We stopped off at the Four Seasons hotel in Mexico City to have a luxurious end to our trip. It lived up to all expectations. This is understood to be the only 5 star hotel in Mexico City and it very much deserves this accolade.

Nothing to complain with. Charming and classical at the same time. Very good rooms condition and a very pleasant business room. Easy access. Excellent breakfast, with a wide variety of breads and fruits. Nice service in general.

After traveling for two months around the world and staying in 4 and 5 star luxury hotels, the Four Seasons Mexico City is a disappointment in comparison to what you receive from other top hotels. You don't feel as if you are being "spoiled" at this hotel. Even the toiletries provided are the bare bones. And you are charged for... More

It's not for the average traveler, because it just isn't that kind of hotel. It's expensive, senior business executive oriented. And it hits the mark just right. Comfortable, secure (not a small thing in this city), very service oriented, friendly. I have seen the other comments about dated, but the hotel's undergoing a renovation now. My room was perfectly comfortable,... More

Very nice staff, good hotel with a great location. Breakfast is one of the best I have had in any Four Seasons around the world. Staff goes beyond the call of duty, I had already checked out and realised that I had forgotten my SIM card in to the room (i tiny micro SIM). The staff was able to find... More

Pros: - Everybody is friendly - Rooms are good. Not the newest furniture but very comfortable. - The bed is awesome. You don't want to leave it. - Good amenities. - Delicious food. Tried the "Reforma 500" restaurant, the bar and breakfast buffet. - Great taxi service. Cons: - You need to leave the windows closed since there is a... More

The staff and service is superb, as you would expect. No request or question is too small or unimportant. Also had nice, friendly and safe drivers to take us to meetings and get at airport. Furniture in rooms is a little tired. Needs updating. Bed was super-comfy

I found this substandard for a Four Seasons hotel. There was (a badly needed) renovation going on in the lobby, the public areas were embarrassingly dirty, and though no fault of their own a very large construction project next door. The free internet was very poor and if I had not had my own mobile data connection, I would have... More

I decided to stay at this great hotel for a recent, last minute visit to Mexico City. This was my first time there so didn't really know what to expect. Upon arriving at the hotel I was greeted with a very warm and genuine welcome. The bellman graciously met me on my way to the room and guided me on... More
