The service, staff and location make this a great place to enjoy central Mexico City. The building itself is not especially grand from the outside, but the central courtyard with its lovely garden area is a restful retreat from the hustle-bustle of the busy downtown. The rooms are not especially outstanding in terms of appointments and decor - but the... More

What an amazing hotel.Beautiful building and incredibly attentive and helpful staff. It was our first stay in a 4 seasons hotel and was a real treat. a shame we only had one night there. luckily, we were able to experience the Sunday afternoon champagne brunch- lovely food and we didn't have to eat again until breakfast!

A solid hotel let down a little by its rooms. The service was excellent, especially the bartender on our last night who explained the differences between and the nuances of Tequila and Mescal! The courtyard is a beautiful place to have breakfast in the mornings

We stayed for four nights and were delighted with our choice of the Four Seasons Hotel. The central courtyard garden was a lovely spot for dining or a drink in the evening and the bedrooms were large, well equipped and comfortable with a good hot shower and quality toiletries. The location was excellent, effortlessly walkable to the Anthropology Museum and... More

Giving a five-star review to a Four Seasons hotel is almost redundant--of course they deserve five stars. But the Mexico City Four Seasons is really outstanding. It sometimes seems like there's the hotel business, and then there's this company called Four Seasons that's in an entirely different business--they're so much better than their competitors. The staff, the service, even the... More

Excelent hotel where service and people are the ones that make a real difference. The hotel has a beautiful space in the garden with a well served bar where you can take a relaxing breakfast while preparing yourself for a challenging day. Rooms are clean and full equiped for the most demanding customers.

Pro: 1. Concierge is willing and helpful. They arranged restaurant reservations, a driver, and show tickets before I even arrived. Quick email communications! 2. Hotel is a calm oasis. The courtyard garden and bar area are peaceful! 3. The head bartender/mixologist gave us a nice overview on tequilas. Con: 1. The hotel is not in Polanco, which is where many... More
