It was my second stay at the Fourseasons Mexico and honnestly it's been a big disappointment. Of course it's still a good hotel but once you've experienced a Fourseasons usually you are expecting simply the best... and it's not the case at all in Mexico! Upon arrival as I had reserved a deluxe room they offered me for a small... more

We stayed here for two nights before travelling on in Mexico. The hotel is an island of beauty and silence within this big and quite dirty city. The location is great, as there is a lot of things to explore in the nearby area by foot on your own. We also had two times private guides organised by the hotel... more

Admittedly we'd just come from one of the best hotel experiences of our life, for our honeymoon - the Rosewood Mansions on Turtle Creek, Dallas. But I don't think that's any excuse Four Seasons... Service was terrible (apart from two notable exceptions - the restaurants and the pool). When we arrived they offered us an 'upgrade' to a much worse... more

I had a relaxing, enjoyable 2 night stay in March. The hotel is traditionally furnished, and very open and airy. The courtyard is beautiful and peaceful. The room was large and comfortably furnished - the bathroom and dressing area is enormous and attractive. My only complaint is that there is not an electrical outlet by the makeup table. A minor... more

Excellent service and beautiful architecture. Hotel was a beautiful respite form bustle of Mexico City. Large rooms with calming views of the courtyard. Restaurants were excelent and sightseeing trips arranged through the concierege with hotel vehicles were execptional. Would love to return. more

Beautiful hotel - as others have explained it is an oasis after a day sightseeing! Courtyard is stunning. Wonderful buffet breakfast, great choice & quality. Atmospheric setting in the bar/cafe area off the courtyard. Dined in the hotel restaurant two nights - food and service top notch. Location in Reforma is very good - walking distance to the park from... more

My wife, myself and my two nieces stayed in Mexico City over the New Year. It was our second stay there. Absolutely fantastic, very nice rooms which we were upgraded to. The property is little like an oasis in a vibrant city, with a beautiful and restful garden. The service was great, all the way from the concierge - who... more

We stayed at the 4 Seasons Mexico City December 19-21, and again December 29 before we flew back to New York. This 4 Seasons compares favorably to those in the states. The rooms are beautiful, the bed is a dream, and the lobby and courtyard are lovely. We traveled with our son, 5, and my only complaint is that due... more

Our experience with the Four Seasons in Mexico City exceeded our expectations. We stayed from Jan 5th through th 8th. The car service we ordered through the hotel was there to pick us up at the airport with our name on a sign, and delivered us to the hotel. The hotel was impeccable in every way. We paid a bit... more

I spent 4 nights in the Four Seasons in mid December, at the start of a month long holiday in Mexico. I booked about a week before my arrival, via the hotel website, and got a very good (50%)discount on normal rates. I am a sole female traveller, and as it was my first visit, and because my flight arrived... more
