I stayed last week at this hotel for the second time with four other friends, the frontdesk was as usual very helpful with everything and very understanding. And i can't say anything bad about the rooms, i had a mess after i came from shopping everyday and the maids always had everything clean and impecable. As for the City, the... More

Currently at the hotel writing this review. The hotel itself is in a very safe and great location within walking distance to many clubs, bars, and restaurants. The property is great, the lobby is very nice with two complementary computers for guest use. The upper floors can use a moor modern look, the rooms are great however the restroom is... More

i usually stay at the NH in Zona Rosa. Safe area, near shops and restaurants. Staff is reasonably fluent in English. The bell staff is really friendly and helpful. It is about 20-30 minutes from the airport and best to go early anywhere, traffic issues. Food at the hotel is good, i usually only eat breakfast and accept the breakfast... More

Everything was ok. It was clean, quiet, excellent bathroom stuff, but shower's room is tiny, even for short people, if you prefer a bath over a shower then it is convinient otherwise is not. One day we left our room at 6am and we came back at 3pm, our room was not made. We were so tired for a long... More

Reception desk and foyer decor might give the impression that it is a European style NH hotel but it isn't. Paper-thin walls so when someone coughed you thought they were in the same room. I think they are modernising from the bottom up so we may have been unlucky to be on 6th floor. Cleanliness not up to European standards... More

Spent 3 nights here at the beginning of our Mexico tour.Rapid elevators to our 8th floor room, which was large & comfortable. Any room maintenance issues promptly dealt with; all the staff we met were very helpful. Buffet breakfast very acceptable including Mexican dishes, good selection of breads, pastries & pancakes & tropical fruits. Rather a strange system of cooking... More

its a ok hotel, soft bed, clean sheets. The Breakfast wasnt the best, been there for almost two weeks an always take de same breakfast, the dinner isnt better. The area close to the hotel is not pretty, near by Zona Rosa. the front desk employers mmmm could be better, the bellboys are nice people.

My friend and I went for a weekend stay in Mexico City back in December and stayed at the hotel. The location is excellent, close to where you can get in touch with the mexican life: clubs, tacos mexicanos, shopping and a great view of the Angel de la independencia a few streets from the hotel. the Frontdesk crew was... Short version - good for the gay scene and best if you can get a discounted rate. The details: It wouldn't have hurt some of the reception staff to smile once or twice. On our third day they expected us to check-out and we discovered the reservation was wrong. If you organise through a third party check the hotel has... More
