I was woken up by a smell like a combination of sewer and polluted air at 4am. The service desk said they were booked out and there was not much they could do. Their helpful suggestions included going to the gym or swimming in the pool. I would have taken it humorously had I not been tired and jetlagged with... More

I was placed in room next to the elavators. It was like sleeping next to a train station. The noise of the elavators going up and down was unbearable. The response from the hotel was that they were sold out - nothing we can do. This hotel has to know that the rooms next to the elavotors are unusable. There... More

Pros: very well located, everything is new, breakfast is great, rooms are a little small but above average, beds are very nice and comfortable, overall is quiet and really good. Cons: very long check in, long check-out, not-so-helpful staff, not-so-good-quality pillows, low water pressure in the bathroom, the shower gets flooded, pricey.

I have been staying at this property for a while now and I could say is average, more good though. The hotel used to be a mexican chain hotel which went bankrupt a decade ago and now the hotel is fully renewed into a full service Marriott. Eventhough I am Marriott Gold Member, I never have received a room upgrade.... More

I stayed here on business for 4 nights. It was a great location. I went walking in the mornings down the boulevard in front of the hotel and felt very safe. It's convenient to a number of restaurants and the steak house at the hotel was terrific. The staff was very helpful and the concierge quickly learned our group's schedule... More

This hotel caters to the American businessmen and embassy staff due to its location. The hotel leaves a lot to be desired when compared to other hotels that are in the area. I tried this property out because of the points program but have decided that it is not worth it. Had several incidents where complaints were filed with the... More

I stayed here for 3 nights, executive level room with access to the 16th Floor lounge. The lounge amenities are nice although I heard one guest being told there was a two free drink limit. The Internet service was MXP250//day. The connection was slow (for that price) and I expected that it should have been included given the premium I... More
