Really nice hotel in the heart of the Zocalo District. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Coffee available 24 hours. My only complaint would be the speed of the internet provided but this is only because I was there on business.

If you manage to get a room not near the traffic light, you will be able to sleep a little longer. And if you stand hard bed. But it's central and clean. Breakfast are Ok. The good: - central location - clean The bad: - noisy (if you are on the main street) - hard bed

My wife and I spent one night here in May simply to spend a day in Mexico City before ending a vacation. This was my second stay at this hotel and I again recommend it without reservation. The location is terrific for exploring the historical center of Mexico City. The hotel is very pleasant and comfortable and the staff are... More

Location of this hotel is perfect. Close to historic sites as well as walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff was very professional starting from doorman all the way to housekeeping and buffet staff. Beautiful stained glass ceiling in lobby/atrium area. Adrian, buffet staff (and others that I did not get their names) always smiled and said good morning.... More

Everything was great...the location. .the facility and rooms very accommodating. what dtood out were the employees. Our housekeeping attendant Angelica was very responsive to our jeeds and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The staff there was always refilling and cleaning up...i especially appreciated this young attendant Adrian. Super good service.

hotel charming with inner atrium and stained glass roof. Staff could not be more friendly especially Edgar the concierge who went out of his way to give useful advice such as where to have a drink on a terrace overlooking the cathedral. The room was comfortable and clean and the shower great. The roof top terrace is a gem but... More

I stayed here for 4 nights in April 2015. The hotel is really centrally located and has a very boutique feel to it. I stayed with a friend in one of the mini suites and this was perfect, very clean and room serviced very well. There were two staff mebers in particular - Adrian at the breakfast bar. Though its...
