I loved this place, we went to Mexico City to present our latest play and took a dance workshop for young Culinary options. The rooms of this hotel are comfortable and want to thank my room how clean it looked. Although a fellow had problem in your room for noise what was there. Reception staff seemed nice to me, but... I have stayed at this property over 5 times. You can't beat the location and the hotel itself is nice. Usually I am very satisfied with the stay but this time many things went wrong. * Room Service - On one of the nights I realized the room service order form had not been replaced, I dialed 0 to request... Very good hotel, above average but below other Marriott locations. Staff is efficient and friendly, good fitness room and two very good restaurants. Located in the business area of Reforma, close to historic downtown and other attractions.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is a little bit older, but remarkably comfortable. The beds are great, the staff is very friendly, the lobby bar area was nice (more on that later). However, if there are 2 things I should caution about, first is my room location. I was on a corner room closest to the main... More

Hotel was great, nice rooms, nice bar, nice workout area and pool/spa, great location! But the best part was the concierge - Bernardo, Carlos, Fernando, Victor - all went out of their way to provide city info and help with travel plans to other parts of Mexico. Thanks guys, you were awesome!

A fun weekend away with friends was made even better by the excellent customer service we received July 24-27th, 2014. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean and convenient to anything a vacation or business traveler might need. Their Concierge, Daniel Guevara, was like a personal assistant to all the guests, more than a concierge - he didn't just answer questions,... More
