Check-in was very straight forward, the people are really nice. The room was very nice, very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice, the shower was powerful. The breakfast was ok, nothing to really comment about. Overall, I would stay at this place again.

Disappointed there is still so much to be learned South of the border. The hotel does not have the International flair of Marriott overseas, and does not offer the stellar service of a US based hotel. Yes, there are many hands to help, and they are wanting to be helpful, but it is not at the level I was expecting.... More

1. Hotel guests get free WiFi, but you have to ask for the code; there are 6-hour codes available at the front desk, but also codes that can be personalized for the duration of your stay. Do not pay for it. 2. Buffet is a solid value. Weekend buffet is especially good. 3. You receive free bottle of water each... More

I am a Marriott Platinum member. My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a long weekend celebrating our anniversary. The rooms are maybe slightly on the small side but nice. The Executive lounge is 1 of the best I have experienced. It is located on the top floor with wonderful views of the city, it actually is the... More

For a couple of years or so, the Marriott bar has been one of our favourite evening haunts in Mexico City but this was the first time we actually stayed at the hotel. And as we suspected, it was an excellent choice: - rooms are comfortable, decently sized and well appointed (our stay was a leisure break in this case,... More

As a Marriott Platinum member, I would not rank this as one of my best stays at a Marriott. For one thing, when I access the lounge in the morning, the attendant behind the desk would ask for my room number which is fine. What I did not appreciate was that after five days, the same attendant would still ask... More

we stayed here for 5 nights while visiting the DF for a sightseeing trip. It's a typical Marriott property and in great repair - seems to be fairly new - and centrally located. We walked and took the subway every place we went. I'd stay here again

I booked this through my office and I don't think they looked very hard for a good deal I found it rather expensive for the quality of the room. Don't get me wrong, Staff are great and very efficient. I just found it rather expensive but if you can get a good deal off the web probably worth it.I haven't... More

A good hotel for a reasonable price. Quite honestly, when I booked a hotel to stay a couple of days on a short visit to Mexico, I had my own standards for Marriott (working for JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and being used to 5-star standards). Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and good service is. I was... More
