The hotel is well located, it is really pricey but worth it. Fitness center is great. Food is good. Beds are very good. Shower head is awful and wins the price as the worst! I only had banquet meals and they were ok, the service was great.

Stayed here on business. Classic four seasons room - nicely fitted out, very good service etc. Room good size, free wifi and good and quick breakfast. The gym is reasonable, pool small but fine for a splash. The whole place is going through an upgrade / renovation which is probably right but not necessarily overdue. Would stay here again if... I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights on a business trip at the end of September / start of October. Upon arrival the there is a friendly greeting and i was shown to a very nice room, that was very comfortable, reasonably sized and clean. The rooms surround a courtyard. In the courtyard is the bar and restaurant. The... More

Its a shame they carry the name four seasons because its terrible. I stayed there for two weeks this october and my stay there was very unpleasant. 1 The wi- fi is expensive and slow very slow. 2 Theres a renovation down on the lobby which was very uncomfortable. 3 The Food from the restaurant is disgusting. 4 Some famous... We stopped off at the Four Seasons hotel in Mexico City to have a luxurious end to our trip. It lived up to all expectations. This is understood to be the only 5 star hotel in Mexico City and it very much deserves this accolade.

Nothing to complain with. Charming and classical at the same time. Very good rooms condition and a very pleasant business room. Easy access. Excellent breakfast, with a wide variety of breads and fruits. Nice service in general.

After traveling for two months around the world and staying in 4 and 5 star luxury hotels, the Four Seasons Mexico City is a disappointment in comparison to what you receive from other top hotels. You don't feel as if you are being "spoiled" at this hotel. Even the toiletries provided are the bare bones. And you are charged for... More

It's not for the average traveler, because it just isn't that kind of hotel. It's expensive, senior business executive oriented. And it hits the mark just right. Comfortable, secure (not a small thing in this city), very service oriented, friendly. I have seen the other comments about dated, but the hotel's undergoing a renovation now. My room was perfectly comfortable,... More
