Came to Four Seasons for lunch as was staying across the street at St. Regis. While a beautiful space, the restaurant serving staff was way off the mark. We constantly had to request waiter and never received the same person, so no knew what was going on. Given they were having a brunch service in the patio, perhaps the bar... More

We stayed at the Four Seasons in Mexico City for four days in March 2015. We were upgraded through Amex to a large room and, as you would expect with Four Seasons, everything in the room was comfortable, tasteful and well appointed. Most striking was the central outdoor courtyard where we had breakfast every morning. It was such a quiet... More

A large hotel with a big courtyard garden given a bit of a quiet oasis of calm in the city. Attentive staff, decent sized rooms, food ok. Some renovation works happening at the moment but being done discretely.

I was attending a wedding in Puebla and thought I would stop for a couple of nights in Mexico city to meet and greet friends and family before heading out. I've stayed at Four Season's before so they had my profile, when I got to my room I found a pet amenity for my cat, that was very sweet, though... More

I was looking forward to our stay at the four seasons... Sadly it's terrible for a 5 star hotel and what should be a great brand. I'm sat on the terrace at the St Regis writing this because the four seasons has no internet (hello, this is 2015!) no mention at check in despite it being unavailable all day, and... More

My sister raves about the Four Seasons, but we had never stayed in one before coming to Mexico City. The room and service was less than I expected from a hotel brand of this character. Once we checked in, we were advised of the Internet connection instructions but we not informed that the Internet was down. I am now at... More

Thank you for taking the time for writing a review about your experience at our hotel. I was very disappointed to hear that the renovations taking place in our property translated in a poor experience to you and I apologize for that. The Internet interruption was caused by a water leak that we experienced due to the same work being... More

This is a very big hotel, built around a pretty green courtyard. Very large comfortable rooms with all the amenities one expects. XL bathrooms with separate bathtub and walk-in shower. "L'Occitane de Provence" cosmetics, nice but somehting more local (at least from a NAFTA country, right?) would be more sustainable. Professional and helpful staff at the reception. Transportation easily organised... More

I've stayed here four or five times over the past 5 years. Always Good, never great. Staff is great, facilities OK for a Four Seasons. It's a little on in the tooth and I think the new St. Regis down the street must have put some pressure on the hotel's business. But this visit, wow. Construction is going on from... More

I love the property, the staff, the service and the food! Even when the weather doesn't co-operate it is a lovely haven.... Then on your way home stop off at Eric Kayser on Reforma for your crunchy french baguette!
