We recently travelled to Mexico City and stayed at the Mexico City Marriott Reforma. The hospitality is superb and gracious. The common areas and guest rooms are beautifully appointed. We used the well-equipped fitness center and it was first class. The Executive Lounge on the top floor was not only beautiful, but had spectacular views of the city. The service... More

Marriott Reforma was very well run. The staff was always available to help in any way including FED EXing important documents to us in San Miguel. The breakfasts be they on the concierge floor or the main dining area were both top grade. A for all those things As is often the case in the room the temperature was uneven... More

We did not stay in this hotel but attended their New Year Party, came several times for breakfast, and asked concierge for help. It was very busy time but people were so friendly and helpful. Concierge services provided by Carlos and Fernando were exceptional. They were patient and detailed, made restaurant reservation for us, called us back when realized the... More

We held an Open House event and a breakfast at this hotel. Both were managed very professionally. The food and service were both excellent. If planning a meeting or event here, ask for Flor as you event manager and Carlos as your head waiter.....both are wonderful.

I've been "living" at this hotel for the past two months and I'm amazed on its great location and top class service. Customer intimacy and warm communication is one of its main differentiators. Special appreciation to Paola Olivares who made me feel as at home.

The Marriott Reforma is good, but I think the prices are too high compared to other (exclusive) hotels in the area. I had a double twinbed room and it was okay. Beds are very good! I often drink a cup of thee in my room, but there was no possibility to boil water. The price of the room didn't include... More

I travel on business every week and have for 30 years. I rarely complain. As an example, I was advised that the executive lounge served breakfast until 10:00AM when I arrived at just after 9:00AM the breakfast service had already been discontinued. They still charged me again for the breakfast in the restaurant even thought I had paid a premium... More
