In the trendy Santa Fe district of Mexico City (one of the very few places in Mexico City where you can feel safe 24/7) and occupying the top four floors of one of the tallest buildings of the city, you will find Distrito Capital, a boutique hotel that targets the sophisticated business traveler. While this is not the right hotel to bring children, it is just perfect if you are in town for business or for pleasure with your couple. The design of the hotel is simply beautiful, with luxurious details surprising you at every moment. While I was very happy with the hotel's rooms and friendly service, the food at the restaurant leaves something to be desired. Portions are small and not spectacular... you are much better off dining at one of the 5 restaurants in the first floor of the building.
