Nh Mexico City is more than excelent! Great location and neighbourhood, very clean, safe, well decorated and amazing staff, especially the manager Conchita and the recepcionist Jesus. For sure I´ll stay again in NH next time I go to Mexico City, and I strongly advise everyone to do the same! (Fabio Molina, from São Paulo, Brazil).

Great location, staff and surroundings. Near Metro, shopping and restaurants. Had a great week-long experience. Highly recommend for business travelers or tourists. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Also enjoyed the swimming pool.

My friend and i stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and would like to mention Eric the porter for his friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Not many people can speak English in Mexico City and unfortunately we can't speak Spanish, but Eric was so helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. He was more... More

From arrival to departure, a stay of 5 days, everything was perfect. Room was clean, bed comfortable, great easy chair and ottoman in front of TV and spacious bathroom with shower and TUB. Located in great neighborhood with numerous attractions and restaurants in walking distance. Friendly staff. I particularly want to thank Senor Eric Salinas for his many kindnesses to... More

I had to travel for a business trip to Mexico DF for three nights and highly recommend this place. Amazing staff in: Front Desk (Zicri and Ileana) were friendly and knowledgeable House Keeping (7th floor) super clean and most of all honest. I drop some money under my bed and it was placed on my night stand when I returned.... More

I recently returned from a trip to Mexico City and spent 8 nights at NH Mexico City. My check-in was quick and my preferred room was given to me on the 17th floor with an amazing view of Angel de la Independencia and the city. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly from Antonio who greeted me... More

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and the hotel room was very comfortable, it got a little noisy on Thursday night but not horrible. The front desk gentleman that assisted me was not very pleasant and kind of short with his attitude. The taxi cabs from the hotel were not nice at all. I asked to take me to... More

This hotel is mediocre at best. We originally booked a "superior" room for 5 nights and found it to be anything but. We were unsatisfied with the ancient faucets, broken tiles in the shower and lack of duvet and paid to upgrade to an executive room for the following nights. This was better as it was more modern. Do yourself... More

I have stayed at this hotel various times before, and I am impressed with the hard work of the management group in transforming it into a first class hotel for business. the renovation of the rooms continue and there is nothing a business traveler would lack . Overall this hotel is not bad; in fact it has very positive aspects. Location is very good; it is on the Zona Rosa, one block from the metro station and close to many nightlife spots but without the inconvenience of being right where the nuisance happens. It is also next to the main police station, which could be a positive... More
