I have visited Mexico City many times for both purposes, business and vacation. No doubt for me, Four Seasons is the best choice: superb patio, relaxing atmosphere, excellent service and great location. Rooms are excellent, as well. more

Stayed for 3 nights in an executive suite overlooking courtyard. Booked this type of accommodation as thought it would be quiet. When we arrived at 9pm and were shown to our 6th floor room, you could clearly hear loud music coming from courtyard. I asked if we could have the windows closed (curtains were drawn so couldn't see) and was... more

Lovely hotel, enjoy staying there if it were not for the nickel and diming. You have internet connection in your room but at $240 pesos ($18-$20 USD approx) per day . In the business center they tell you it is only $4 pesos a minute. Time to long on, it is not very fast, time goes by quickly on line and... more

The hotel looks like a grand old place that could use updating. The courtyard was beautiful, the restaurant/bar was impressive and the service outstanding...Hard to ignore the security personnel...everywhere...and I felt uncomfortable walking around the block... more

The rooms and decor were elegant. I have to admit that the restaurant food and room service were poor-- about the level of a cheap motel. more

Had a fantastic stay in the 4S Mexico DF. Beautiful resort, rooms, restaurants and amazing staff. The restaurant and bar, which both straddle the interior, secure garden, were both top notch. The food was excellent and so were the cocktails. The staff was the best I have ever experienced in a top hotel, bar none. By far the best trained,... more

Four Seasons Mexico City Despite our friends’ concern about drug violence and lingering Swine Flu germs, we kept our reservation with the Four Seasons in the crazy-wonderful city of Mexico City. As with all Four Seasons properties, we found few surprises. Here’s our low-down: ARRIVAL: Upon arrival at the airport, we faced more paperwork and stations than anywhere else we’ve... more
