front desk, concierge, Restuarant, and executive lounge staff went out of their way to make my stay the best. Thank you so much... More

I always stay here for business in Mexico. Close to the centre and beautiful Paseo La Reforma. Big rooms, most of them being renovated in the main tower. The second tower is still old. If you have status with SPG they treat you even better. Clean, excellent beds. Breakfast at 18th floor lounge is varied

Beautiful views of the Paseo de la Reforma with the golden angel. A few reasons to stay in this area: 1. This is a part of the modern city with proximity to great neighborhoods such as Zona Rosa and the modern shopping and financial district. 2. Polanco, an upscale neighborhood is just stone’s throw for an amazing restaurant and shopping... More

Nicer than expected for a last minute stay. Can't beat the Sheraton beds, kids were happy which makes the family happy. Food better than average, Room service a bit slow but nothing terrible. Would recommend.

I would probably give the hotel 3.5 stars had it not been for their ridiculous charges and poor amenities for business travel. I had an important meeting and used the business centre to print of two powerpoint presentations of 20 pages each. I was charged over 750MXN for this (50 US Dollars)! Even though it's a business expense, this is... More

If there were a 3.5 I would probably rate it as such. I was traveling on business and was quite pleased with the hotel overall. I found the location in the Reforma zone of Mexico City to be very convenient to dining, shopping and the various offices I needed to visit. The meetings I attended in the hotel were we... More
