The Wyndham Hotel is a safe and quiet place to relax and prepare for your meeting. Although, i did not get an opportunity to explore the property, the room that i was in was extremely quiet and comfortable. Additionally, I felt extremely safe in the environment

Great location if you want to go for a walk at the Chapultepec Gardens and Palace. I only had breakfast and it was good. Traffic to go in and out is absolutely terrible. Staff really know how to make you comfortable. At the 10th floor restaurant the view is amazing

This is an old chain hotel on the outskirts of Polanco. Small dingy lobby and it goes on from there. Wifi pitiful and the 20th floor continental breakfast bbabbare bones at best is free but unusable and there are no paid options either. All in all badly in need of renovation

Nice hotel for business travelers with great location. Nice area to take a walk and hotel cabs are good and reliable. Nice restaurant on the 10th floor with great view of Chapultepec castle. Rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi signal was weak towards the window on my 7th floor room. Anywhere else in the room the signal was strong.

This hotel isn't amazing but it's clean and the rooms are big. Two niggles: the lighting is really dim and the continental breakfast is meagre. (But a plus is that the breakfast room has a lovely view of the castle). Staff are friendly and this is a good three star hotel. Oh and if you're travelling with small kids, I... More

Nice rooms, with a lot of space, but the quality of some material maybe could be better. Usually the breakfast is not included and in any case I suggest not to pay for it: it is not with buffet, and you will pay the double of what you can easily find out just on the other side of the street.... positive: location, near Chapultepec parc and Museums, and near Polanco. Rooms are ok. Good internet. Service is alright, food just ok, breakfast quite poor. No Garden in fact, but a small terrace Inside, and another on the roof. This hotel does not offer much, but is ok for business very short stay.

Came here for a weekend getaway with the husband and this was a centric hotel with the best areas in Mexico City at walking distance. The room rate includes a welcome drink which was nice, but would be better if it included breakfast as well. Didn't like that parking was extra.

Stayed here a couple nights in a work visit and while the service was friendly, the rooms and the hotel services generally were very mediocre. The room was fairly basic. The reading light did not work. The bed cushion had a tear. The TV control was grossly greasy. The hotel is not a Garden it offers small rooms down narrow and dim hallway. There was no replacement of coffee. Nevertheless the Hotel was adequate with a good location for me and a pleasant helpful staff.
