I got a fabulous deal on an online discounter, and stayed in a nice executive king room with a view. The gym is small but useful, there's a pool, breakfast was good and the service was just fine. Much better accomodations than the Eurostars Suites Zona Rosa, although not a suite it's more comfortable. Not sure what all the drama's... more

All of the complaints from other reviewers are true. This place is a dump with some of the worst staff I have ever encountered. I ended up having to make a last minute reservation here because of a screw-up in my office. They had tripled their standard rates to $350/night for a junior suite, but advertised free wireless internet access.... more

I was in Mexico City for work for two nights, and I got a corporate rate through the organization I was working with (around US$90/night). The hotel is in a convenient location as far as accessing public transportation. My room was clean and given that I spent so little time in it, it was perfectly adequate while not being anything... more

Me and my friend stayed there 4 nights. No rudeness mentioned on these pages was experienced. Bell boy Jesus is absolutely amazing, he speaks very good English, he knows everything and is ready to help. The few contact we had with the reception was normal and the staff at the breakfast was very friendly all the time. Our arrival was... more

I booked what I thought was a great rate at the NH hotels corporate website. The rate was to include breakfast, two welcome cocktails, and a bottle of tequila. The tequila never happened, and I had to argue with the frequently rude reception staff to get the welcome cocktails. This is what I call 'fraud' and I would warn prospective... more

We staid at this hotel just recently and the experience could not have been worse. The service at the hotel is so rude and horrible. At check-in the reception staff permanently dealt with other things and let us just stand there and it took 25 minutes to check in. We had booked for 2 nights - a single and a... more

I had never been to Mexico City before, and was going for Memorial Day Weekend. I was trying to choose the perfect hotel in Zona Rosa, which is the gay district. I narrowed it down to Galeria Plaza and NH Mexico City, because both had pools. After reading all the reviews from several websites, I decided to choose NH, and... more

This hotel is a average one, in the business hotel segment; for me, this means it is a very good one: clean, comfortable, big rooms, and perfect service. Perfectly comparable to the original NH hotels in Spain. I loved the variety of the buffet breakfast, including mexican and international dishes, some of them changed daily. Location is extremely central (you... more

My sister and I visited Mexico City on February 07 and stayed in the NH Hotel Mexico City 3 nights. We were impressed on the service we received and how friendly the staff were. There was security 24 hours a day. Never felt unsafe. Our room was always clean with no odors. WE don't smoke and it was nice to... more
