The location of this hotel is close to one of the Financial areas of the city. It is your typical Business hotel, with comfortable Rooms, Great Business Services and a central patio that is: so so. The main restaurant is quite bad and outrageous in it's prices. I've never really liked it because it feels cold, with a lack of... More

Decent hotel. Expensive, under renovation during my stay, but good staff and a great location. In Mexico City's Paseo de la Reforma, it is in one of the most important business districts, and also the best area to find entertainment and great food within safe walking distances. One of the nicest areas of Mexico City.

This hotel was great. yes they are under construction but I did not feel like it affected my stay. the check in at the lobby was easy, the room service delicious and the taxis always availiable for meetings. it felt like a safe, remote place, yet you are in the middle of the city. I was there for business so... More

This hotel is a huge rip off, at least under current conditions. It's hugely expensive. Yet rooms, while large, are barren and threadbare. My bathroom had a broken tub and a shower that flooded the floor. The gym is tiny and the pool even tinier -- don't plan on swimming laps. The hotel is also currently under construction, which means... More

We stayed in Mexico for two nights at the end of a three week trip to South America, and the Four Seasons sounds great ... and is. A consistently high hotel brand status, the Mexico City Four Seasons is slightly more basic than many others, but has a nice feel and lovely courtyard restaurant area. Will visit again. The only... This hotel might have been a jewel a few years ago, but now it is an extremely expensive hotel, that despite its charm, is in need of an urgent uplift. This is one of the priciest hotels in Mexico without any justification due to the old age of the property. Despite the good level of maintenance, good level of service... More

Four Seasons is a place where you go for a safe travel. Nice and elegant rooms, goos space in bedroom and bathroom. Great quality in food. and the best in service. The lobby is under renovation, so for the moment the checkin desk in on the 2nd floor. I've heard that the rooms will be soon under renovation to. Quite... More

The hotel is well located, it is really pricey but worth it. Fitness center is great. Food is good. Beds are very good. Shower head is awful and wins the price as the worst! I only had banquet meals and they were ok, the service was great.

Stayed here on business. Classic four seasons room - nicely fitted out, very good service etc. Room good size, free wifi and good and quick breakfast. The gym is reasonable, pool small but fine for a splash. The whole place is going through an upgrade / renovation which is probably right but not necessarily overdue. Would stay here again if... I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights on a business trip at the end of September / start of October. Upon arrival the there is a friendly greeting and i was shown to a very nice room, that was very comfortable, reasonably sized and clean. The rooms surround a courtyard. In the courtyard is the bar and restaurant. The... More
