Centrally located and professional staff - The breakfast was outstanding and the wait staff very attentive. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers to DF. Another bonus is the in-house taxi stand that you can bill to your room. The hotel is quiet and the acommodations are Number 1!

Myself and my boyfriend recently stayed at the Four Seasons for two nights. What a top class hotel this is..... We arrived very early in the morning (approx 5.30am) and were shocked to be told a room was waiting for us. The room was luxurious with lovely views of the courtyard. The bed was so comfortable and we slept very... More

There are very few hotels that you can truly say is completely a 5 star hotel. From the check in, your first look at your room, the service, The Four Seasons in Mexico City I believe is the best hotel in the city. In the hustle and bustle of this very busy city this is your island of calm. I... More

I am at the hotel as I right this only because we are so happy and overwhelmed with the kind of warmth and service we have been offered with at our stay. Right from a double complimentary upgrade and extended stay, to the concierge working overtime to help us out with our cancelled flight its been a very comfortable experience.... More

The service was phenomenal, the concierge especially. The hotel was super stylish and luxurious. Room was breathtaking. The location is fantastic as well, easy access to parks, cool neighborhoods, but right along paseo de la reforma.

Every aspect of my hotel experience was beyond my wildest dreams. Impeccable service in every aspect from breakfast to coffee bar to the mastery of our concierge Stephano. I felt like a princess with all my needs immediately cared for. What a staff! Don't miss Sunday brunch. And endless smiles from all.

All staff is amazing. Excellent location. No complaints in that regard. Although it is in the process of a much needed remodeling, the decoration chosen for that specific property was not the most desirable. A bit too many different styles combined, and hardly any for such a beautiful and traditional bulding. Having preserved a more subtle and elegant style, instead... More

Great food, rooms are clean and excellent service. We spent new year's eve there and the food was delicious. Kids are received with a stuffed bear and as a gift they gave my child a cap. Very comfortable and people working there are professionals.
