I've stayed here four or five times over the past 5 years. Always Good, never great. Staff is great, facilities OK for a Four Seasons. It's a little on in the tooth and I think the new St. Regis down the street must have put some pressure on the hotel's business. But this visit, wow. Construction is going on from... More

I love the property, the staff, the service and the food! Even when the weather doesn't co-operate it is a lovely haven.... Then on your way home stop off at Eric Kayser on Reforma for your crunchy french baguette!

I was only at the hotel for 3 days on business. They are currently undergoing rennovations but they were very good about not letting it affect business as usual. The staff was great and very friendly. The courtyard is a real eye-catcher and is a great place to eat breakfast, dinner or even just grab a drink. There are birds,... More

We spent my wife's birthday weekend here. It is going through renovations, as it has been mentioned around here, so the impression is not really first-class. It is more like a classic, bit outdated, luxury hotel, rather than cutting edge, gadgety-room, perk-full hotel. I must say the service is outstanding (as in every Four Seasons I've been to), and the... More

Stayed for 3 nights with client and received excellent service throughout. The Rooms are all being renovated floor by floor, due to be finished in October. So there is some building noise. Also a large building Warby is being constructed so when dining/drinking the the gorgeous courtyard it can be a little noisy. Rooms are large with a soft bed.... More

Everything was perfect! The hotel, bathroom products, staff, bedsheets, pillows, everything. Restaurant and bar at hotel have a really good food too. The fitness center offer water, fruits, iced tea and fresh towels stored in a refrigerator and aromatized to refresh and relax you after your workout.

I have been to the Four Seasons in Buenos Aires three times already and this was my first time to their house in Mexico City. The high sevice level and classical style of both hotels is certainly comparable. Four Seasons Mexico City has the perfect location close to landmarks like the Angel of Independence and the Museum of Anthropology, both... More

This is a beautiful 5 star hotel in an excellent location, a short walk to the Bosque de Chapultepec (the big park containing several attractions, including the archaeological museum and the castle). The Polanco, Condesa and Roma neighborhoods are nearby, with lots of great restaurants. The Zona Rosa is a 15 - 20 minute walk. It's a solid 45 -... More
