This is my first time in Mexico. I was at six nights. First I should note that the hotel's location. the hotel is located on Main Street Reforma of Mexico, a safe place to walk around. The location is close to the main museums and the zoo. Metro is located about ten minutes walk from the hotel and transport it... More

The hote is in a great location in Reforma, you can walk to many things and inexpensive taxis are right out front. This is a busy hotel, very clean, room service food was excellent. Rooms are large, beds and pillows very confortable. Fully and I mean fully stocked mini bar at extra charge but vvery nice.

I stayed for 3 weeks and the hotel showed to be consistent in rendering their service. Everybody serving the guests are friendly and caring about your needs. Room was clean everyday. The restaurant has a pretty decent buffet, business center is always empty so you can do your stuff without struggle. The fitness center has a very special massage therapist,... More

It is a ln old and expensive hotel, with a cost benefit relation, soo low. And I dont mean old like "romantic and old fashion rooms and furniture", I mean old like bad smell and bad shape rooms. Seriouslly guys there is a lot of better options on that price. Just cross the street like a lot of us!

This hotel is due for a renovation but it is perfectly located on the Reforma close to the artisinal market and the entire modern avenue. The staff are very helpful, finding power adapters for you when the hotel is fully booked and leaving small bottles of water by your bed. If you don't want breakfast after the first day, Wings,... The hotel is in a great location and from the housekeeping staff to the front desk and the general managers, the staff was always helpful. I was traveling with my 2 Silky Terriers and my stay was wonderful. The room was spacious and the little things like fresh water bottles everyday were well appreciated. I was surprised that the room... More

Service is great and food is well served and tasty. if you are one the Starbucks addicted, there is one just in the entrance of the hotel.
