Everithing inside the hotel was great. The room, the restaurant, the internet, and the overall service. The only thing I would warn you about is the location. Even though it´s just one block away from "Parque de la Alameda" and two blocks away from "Palacio de Bellas Artes", if you walk on the opposite side just a few meters away,... More

Stayed here for a business meeting for 2 nights. Dark and uninviting. A/C in rooms not operating effectively. But clean sheets and bathrooms. Breakfast was diverse including Mexican and US style choices, which was a pleasant treat. staff was friendly.

This was my first visit to Mexico. It was a pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe so I did not choose this hotel. I did not like the neighborhood. The horn beeping from the traffic outside was appalling! The taxi drivers we encountered did not know where the hotel was located. It was generally clean but the... More

Saved close to $200 by choosing this hotel over other ones in the area. Overall the area is safe but the hotel is on the same street as what looked to be a market for everything, and I mean everything. That being said, I never felt in danger. The gym left a little to be desired as well as the... More

Hotel Remada Reforma Mexico City - We booked a top quality room in the Remada Reforma in Mexico City six months in advance. 5 days before our departure for Mexico we were informed by email that 'due to an act of God' the hotel could not honour our reservation but could offer us the same quality accommodation nearby. I replied... More

Clean, well designed, moderately priced, good breakfast for $8.00. Would have preferred to be closer to Chapultepec Park. Nice eatery one block away called Toks; good meal for under $10.00. We walked or used public transportation but did notice a parking garage across the street from hotel. Slightly off the beaten path and consequently a little on the quiet side.

PRICE There is no doubt price is what drives many customers to this hotel but I would recommend doing a bit more research before going just because of price. SLEEP QUALITY At least in the room we stayed, we could hear EVERYTHING going on...same floor, top floor, bottom floor, etc...I understand many people just go to sleep at the hotel... More

Stayed here in August 2013 with with and 3 kids. Nice and clean hotel, great friendly staff. Can't go wrong for the price but keep the following in mind: - The lobby smells of sewer most of the time, but not in our room. - Hotel is located in then 'tolerance zone' meaning that there are TONS of prostitutes around... Centrally located. Walking distance to downtown, museums, churches of all denominations, local markets and flea markets. Most taxi drivers do not recognize the address. You have to mention the cab driver that it is located near the church of San Judas Tadeo. Then they know the place. The Avenue is several miles long and changes name three times. Puente de... More

The pungent smell of sewer woke me up in the morning. We where 3 from the company in this hotel. Rooms on different floors, all with the same problem. Seems it's a sewer line which vents from nearby El Caballito sculpture square. Not up to Ramada standards. Management should visit. Old tube tv. Hotel internet difficult to access (dchp server...
