I stayed in this place for 6 days and will never go back. I did not make the reservation but will make sure that who does will reserve a different place. The rooms are reasonable with ample space and cheap modern furniture, bed is comfortable and shower is fair. I asked for a bath robe and a bathroom scale and... More

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is super-courteous. Breakfast is good. Great location. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing is...DO NOT use the taxi service outside the hotel. If one of the hotel guys offer to get you a taxi, just walk down the street to a taxi stand or use Uber. We used them twice... More

A busy hotel and good for work or short stays, very friendly and helpful staff and well located for exploring the downtown and historical areas. Just take a short cab ride down to historical area - reasonable fees for cabs. Rooms very spacious

Staying near the reform section of Mexico City there are lots of hotel options - have stayed in other City Express so thought I would try this one on this last trip. Wow what a disappointment! The phone in my room never worked even though i asked for it to be repaired daily and after 6 days it was still... More

So sad to have this kind of service in that Great location hotel . Food is terrible. My credit card is from US and they take exchange rate at 10.50 MXP per Dollar ( that's a real theft) They did not clean my room one day even that I ask them to. Too much noise outside.

This is a very well located hotel near El Angel monument ,if you can enter in. We have specifically informed the hotel beforehand for a early check-in requirement ,as we would be coming from a very long trip. When we have reached the hotel at 9:00 in the morning, the reception told us it is impossible to check in before... More

The hotel is nice, well located and with well designed rooms. Comfortable beds too. But the level of noise is awful: can hear pumps, AC compressors, even the elevators! Stay away. I wish management understood what a wonderful property they are wasting by providing unsatisfactory service to customers.

I stayed there with my husband in June 2015. The hotel is very well located, right across from "El Angel" Monument. There's a lot of attractions near, in one of the most beautiful and representative spots of Mexico City. It was the only one that I liked with breakfast included, which I don't think it's "Continental" but a little more,... More

I spent two nights here on a business trip. I could NOT see paying USD 300 or more for other hotels in the area. The hotel was very full during my stay. The hotel is located right on the plaza.
