As per the other reviews, this place has seen better times, as have more hotels in the Reforma area. Plusses are the good quality beds and bedding, a surprisingly good shower (albeit not a good looking one) and a truly amazing breakfast buffet. The negatives: slow front desk, lots of staff hanging around but not really doing much, open elevators... More

A great hotel in a good location to enable visits to the historic areas of the city and the shopping areas all by foot for anyone who is able to walk easily. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the breakfast was superb. The rooms was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. There are some very good restaurants in... More

Comfortable walk to Historical area and about 150 peso cab ride to most other areas of interest. Lovely staff and concierge service who assisted us in every way. Rooms a bit tired, tub plug didn't work (so we showered). Air conditioning so so. Note we are here in January, very chilly in morning and at night and quite warm in... More

Traveled with my family for a weekend last december. The hotel is well located, right in the most beautiful avenue of Mexico City. Right outside the hotel you can find a lot of stuff to do like malls, restaurants, coffee shops and business places. Also the place is near to the downtown (not in a walking distance, cause, it's Mexico... More

I liked this hotel. I definitely choosed a good time to visit Mexico City; on New Years eve. The place is very well located; close to downtown by walking. The only thing I did not liked, was that Hotel hallways were not clean, carpets were really dirty and the drawers at our room were almost falling apart. Room service and... More

I stayed in this hotel during my visit to Mexico City. The hotel is a bit old, but everything was in good conditions. The location was so great and the price was reasonable. The room was perfectly clean. I was assigned to room 1502, which had a great view on The city especially at night. However, only one thing made... More

I will never chose this hotel. I hate the hotels that they do not make any effort to give you the room just a few hours before the checking hour, they do not put on guest position that was on a many hours flight. But this is on the rules, I would have to accept it but if I wait... More

This is very known hotel at the premier spot ... on Reforma. It provides services at good standard but nothing to brag about. Rooms are quite old. Especially bathrooms would benefit from remodeling. On the other hand all hotel personnel is very helpful. In case of any problems they will try to help you.

Excellent location to move around the center of the city and at walking distance of many of the places you would like to like to check out. Staff is great, very helpful and gentle. The hotel is a classic, beautifully kept and with lots of movement!! I surely recommend it!!
