I am currently staying at the St. Regis. The construction noise surrounding this hotel is VERY LOUD and CONSTANT. It starts at 8:00am and doesn't stop until midnight! Even today a Holiday in Mexico. I would stay away from this hotel for the next two years or so until the construction projects are complete. Let me stress that I am... More

I went with my Mexican friend for a late lunch. We understood the fact that it was empty, as we arrived at 16h. Guy Santoro, the executive chef, designed the Mexican-French fusion menu, while keeping the most traditional French dishes. We had Salmon as entree, two Bouillabaisse soups, and stew meat: all delicious. Loved the detail of the wine-liquor trolley.... More

We always love St Regis and this was no exception. Location is great and you feel very safe to do business and go out to eat. We love the Sheraton close by as well, but when we can, we choose St. Regis. Service was great, very helpful concierge. We look forward to out next visit.

We visited the St Regis in January. I was going to review its restaurants but I was only allowed to review breakfast and not dinner at its main restaurant; Trip Advisor should correct this problem. As a result I never reviewed this fine hotel. None-the-less, one cannot go wrong with this top rated hotel. This is an expense account hotel... More

Luxury feel all over the place. Nice decoration. Very good and nice restaurant. Avenida Reforma is the nicest avenue in Mexico city. The rate from spg using 1000 miles in order to get 50% off the regular rate worked ok, and it is a good deal. Excellent service. The only con is the air conditiong auto mode was not working... More

Everything is great in this hotel, the rooms, the staff, the location, the food, the amenities. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby the hotel. The front view of the hotel is really nice, some days you are able to see the volcanos. Highly recommendable!!!

I stayed at the St. Regis with my wife over the weekend after a few people recommended it to us. We were looking for a relaxing weekend in a hectic city and I believe the St. Regis catered perfectly to this. I would recommend it anytime. The price/value index is a common issue St. Regis reviewers focus on and I... More
