I stayed here for 5 nights and had a great stay. The hostel is located very very close to the centro historico and everything is within walking distance. Its easy to get a bus straight here from the main bus station when you arrive too, just ask for Teatro Principal. The hostel was clean and secure and the staff helpful... more

I always look for a clean, not expensive and well located place to stay. After 3 days in this hostel I discovered that la Casa del Tio is part of a growing chain of professional hostels working together to provide a better service to visitors. Good value. more
