This hotel was chosen by my company and everyone traveling to Mexico ends up there. The best part is the staff who are incredible helpful, followed by comfortable if small rooms, and its located pretty close to a lot of main offices and the beautiful Chapultepec park. The only thing I've never appreciated about this hotel is that the restaurant... More

The big advantage of this hotel is that it is closer to attractions and is in a safe locality. But the rooms are congested. The bed covers weren't clean. When I opened the curtains to let some light come in, the view was obstructed by two tall buildings nearly 20 feets away. So, I had no option but keep the... More

Stayed here for business for a week in late October. The hotel is centrally located to the Polanco business area, which is practical. Hotel is very, very basic and service offered not very good. The (only) restaurant/bar on the premises is a terrace, which is covered with a plastic curtain in autumn/winter when the temperature does not allow for keeping... More

The Wyndham Garden is situated in the centre of Mexico City. The room was on the small side, and so was the bed, short and rather narrow, but comfortable enough, as were the pillows. The air conditioning was quite noisy (bring a set of ear plugs). I had a room facing away from the road which was beneficial as at... More

Room is very comfortable but the windows do not block the street noise and can be annoying at times. The waiters are not very friendly, I had a complementary coupon for breakfast and decided to change my orange juice and the waiter immediately responded that it had an extra charge. I felt uncomfortable and told them no. He notices my... More

We stayed in a standard room which we got only the day before arriving in Mexico City. Our room was tiny as was the bed, however it was very comfortable and was all that we needed as we were only staying one night. The bathroom was surprisingly big. Everything was clean and presented nicely. The staff were very nice and... More

Greetings fellow travelers, This is a good place to stay, quiet, and close to Museum of Anthropology. Just off Reforma, and continental breakfast included. Helpful staff! Be aware, cell towers very close to back of hotel, avoid room 806 and near for pervading sound at night. Could not sleep without noise canceling headphones. Complained and they upgraded me, which was... More

I didn't expect much, but this hotel really leaves a lot to be desired-- starting with the extremely rude and unhelpful reception area. The are not helpful at all as a concierge. The rooms are clean, but very average with no place to put your clothes. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to others. It... More

The woman behind the desk was very unfriendly when we arrived and insisted we were actually booked at a different Wyndham even though we'd printed our reservation confirmation. After a few phone calls she agreed to give us a room. She's actually the only person who's ever been behind the front desk, she never says hello or offers to help.... More

Stayed for a night due to a missed connection at MEX. Called the hotel and was well attended by Karen who also set up transportation for me and sent Daniel the private chauffeur who personally waited for me at the arrival gate. Great big room with living room, and awesome hot shower! Nice view from top restaurant, received complimentary drink... More
