Went with my family to Mx City as each end year vacation to visit Kidzania amousment parks (Cuicuilco and Santa Fe), then we took our little daughter to Granja Interactiva de Tio Pepe (another great place to visit!)...next day downtown and finally to local places such as Garden Santa Fe. We always stay at Holiday Inn Express (since last 2... More

I stayed at the newest Holiday Inn right next to the express. It's supposed to be full service hotel but it's really simple. The hotel has good size bedrooms and bathrooms. They have a gym that has a nice view and nice new equipment. It is well located right in front of Garden Santa Fe where there are some nice... More

2nd stay here due to business travel, I was not exited to stay here a second time but the rates were good. As the name says, this is an express hotel so no thrills expected but this time they went above and beyond to make it a bad experience. 1- The room temperature was cold, even setting the thermostat to... This is a basic hotel with a good location if you are doing business in Santa Fe. The rooms are better than the reception or the breakfast. Staff are friendly. Internet connectivity was really bad. They need to improve that.

Very convenient as it sits right in the middle of Santa Fe, surrounded by restaurants. Breakfast is good enough even tough the room is kind of small. Internet works great and you can arrange transportation to the airport right at the front desk.

I stayed here for five days while undergoing training for my new job. Mexico City is stunning and full of super modern architecture and colonial history, and this hotel combines the comforts of modern travel with the personal service and genuine concern for customer experience that many beleive is a thing of the distant past. Rooftop Jacuzzi, great gym, great... More

We stayed in this hotel for a week (employer's expense) and it is easy to find fault with a place if you stay long enough. I think the Holiday Inn Express could not have been nicer. It is a modern, upscale hotel in a very new and attractive area of México City. There is a hot breakfast buffet served daily.... More

If you're ok with a mexican breakfast buffet and you're a heavy sleeper, go ahead and book this hotel. Otherwise, for 20 extra dollars / night you have much better options nearby (Presidente Intercontinental, Novotel).

What can I say... business class hotels offer you quite the same. However, rooms were neatly clean, beds very comfortable and the breakfast is always the same in these kind of places. The only black spot in this one was the front desk staff which were not that efficient nor friendly. Took them close to 30 minutes to check us... More
