Staff so friendly and polite, a real credit to the hotel. Hotel is very nice and rooms clean and comfortable. Didn't spend much time at hotel due to work commitments, however when I was there it was pleasant.

My company held a conference here. The food was incredible and decadent. I had some chilequiles for breakfast that were truly unforgettable, and spotted a Mexican Congressman dining... trés fancy. The room rates did seem too high to me so I didn't stay here overnight.

The staff were very warm and friendly, and the food was delicious - all of it! Service was prompt and courteous, and the only thing I would have added is a little more Mexicana - something more in the decor to say "We're in Mexico now..."

Come on Four Seasons is always the best. The spa was very nice and great staff. Security was very good and they seem to all be there when you need anything. The food was the best. What a large city. Beds are so soft.

What more can I write, the four seasons continues to provide amazing service while exceeding my expectations. There is always staff around to help you in any way possible. Can't wait to return to see the results of the remodeling.

I joined my husband on a business trip to Mexico City earlier this month. The city reminded me of NYC in the 70's - the chords of crime and traffic and creativity and possibility all playing at the same time and at maximum volume. The Four Seasons is a genteel port in the storm amidst the chaos. Not in the... More

This hotel is well-located in central Mexico City, and shopping, restaurants, markets and historical antiquities are all nearby. From entering the Reception, it's obvious that you made a good choice. This is a luxury hotel and not for the budget traveller, but everything is as it should be - the room and facilities, the gym, the business centre, conference rooms... More

This is not one of the signature Four Seasons resorts - its good - even very good if you compare it with all the other hotels that you could stay but its just average for a 4-5 star place. For business meetings (the reason why I was there), it is a great venue because you can hold meetings in the... More

The Four Seasons Hotel is located within walking distance from the Palacio de Chapultepec, the residence of Emperor Maximiliano de Habsburgo while he was emperor of Mexico. The hotel has a great indoor garden that makes you forget that you are over one of the Mexico City's most important avenue, Pase de la Reforma. The service is excellent, the quality... More

Typically comfortable and spacious room. Bathroom was showing its age, with a most confusing shower which clearly needs complete overhaul. Highlight is the courtyard , which is oasis of calm and elegance where one can have breakfast and browse the art boutiques. Welcoming staff.
