This property was booked by a client my colleague and I were visiting on business for a week. It has modern, stylishly designed public spaces and rooms. The breakfast buffet is impressive in its variety. Unfortunately, the staff, including both Front Desk Managers with whom I interacted, were two of the most unhelpful front line staff in hospitality that I've... More

I was on a business trip to Mexico City and stayed here one night. The hotel is located in a very desirable area in Mexico City- many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. the hotel is beautiful- the common areas are very nice as are the rooms. If I get the chance to come back to Mexico City for pleasure,... More

Three of us (two adults and a child of 11) stayed there for 4 nights in April 2014. The location is excellent! Close to an ultra-mordern shopping center, a large park, and, of course, Starbucks coffee shops. We went on foot to the Historic center (zocalo) and it took us about 45 min, while the trip on foot to the... More

Stayed here on business. Service is excellent, room is basic size, CLEAN, quiet. Bed was comfortable and the desk was a good size, lot's of plugs, etc for working in the room. I like it when there are plugs next to the bed above the night stand. Nothing is more irritating than crawling around the bed trying to find a... More

I want to mention just some of the things that happened to me on my last stay in this hotel. 1. My wife suffered a food poisoning with the hotel and the response we got after making several calls was that debian do some medical tests to prove that the hotel was not responsible for such intoxication, to which of... So basically you can leave the hotel and make a left and you have a great coffee place. Turn right and go down the street and you have everything there. Clubs, Bars and basically the place to be for happy hour. If you happen to stay over on a sunday, you can sign out hotel bicycles for free. On sundays... More

I have read a lot of bad reviews about this hotel but must say that I cannot agree. Checked in 5 days ago to room 507 and find the room quiet and clean. Looks like recent renovation. No problems with the door latching or with the safety box. 20 more night here.

The hotel is located next to good restaurants and a small mall called 222. It is also close to the Antropology Museum and Chapultepec Park. The staff are kind and can provide you day trips to some other touristic places such as Teotihuacan. The hotel has also a good gym and there are so many food in the breakfast that... More

As I am planning on going back to Mexico City this year, it reminded me of the terrible experience at this hotel, of which I will never step a foot in ever again. I visited Mexico City two years ago, and rented a car and went to a few places, including my favorite, Ixtapan de la Sal. In Ixtapan, I... More

This experience was really disappointing, probably the worst treat I have ever received from a hotel chain. Some of the issues: - doors do not lock properly - this was raised here before by others but please pay attention to your doors being locked. - staff wondering into your room without notice - no attention from the staff on the...
