This is a luxury 5 star property. The entrance from the street where you take a lift to reception feels a bit "airport". The reception is nice, with the glass of champagne very welcome. Rooms are very nice although too many switches and gadgets, and no master off switch. Breakfast is ok, but better during the week than at the... More

Mexico City is a great city with a lot to offer. St Regis Mexico City is truly a luxury hotel, but it misses some features that St Regis is famous of. It has no great outdoor place. It has no great place to eat, though the restaurant is OK.

This hotel is superb, a true paragon of excellency. Rooms are very big, beautifully decorated, mine even had a steam room in the bathroom. The hotel in general is very sober and without true personality but nice in general, the service is impeccable and friendly. In general I felt a bit overwhelmed, but, in a good way. Everybody told me... More

This was our third time stay at this hotel. This is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed at. There's an intimacy about the room where you simply don't want to leave. The rooms are modern, clean, and a great size. The rain shower in the bathroom is heaven. Very large and dimly lit makes it an oasis.... More

Our favorite place to stay in Mexico City. My husband prefers the rooms here to the 4 seasons. Although he loves the service at the 4 seasons too, just the rooms are a little older. Rooms are clean, beds comfy. Lighting and climate controls add to the relaxation. The rooms are quite except during rush hour, but we were not... More

This hotel is very well situated on Reforma, and unless you have business in the Polanco district best to avoid it. Reforma is THE main street in the city and yet has less traffic gridlock and hustle & bustle than Polanco. Plus it has such a beautiful avenue where you can walk or run anytime. The hotel itself is up... More

St Regis Mexico City is one of the most exclusive and best hotels in the City. Under a fantastic new management your personal Butler will take of all your needs. The rooms are fantastic but the pool and spa on the 15th floor overlooking the Diana Cazadora monument is spectacular !

This is a very nice hotel... Don't get me wrong. I just did not feel that everyone who worked there was that happy or was that excited to deal with their guests.
