This was a nice hotel. Decor was very dark. Very good water pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very nice and helpful. There were loads of prostitutes on the road from about 5pm every night.

Good service generally, however, I had a very bad experience in the breakfast restaurant, me and my family were single picked to harass us about "waiters tips" Even after I told them that my travel agent told me that ALL tips were paid off (I verified this with my travel agency a couple of times) and EVEN after I included... This hotel is convenient for business travellers, but if you plan to stay, keep in mind that rooms are clean but They look and feel old, the ambiance in room and hotel feels like that. Service was pretty good but definitely you can find better options for the price of this one. I am not saying is bad, but it... More

Everithing inside the hotel was great. The room, the restaurant, the internet, and the overall service. The only thing I would warn you about is the location. Even though it´s just one block away from "Parque de la Alameda" and two blocks away from "Palacio de Bellas Artes", if you walk on the opposite side just a few meters away,... More

Stayed here for a business meeting for 2 nights. Dark and uninviting. A/C in rooms not operating effectively. But clean sheets and bathrooms. Breakfast was diverse including Mexican and US style choices, which was a pleasant treat. staff was friendly.

This was my first visit to Mexico. It was a pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe so I did not choose this hotel. I did not like the neighborhood. The horn beeping from the traffic outside was appalling! The taxi drivers we encountered did not know where the hotel was located. It was generally clean but the... More

Saved close to $200 by choosing this hotel over other ones in the area. Overall the area is safe but the hotel is on the same street as what looked to be a market for everything, and I mean everything. That being said, I never felt in danger. The gym left a little to be desired as well as the... More

Hotel Remada Reforma Mexico City - We booked a top quality room in the Remada Reforma in Mexico City six months in advance. 5 days before our departure for Mexico we were informed by email that 'due to an act of God' the hotel could not honour our reservation but could offer us the same quality accommodation nearby. I replied... More

Clean, well designed, moderately priced, good breakfast for $8.00. Would have preferred to be closer to Chapultepec Park. Nice eatery one block away called Toks; good meal for under $10.00. We walked or used public transportation but did notice a parking garage across the street from hotel. Slightly off the beaten path and consequently a little on the quiet side.
