The prices might be cheap, specially if you do long term rent, but the rooms are the most dirty i have ever seen. Also, it is extremely loud in the neighborhood, so be prepared to sleep badly. Wow. What a difference 3 years make! I stayed here long-term about 3 years ago. Staff was friendly and smiley, housekeeping actually cleaned every day (albeit the Mexican way), and the overall ambience quite different as the ambience was created by an eclectic group of long-termers from various parts. We did stay there two nights, but after the first one we started looking for some other options. Hotel/hostel is located near big street, noise in the night is really disturbing, even on the 6th floor where we were located.
