The staff and service is superb, as you would expect. No request or question is too small or unimportant. Also had nice, friendly and safe drivers to take us to meetings and get at airport. Furniture in rooms is a little tired. Needs updating. Bed was super-comfy

I found this substandard for a Four Seasons hotel. There was (a badly needed) renovation going on in the lobby, the public areas were embarrassingly dirty, and though no fault of their own a very large construction project next door. The free internet was very poor and if I had not had my own mobile data connection, I would have... More

I decided to stay at this great hotel for a recent, last minute visit to Mexico City. This was my first time there so didn't really know what to expect. Upon arriving at the hotel I was greeted with a very warm and genuine welcome. The bellman graciously met me on my way to the room and guided me on... More

We were lucky enough to have a 3 night stay at the Four Seasons early August 2014. The hotel was not only beautiful but in a great location. We were able to enjoy breakfast each morning in the wonderful courtyard. Found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Great stay

The people at this hotel are the real draw. Impeccable service, professionalism and cheerfulness. Given the quality of the facility, that's really saying something. The courtyard garden is absolutely a slice of paradise. A perfectly maintained traditional European sculptured garden is the setting for restaurant and bar tables. Plan to eat the breakfast buffet, sit outside and leave time to... More

This is a great choice if you´re planning a short - one week trip to DF. If you´re planning to stay longer there are places that are more reasonably priced for the same services. What really stands out about this Four Seasons is the great restaurant they have in the garden area (beautiful garden by the way) . Small menu... More

It is such a comfort to have such amazing personalized service and customized attention in this very chaotic city. Our family stayed in an executive junior suite with an adjoining double room. Though the hotel is beginning extensive renovations and there is construction nearby, none of it impinged at all on our stay. The room and its amenities were impeccable,... More

Being close to the sheraton and ritz carlton, this hotel is old school classy and an instant feel of grandeur as one enters….the courtyard is just fabulous. The restaurants are good and fabulous artwork around the property
