This is a very nice hotel. The decor is modern and beautiful. The room was very comfortable, but for the lighting. Rather than you choosing which lights you want on, there are instead several pre-set options, such as "welcome," "work," etc.... Trust me, this is annoying because all of the settings save one (which only activates the very, very dim... More

A superbe hotel. Ideal location in the Business Center / Green Zone of the cuty where private police patrolls every 30 meters They even pick you up with a helicopter and you land on the roof. The air in the hotel is enriched with scent which is a problem when you eat. The children' s play room smells of bubble... More

This hotel is very well run, with excellent service, extremely good security, and a pleasant atmosphere. Rooms were very comfortable, bathrooms among the best of my travels. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lovely restaurant and bar area, with very pleasant and comfortable outside seating. All of the above comes with the only negative -- EXPENSIVE! But overall, it was... More

We recently stayed here for a long weekend. We had a junior suite. The room was good sized and had a great view. The shower & steam was great! The room was quiet. There was very little street noise and very little noise from the hallway, which was great. The location of the property is very good. It's an easy... More

The service at the St.Regis Mexico City Hotel is exceptional from the moment you arrive to the time you check out. I booked the luxury suite and at last minute I had to change my reservation to a late date...they were so helpful and accommodating. There is very little that is ever amiss at a St. Regis. The Mexico City St. Regis was no exception. From the minute we checked in the service was wonderful, from the bellmen to the front desk, etc. The Welcoming Champagne was also great after a long day of travel. The room was as comfortable as can be (although it... More

The location is wonderful. We were here for eight nights, strictly tourists. How surprised we were to have so much within walking distance, including Chapultepec! Our room was impeccably cleaned, each and every day . . . even socks, left on the floor, were neatly folded! Our breakfast servers, by the second day there, had orange juice for Mark and... More

Extremely helpful and respectful staff. Very clean hotel and beautiful location. The attention to the customer goes a long way in my book. Front door staff was outstanding. You will not find yourself opening that door. Location is also great, it is in walking distance to the zoo, park and several museums.

The St. Regis hotel in Mexico City is "perfecto":! The hotel is relatively new (5 to 6 years old) and is gorgeous and high tech. I have never seen an elevator system like their's. Every hotel should have one. The rooms are gorgeous and the lighting system is high tech. The beds are very comfy. And the bathroom is over... More

I went with my Mexican friend for a late lunch. We understood the fact that it was empty, as we arrived at 16h. Guy Santoro, the executive chef, designed the Mexican-French fusion menu, while keeping the most traditional French dishes. We had Salmon as entree, two Bouillabaisse soups, and stew meat: all delicious. Loved the detail of the wine-liquor trolley.... More
