The hotel rooms are suites and thus nice and big. They come with a fridge and microwave and are all new rooms with modern finishing. The inclusive breakfast is basic (ceral, fruit and pastries) but sufficient and quite tasty. There is free wifi which is great. The good: rooms are large and bathrooms quite nice. If you have a road... More

Visited Mexico city for a business trip. The suite is spacious with twin bed and room with refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, etc. The rooms were quite with a nice friendly staff. The toilets were clean, no bath tub. visited restaurant for breakfast, the menu has a wide variety and tasty. Need to improve: I dont know about all rooms, but... More

We enjoyed staying here for the first few days of a longer trip around Mexico. It's a easygoing place, with nice staff and a good location. The rooms are spacious, but a little dark. At least ours was. Most of all, it's good value for money. Will come again.

The location is excellent! I was traveling with my parents and we arrived earlier than our check in time. Kudos to Nathaly, the receptionist on the morning shift! She was not only helpful but very professional, respectful and well versed on the hotel's practices. Since there was an empty room like the one we reserved, she pleasantly informed us that... More

It looks like some of the reviews were for P.F. Hotel which is owned by the same company as P.F. Suites. In fact, both are on the same block but both are completely DIFFERENT hotels. We stayed at the P.F. Suites which is right off of Avenida Chapultepec, not Florencia. We stayed there from 29 August to 3 September. It... More

The room is immaculately clean and it has a separate room with fridge, microwave and electric hob as well as desk and armchairs and sofa. The wi-fi in the room works well enough for Skype, after a few glitches that got resolved with the Reception. Location is good enough for metro Insurgentes, and walking distance to the Archeology museum. Restaurants... More

We spent four excellent days in two of this around 40 rooms almost boutique hotel. All people were very helpful and responsive with the probable exemption of one of the waiters at the included continental breakfast. In short the place covered everything we needed in terms of cost, space, location, parking, service, cleanliness, responsiveness and internet. The only minus was... More

English speaking reception personnel greeted us with a smile. Request for quiet two-bed room was accommodated. The hotel does not have the greatest curb appeal, but the interior is modern, light, airy and lickety split clean. Offer of luggage assistance, elevator to all floors. Obtaining dishes and utensils from house keeping was an ordeal (language, several deliveries), but we succeded... More

Place is clean, there's AC, microwave and frig are ok. staff is regular, once I order pizza and the person at front desk told delivery guy we were NOT in the room. They don't even call to make sure. We were starving... and the end my fiance waited outside the place to receive the pizza. One morning we didn't have... More
