Great location and hotel but it's undergoing extensive renovations... the set up of the hotel is lovely... it's suited for business, couples or, I suppose, families. Service was good, as one would expect at a 4S, but the construction was a bit disruptive. The rooms do need a refurbish and I look forward to going back when the construction is... More

A good comfortable and functional quality hotel, well situated for access to me sums together with the historic and commercial parts of the city . Breakfast is a disaster, because they don't use the restaurant and thus seating is limited unless the weather is hot enough to use the garden, which was not the case on our visit.

The Four Seasons is lovely overall, and in a spectacular and very central location. The hotel has a fantastic courtyard garden that provides an essential respite from the hustle of the city "outside" the walls. The pool and gym are really nice and quiet as well. The restaurant is very good, although the menu is a little formal so less... More

Few hotels in the world offer the peace, quiet and style of The Four Seasons Mexico City. Extra comfy cushion top King Bed in a suite with windows that open. Gracious staff, attention to details and a definite place to return to in a great location. A credit to the Four Seasons Brand! Liz C New York City Akumal, Mexico

A classic hotel, courtyard focused with quality service and food. Well located for shopping, museums, and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and environment quiet. I would recommend for business, couples, or family.

Outstanding location and reassuringly comfortable - very elegant downstairs, around the lobby and the lovely courtyard garden, extremely pleasant for a early evening drink. Rooms are big and spacious, very comfortable beds but unfortunately the windows don't keep out noise from the courtyard, whether building work or singing. Having the breakfast buffet squashed into the bar didn't really work for... More

I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst on business and thoroughly recommend the hotel which is currently undergoing a refurbishment but they are taking all possible steps to minimise the disruption to guests. I was on the 3rd floor close to the spa/gym which was really handy. My room was quite large with king size bed, desk , and sofa... More

Hotel has been renovated with a new modern flair. Service and refinement set the standard at this centrally located hotel in the heart of Mexico City. The courtyard area is a perfect setting for breakfast, lunch, afternoon cocktails or an evening drink. For those who value personalized service this is the place. The concierge desk is the best in the... More

The Mexico City Four Seasons is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are fairly standard, large American style rooms, very comfortable beds a great bathrooms. What sets the hotel apart is the spectacular service. Every single touch point with customers is handled with extreme attentiveness and charm. I’ve traveled heavily for the past 15 years and the service at... More
