I stayed there recently for 3 nights. Nice staff, big rooms. Certainly needs refurbishment. I stayed in the back wing of the hotel (not the towers). Overlooking the US embassy. Not a great view but ok. In general the hotel is fine. Dont except too much. Location is good, next to a starbucks and on Reforma. Breakfast was good. Mix... More

I've stayed in many SPG hotels over the years and I have to say this is not a good one! The Wi-Fi in my room was very unreliable. I had to ask the front desk for a CAT 5 cable and this took an hour to appear. Forget it if you are using an iPhone/Ipad! Wifi is also charged by... More

I came to Mexico City for the first time with a friend who was there on business. We stayed at the Sheraton for 7 days. The hotel has a nice lobby and the people who work there are very willing to help with any questions or issues. The rooms were worn and had clearly seen better decades. For example, there... More

Unbelievable poor for a hotel in this cathergorie and this price-range. ok, the entrance is really stunning, but the romms are very tiny and above all incredibly low ceilinged. when i stretch out (i am only 1.72cm/ 5'7'' ) i touched the ceiling. unsealed windows towards reforma-street, banging doors, unsealed conecting-doors between the rooms, so you can hear every word... We spent nine nights at the Shareton Maria Isabel. We booked a tower room (known as "Club Level" at other Starwood properties) but did not feel we got what we paid for until we complained. The Tower upgrade amenities include: - Butler Service - Access to Towers Lounge where you can enjoy complimentary Continental Breakfast and evening snacks and cocktails.... More

The location and service are the real strengths of this property. This was my second 2-week stay here in two years. When I arrived, my room reservation had been forfeited due to a misunderstanding of sorts (nothing on my part) and due to a full house, it took an hour to get a room. The room probably should not have... More

Sheraton Maria Isabel is one of the older hotels in Reforma. Located near Zona Rosa, the Reforma 222 shopping and the handcrafts market, with a nice view of the Angel and Reforma Avenue, still represents an alternative for travellers that have a medium budget and want to be in a relatively safe and central location. The service is good, With... More

This is a good business hotel. However, both the lobby and rooms are showing their age. I like the proximity to Zona Rosa and its good eats. The gym is modern and has great equipment. Many many loud Americans in the club lounge. If given a choice, I'd stay in Polanco.

This is one of the older hotels in the central part of Mexico City, it is located next to the US Embassy. They have a great Club level which serves a great breakfast and snacks. The rooms are spacious although a bit dated. The staff was great and very helpful. The hotel is located close to restaurants and is relatively... More
