I am a repeat guest at this property for many years now. The hotel is getting way too expensive for the value proposition. The prices are getting out of control, specially when the following: The area is loud....demonstration during the week and weekend street closures (marathons, races, outdoor activities) which I think is great for the local residents but For... I have stayed at all the Marriotts in Mexico City, this is a nice Marriott property and the service is great. i liked the location, right in front of the US embassy. I prefer the JWs in MExico city but with this Marriott I had nothing to complain about. the rooms were modern and everything was perfect.

In the 17 year I've been working for hotels and now being the assistant general manager of a hotel, I just want to say that I'm very disappointed about this hotel. I would much rather to stay as always at the W hotel Polanco. Gave it a try to this dump hotel for the first time to be closer to... More

I had occasion to dine at La Mansion Rest. Within minutes Ivan the sommelier assisted my way through the whole meal. Ivan ensured after a few times back to the grill that my steak was the perfect temperature which I love rare plus. It was one of the tastiest NY steaks ive had in a long time (US Prime :)!)... More

We stayed at this property one year ago, so decided to go back this year to enjoy another week of rest and relaxation. We were not disappointed. The location, cleanliness of the entire property, staff and room comfort are still very positive aspects of the Marriott-Reforma. This is not a JW property, so don't expect the same level of luxury... More

I had a stay here of a week and a half. I am use to staying at the JW Marriot in Polanco, so this hotel did could not compare in many ways. Location - Very good location. Located in vibrant Paseo Reforma, this Marriott hotel offers a nice spa, lap pool and a good gym. The Executive Lounge is huge, with a beautiful outdoor terrace with excellent city views. The waiters at the EL couldn`t be nicer and go te extra mile to serve the guests

Good hotel in Mexico City. Room service food is quickly delivered. Rooms are clean, and bottled water is provided daily (albeit extra water does cost, a OXXO shop is within a minutes walk and usually has 3 litres for 20 peso or less) Biggest complaint: wifi fees are one of those things that just needs to die and die quick...
