With a great location and fair experiences in the past, I stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend. The hotel looks dated and is in need of a face-lift. While checking in with a guest, the night manager insisted on my guest leaving his Colombian passport with the hotel. I (an American) did not have to physically leave my identification,... more

Nice staff and well maintained hotel. Good location in Mexico City, close to US embassy thus safe--lots of police around the area (not necessarily working too hard :-) more

The main thing this hotel has going for it is the location. What a superb location!! Literally across the road is the Zona Rosa (or otherwise known as the Pink Zone - Gay area) and situated on the roundabout of Angel of Independance (one of Mexico City's landmarks). Zona Rosa has a mixture of venues including straight, gay, fast food,... more

We decided to change to this Hotel after reading poor reviews of the one our Travel Agent had originally booked. We were extremely happy we did. The service was outstanding and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our every need. There is a good restaurant/bistro and a Starbucks in the building, as well as a little store... more

The best thing about this hotel is its location, across the street from the Zona Rosa. You get exactly what you expect from a good Sheraton: nice clean rooms, very comfortable beds (no small feat in Mexico), and a luxury environment. Yes, it's a Starwood hotel, so they'll nickle and dime you for everything ($5 for a bottle of water,... more

This hotel is in Reforma in a safe and fairly quiet area. We received exceptional service from the hotel and in particular from the exceptionally helpful and friendly concierges. The hotel has 2 towers. The rooms in the older tower are adequate, the rooms in the newer tower are really nice. Definitely try to stay in the newer tower. The... more

Well, I stayed here for 5 nights for a conference. I think you'll love it or not really be satisfied depending on how much you pay. The conference was charging $243 a night to stay at this hotel and when i was ready to book all the rooms were sold out. I booked directly through the Sheraton website and I... more

I stayed at this hotel during a Business trip. The hotel could you use a few renovations and the front/side of the building was currently under repair during my visit. I had the pleasure of staying on the 15th floor in what is considered the Business Suite. The sewer cover in my bathroom was not secured and could easily be... more

Thankfully I only had a shirt stay in the hotel. The hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. It has a tired look compared to other similarly priced and 'starred' hotels in the DF. The rooms look worn and the towels feel the same. Long queues for breakfast in the New York Deli, which also caters for non-guests, are... more

- 4 night stay on a business trip to Mexico City - Room was run down with chipped furniture, dated decor... I know the hotel has 2 wings so maybe I was unlucky - Amici restaurant overpriced breakfast, $19 for a buffet with only 4 hot dishes and a poor selection of fruit - The coffee in your room has... more
